My son absolutely loves going to this nursery and has settled in fantastically. They communicate well each day and he seems to have lots of fun whilst he is there. We decided to pay extra for the nursery to provide meals and snacks in the hope he will explore more foods and so far this has been the case so I am pleased. So far nursery has been fantastic for his development and social development, since Covid-19 he hasn't had much social interaction with children his own age. Overall, very pleased with Kinder Haven @ Eccleshill.

Absolutely love this nursery. My two year old son has attended this nursery since he was six months old. After having a small break due to my maternity, he has returned to this nursery and has settled right back in. It is almost like he never left. The staff have been amazing with him and have supported him to return so well. He is so excited to attend nursery and always talks about his teachers at home. My eight month old has recently just started in the baby room and he has settled very well. The baby room staff are so friendly, welcoming and have such a good relationship with him already. He's never cried when dropped off in the morning, which make me feel better leaving him happy and he is always happy and smiley when I collect. I was very nervous about the boys attending nursery due to the current pandemic but the nursery has so many policies and safeguarding procedures in place that set my mind at ease. The outside areas are very spacious and the children access it regularly which my son loves.

Cherubs is a wonderful room, my child has come on in leaps and bounds and is always happy to talk about nursery.

Our son loves coming to nursery. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for nearly 2 years and she has progressed so much. The staff are so friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend this nursery to anyone. I feel relaxed going to work knowing she is so well looked after.

Food is always good and the updates through the app are always welcome.

My daughter has been at Kinder Haven for 6 months and is enjoying her time here. The staff are always very friendly and caring. My daughter loves coming to nursery and has learnt a lot of new words and is going really well. She's made loads of new friends and enjoys all the fun activities.

Cannot thank the staff enough for helping my daughter to settle in, she’s also come along so well with her talking etc. So pleased I chose this nursery for her.

I can't recommend Kinder Haven @ Eccleshill enough. My daughter is so excited on nursery days and that’s all down to the wonderful and caring staff. My mind is always at ease when I drop her off and it’s wonderful getting updates all day on the app to see what she’s up to. Her development has come on so much since starting at Kinder Haven as they organise fun and interesting activities each day.

My son attended this nursery for 9 months and until I recently moved him to a different nursery I hadn't actually realised how unhelpful it had been for him to be at Kinder Haven. Like most parents, I checked online reviews and decided to send him there because the reviews were great but I think the reality is people only write reviews when they have something positive to say about a childcare provider. So I hope this review helps other parents make a more informed decision. My child has delayed speech and needed more assistance than most children. Although there are positive things about the nursery- the staff are very good at entertaining children for example; I always felt the staff were very inexperienced to provide proper care for young children. There were many incidences which were never properly communicated. My son didn't progress at all over the 9 months. No support was put in place for him although support is available from the educational authority.

The staff are very supportive and inform the parents of all the child achievements.

We've been with Kinder Haven Eccleshill for 18 months now and I could not be happier with the service they provide. My daughter has really developed under their care and the staff are very friendly.

The staff are fantastic especially the manager. She is always available to talk to and has been brilliant at settling my nerves of being a new mum sending my daughter to nursery for the first time. I couldn’t praise her enough! The place is always clean. The food is varied and nutritious while still appealing to the children. I can see from the app that they change nappies on a regular basis. They do different activities with them to bring on their development and I get sent regular updates of her progress via the app or on hand over when I pick her up. My daughter had some separation anxiety when first going to nursery however the staff made such an effort to settling her in that she is now excited to go into nursery. I would recommend the nursery to any friends or family. Thank you team!

My daughter loves nursery and seems to have lots of fun there, all the girls that work there are lovely and professional I would definitely recommend Kinder Haven to family and friends.

I would definitely recommend this nursery! My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 9-months-old. She has grown so much in confidence with being here. The staff are lovely and share great bonds with all the children. The facilities are great.
