My child has loved every minute, her development has come on in leaps and bounds since being here.

It's going to be a sad day to leave but we will cherish all the friends we have made. I have told people about this nursery and now they come too and love it.

My daughter has been at Kinder Haven for 6 months and is enjoying her time here. The staff are always very friendly and caring. My daughter loves coming to nursery and has learnt a lot of new words and is going really well. She's made loads of new friends and enjoys all the fun activities.

Cannot thank the staff enough for helping my daughter to settle in, she’s also come along so well with her talking etc. So pleased I chose this nursery for her.

Fantastic nursery and our daughter loves going there. No cries. Smiles and waves bye, excited for the day.

I can't recommend Kinder Haven @ Eccleshill enough. My daughter is so excited on nursery days and that’s all down to the wonderful and caring staff. My mind is always at ease when I drop her off and it’s wonderful getting updates all day on the app to see what she’s up to. Her development has come on so much since starting at Kinder Haven as they organise fun and interesting activities each day.

My son attended this nursery for 9 months and until I recently moved him to a different nursery I hadn't actually realised how unhelpful it had been for him to be at Kinder Haven. Like most parents, I checked online reviews and decided to send him there because the reviews were great but I think the reality is people only write reviews when they have something positive to say about a childcare provider. So I hope this review helps other parents make a more informed decision. My child has delayed speech and needed more assistance than most children. Although there are positive things about the nursery- the staff are very good at entertaining children for example; I always felt the staff were very inexperienced to provide proper care for young children. There were many incidences which were never properly communicated. My son didn't progress at all over the 9 months. No support was put in place for him although support is available from the educational authority.

The staff are very supportive and inform the parents of all the child achievements.

We've been with Kinder Haven Eccleshill for 18 months now and I could not be happier with the service they provide. My daughter has really developed under their care and the staff are very friendly.

The staff are fantastic especially the manager. She is always available to talk to and has been brilliant at settling my nerves of being a new mum sending my daughter to nursery for the first time. I couldn’t praise her enough! The place is always clean. The food is varied and nutritious while still appealing to the children. I can see from the app that they change nappies on a regular basis. They do different activities with them to bring on their development and I get sent regular updates of her progress via the app or on hand over when I pick her up. My daughter had some separation anxiety when first going to nursery however the staff made such an effort to settling her in that she is now excited to go into nursery. I would recommend the nursery to any friends or family. Thank you team!

My daughter loves nursery and seems to have lots of fun there, all the girls that work there are lovely and professional I would definitely recommend Kinder Haven to family and friends.

I would definitely recommend this nursery! My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 9-months-old. She has grown so much in confidence with being here. The staff are lovely and share great bonds with all the children. The facilities are great.

The staff at the nursery are a credit and are amazing with my little boy, I never worry about leaving him in there care, he also loves going.

Brilliant nursery, my 3-year-old absolutely loves it here. She attends 3 afternoons a week at the moment and she can’t get enough, always asking when she’s next going to nursery! The staff are all amazing, can’t fault anything about this Kinder Haven. Super happy with how my daughter is progressing in Bright Stars.

Highly recommended nursery, the staff are lovely and really friendly, my son loves going to nursery he gets excited to go, he has come on so much and is so clever for his age, the nursery itself is really clean and tidy, I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Absolutely love this nursery my son loves it here the staff are so pleasant and really helpful. They always speak to me about my son and tell me what he’s done throughout the day and eaten etc. I would recommend this nursery. My son has learnt loads since he’s been here. Colours, numbers, to write his own name and he’s 3yrs old. He’s come on so well and he’s made friends easily too. Staff are so pleasant and always welcome me and my son on a morning. Couldn’t thank them enough!

They are truly understanding if there's a problem and they try to help in any way they can.

The outside play area is extremely spacious compared to other nurseries. There are so many toys and activities for the children to remain occupied. The inside space is also extremely impressive and is filled with informative and educational materials. The staff are fabulous and have helped my son settle in so well and he has really come on in his vocabulary and sings songs all the time with confidence. 5*

I and the staff at Kinder Haven @ Eccleshill are extremely friendly, polite and understanding. My son has settled in really well and I feel this is due to the staff. The place/ building is always clean and I feel that I can approach the staff which is wonderful. I cannot recommend Kinder Haven @ Eccleshill highly enough.
