The staff at the nursery are a credit and are amazing with my little boy, I never worry about leaving him in there care, he also loves going.

Brilliant nursery, my 3-year-old absolutely loves it here. She attends 3 afternoons a week at the moment and she can’t get enough, always asking when she’s next going to nursery! The staff are all amazing, can’t fault anything about this Kinder Haven. Super happy with how my daughter is progressing in Bright Stars.

Highly recommended nursery, the staff are lovely and really friendly, my son loves going to nursery he gets excited to go, he has come on so much and is so clever for his age, the nursery itself is really clean and tidy, I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Absolutely love this nursery my son loves it here the staff are so pleasant and really helpful. They always speak to me about my son and tell me what he’s done throughout the day and eaten etc. I would recommend this nursery. My son has learnt loads since he’s been here. Colours, numbers, to write his own name and he’s 3yrs old. He’s come on so well and he’s made friends easily too. Staff are so pleasant and always welcome me and my son on a morning. Couldn’t thank them enough!

They are truly understanding if there's a problem and they try to help in any way they can.

The outside play area is extremely spacious compared to other nurseries. There are so many toys and activities for the children to remain occupied. The inside space is also extremely impressive and is filled with informative and educational materials. The staff are fabulous and have helped my son settle in so well and he has really come on in his vocabulary and sings songs all the time with confidence. 5*

I and the staff at Kinder Haven @ Eccleshill are extremely friendly, polite and understanding. My son has settled in really well and I feel this is due to the staff. The place/ building is always clean and I feel that I can approach the staff which is wonderful. I cannot recommend Kinder Haven @ Eccleshill highly enough.

I feel relaxed knowing my child is happy when dropping him off. This proves to me that he is enjoying himself.

I am very happy with how they care for my child. She has a fab relationship with her key person and staff.

A* nursery. My little boy started recently. Communication beforehand has been excellent. Always an email or phone call away.

My little boy started this nursery in March when I was due back to work and the girls at the nursery made him feel welcome and made me feel happy to leave him in their company whilst I went back to work. The girls are always happy, and always greet me and my little boy in a morning with so much energy. They always keep me updated with what my little boy is doing, what he has eaten and his nappies, my little boy seems to have loads of fun and he explores different things every day.

My daughter loves coming to this nursery. She has been attending since she was 6 months old (she's now 1) and the staff are so caring and passionate about what they do. The nursery always looks extremely clean and the staff plan fun activities for the children. I feel comfortable leaving my daughter here and she always full of smiles when she gets there.

My children started going here as soon as it opened and I honestly could not wish to send them to any other nursery. It is fantastic, staff are brilliant, I am completely happy and comfortable with every aspect of this nursery. I just wish they did out of school clubs and before school clubs so my little boy could continue to go.

The staff are really understanding if you need to ask them anything about giving medication, or to do all the activities especially playing outside which is his favourite.

My child comes home very happy and always shares with me what she has learned throughout the day.

Most importantly they're amazing with the children.

The nursery setting is lovely and I know my son is safe and well looked after while he is there. He gets upset when I leave but the staff are great with him and I always know he is having a good day from the app notifications. The app is a great resource to have, I like being able to keep up with everything, from what he has eaten, to the amount of sleep he's had and activities he has done. The sensory room is another positive.

This is a fantastic setting for children, my daughter loves going and adores the staff who are all really friendly and are clearly committed and passionate. The food is good and there’s a good variety of different meals. The staff keep me updated and there’s an app on my phone so I can see everything that she’s doing, nappies, bottles, meals and naps. Can’t recommend enough!!
