However, management of this nursery is poor and the staff turnover is high. There have been several managers in the last six months, with one only lasting a few days, the other a few weeks. Communication between senior management and parents is bad. Parents have grouped together to request group meetings to address complaints. To me, high staff turnover is a clear sign of poor management. The CEO is aware of ongoing issues but things have not improved. Instead of focusing on learning, or running fun activities/outings, there is a constant flow of poor feedback. I feel quite sorry for the good staff at this nursery and, most of all, for the children who have to deal with all the new faces.

The nursery manager is very kind and approachable, always there to offer help and reassurance. Very clean environment.

I believe that it is a brilliant nursery and very organised. My son is still a little unsettled but the staff take time to comfort him and make me feel secure as a mother. Staff are friendly and the manager is very welcoming and informative.

We are very happy that our children were able to come to the nursery, the staff have been so nice with them since the first visit we made.

I think that this is an amazing nursery that my daughter attends. The staff are very friendly and my daughter enjoys her days here on a week to week basis. They had a fantastic Christmas dinner set up for the children and parents to share. I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a safe and friendly environment for there child to learn and progress and socialize. :)

Lovely environment and setting for the children. Great indoor and outdoor resources with lots of opportunities for the children to explore and discover through play. The pre-school room is a great space!!!

Great caregivers and staff. My son really enjoys attending the pre-school. I enjoy interacting with the staff.

It is a new and spacious nursery with very friendly staff and nurses who have a genuine interest in the children's preferences. They make sure that my child goes to sleep even though it was difficult during the first couple of weeks. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this nursery for toddlers, being a mom of a 9-month old baby girl.

I like the nursery because the staff are nice and friendly. My children love the food and equipment. Staff are easy to talk to and give good information.

My grandson loves the nursery, it’s clean and always feels homely. The staff are all lovely and care for him well. I’m happy that he’s happy that’s all that matters.

Out of the nursery’s my nephew has attended, this one tops them all. The resources are amazing and the staff are great. He goes to the garden every day and loves the big sand pit they have. The management team are helpful and friendly and my nephew is keen to go every day.

The service seems great, with full support to babies and parents.

Impressive facility, great environment. Nice activities. The effort is really showing, all the staff try hard to provide very good standards.

The food is cooked on daily basis on site.

My daughter has attended The Battersea Nursery since she was 11 months old and I could not be happier with the outcome. The setting is modern and clean and the staff is extremely caring and professional. My daughter is always happy when I pick her up at the end of the day. I definitely recommend this nursery.

Nice outdoor play area (kids have designated areas outdoors depending on age group - so small ones are not getting run over by bigger kids).

They provide everything. Change of clothes, nappies, wipes, wellies, rain clothes etc.

Soon will even offer meals to take home.

I am absolutely delighted with the staff at Busy Bees Battersea Nursery. I find all of them to be extremely accommodating to my little girl's needs. They actually discipline the children in a friendly manner so essentially they are doing half of my job, to which I am forever grateful! The security system in place is outstanding, I was given a tiny device at the start allowing me access to the second door into the building so no fuss on door codes etc. I especially love the Parentzone website which provides me and my husband with an insight of my little one's day at the nursery with images uploaded and updates of her personal development online whilst I'm at work. I have had my child at the nursery for the past 1 month and half but already I have noticed the positive difference in her behaviour and development. As a mother who was initially extremely sceptical of taking my toddler to nursery, I can firmly say that I would undoubtedly recommend any mother I know to this super clean, super trendy 5* nursery.

My little one started Busy Bees in September and has settled in really well and quickly. Staff are always warm and friendly and great if little one is feeling unsettled. Facilities are fantastic with so many activities for children to enjoy in such a big bright space. Parents Portal Online is a great idea to see day to day progress and photos. Would recommend.

Great, modern and clean set up with lots of room for our kids to play in both in and outdoors. This is made even better by very friendly and experienced staff. We have two kids there full time and they are always very attentive to each of them. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
