I knew about Beaumont House Day Nursery 3 years ago when I registered my first daughter. She has been every day and is very happy. I have seen a lot of progress in a short time, the staff is amazing and after 2 years I brought my second daughter here and for the first day she is incredibly happy, considering

Lovely nursery, staff are so communicative and caring. Both my boys have attended the nursery, youngest is now in the baby room and loves going in, is always so happy at pick up too. They are always going out for trips, and have lots of different activities and I am always pleased with the menu variety
for meal times. Really pleased also with how the team prepared my eldest for school - he's settled really quickly in reception because of it.

The staff at Beaumont House Day Nursery ensure that the nursery always offers an upbeat, positive and caring environment. Our second child to attend is enjoying his last year and we are confident he is being very well-prepared for school life. Our first child, now in her third year at school, still

The staff are always friendly and engaged and show concern and care for the children, which is great to see. However, with my child in nursery for the first time, I would have hoped to get more feedback on their day and activities at pickup (as sometimes only one activity is listed for the day when
I do 30 things at home)!
Videos should be used for the diary at end of the day instead of photos as this is an easy win (photos are generally of poor quality/benefit).
No outdoor space is disappointing so it is frustrating when the kids don’t go outside elsewhere.
More information could be provided or be shown in relation to food and learning, as the menu and summary diary provided is all we have to go by.
Finally, though this is often the case at nurseries, paying for bank holidays and holiday days throughout the year is extremely frustrating. It would be great to be able to use a bank of days throughout the year given most will have up to 25 holidays per year in UK.

My son has attended Beaumont House Day Nursery (preschool) for just over a year now and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide.
They are amazing with the children and I can one hundred percent say that he will be leaving some best buddies behind in terms of staff when he goes to school
in September.
The whole team have been fantastic, especially with continuing to work through the pandemic and making sure all children are well looked after and reassured.
The management team are friendly and approachable and always there to greet parents and offer advice if needed. The nursery has a cute little garden out back which has a shed full of outside resources for the children to choose from.
The nursery take the children for daily outings, which is amazing too!
My son has learnt so much recently, he comes home and talks about volcanoes, earthquakes, how to understand his feelings and most importantly how he is able to face any challenge that comes his way! Thank you!

My son joined the baby's room in March and quickly settled in. I put this down to the wonderful team who gave him encouragement and freedom to find his feet in this new environment. He gets very excited when we talk about nursery and will run to his pram in anticipation of the day ahead. I was drawn
to the light and airy rooms and I know my son loves watching the traffic and people outside. The app has been really helpful as I still get to keep tabs on what he's doing and the photos at the end of the day are a lovely reminder of all the fun he's been having. Everyone at Beaumont House is caring and patient and it's lovely watching my son run into nursery for a cuddle with the team. On days when he's been more clingy, I've really appreciated the extra messages letting me know how he's getting on.

My son is currently in pre school class and we could not be happier. Honestly, I was a bit concerned at the beginning since he is my first child and even though he is very sociable he was only going to the childminder before, but the staff made the process very easy and smooth.
Personally I think I
could not have taken a better decision, the nursery itself is beautiful, very well organized. All the staff are lovely, they welcome the kids in the early morning with a big smile on their face! I would like to take this opportunity to give a special thank you to the staff for their professionalism and for making everything so easy. They truly focus on children and they provide a detailed weekly report. Definitely my son could not be in a better place he is very happy to be there, he is so happy every morning to arrive there!

I can't fault the nursery in the slightest. Staff are caring and wonderful and my son is always happy to go and comes back home with a smile on his face.
The management team are open, kind and approachable and so easy to talk to. They are always sweet with the children as well and know each of them
and their personalities really well (unlike other nurseries where they're focused on admin only).
The rooms are open, clean and have everything a child can desire. Plenty of space to run, play or get messy.
Food is really good too. The cook is wonderful.
Overall I would recommend in a heartbeat. We will miss everyone when we leave in September and start primary school.

Both of my children absolutely love this nursery. My daughter (in pre-school room) has severe speech and language delays and everyone has been so supportive. One of the staff members had even done a training course with her speech and language therapist! They were all very happy to implement any suggestions
recommended by the therapist and as a result my daughter's language skills have improved so much! My son is in toddler room and he loves it so much he has cried when we have passed by on weekends because he couldn't go in. I feel as if all the staff members have become like family. They are all so approachable and they seem to know all the children really well. It is so nice getting daily photos of what they've all been up to and seeing them all play so nicely together. It certainly makes mornings run a lot smoother knowing my children are so excited about going to nursery. And having nappies and everything provided is a huge plus! I cannot recommend Beaumont House enough.

Beaumont House is a fantastic nursery, my son has been going there since his first birthday and is now 3 and in pre-school. He loves every day he has there and has made some wonderful friends (both kids and teachers). I enjoy the regular updates that we get through the app which helps me feel connected
and they have negotiated their way through the pandemic with the kids always as their primary focus.

My son has been at Beaumont House Day Nursery since he was 9 months old; he is now 25 months. I and my husband both work full time and is and will be an only child. In this time he has been completely cared and loved for as if he were at home with us. Our son has made bonds with the baby room team as
well as members of management. Now that he is in toddlers, he continues to find the same love, care and affection. Beaumont House is totally unique in its approach to day nursery; they are helpful, kind, caring, personable and excellent with communication. As parents that are at work all day, we love the app that consistently keeps you up to date with everything your child is doing, seeing, eating throughout the day. This is further supported by informative parent meetings and regular informal chats at pick up and drop are mandatory and a lovely part of my daily routine. He is learning, playing, enjoying and thoroughly loves his days. I cannot commend them highly enough.

My son joined Beaumont House Day Nursery when he was about 10 months old and loved it from the beginning! The staff are caring and supportive and always available to speak to should you have any questions. The facilities are brilliant and I look forward to the app update every evening to see what fun

We moved out of Twickenham in 2019 but chose to send our son to Beaumont House as it was superior to any nurseries where we live!

Our daughter has been at Beaumont House Day Nursery since she was a little over 1 and is now almost 3. She started in the baby room and is currently in the toddlers room. We are generally very pleased with the quality of the care, facilities and the entire team, including the management. She was very
shy when she first started and the staff were so supportive through a difficult settling in period. She’s since thrived and absolutely loves going to nursery. The nursery uses an app for frequent communication and updates, which we find extremely helpful. The team regularly keeps us updated on the progress of our daughter's development.
The toddler team have helped her settle back in nursery life after lockdown and she now absolutely enjoys her days at nursery. The flexibility and professionalism of the team is worth commending during and after the lockdown periods. We would recommend Beaumont House nursery to anyone in Twickenham.

Our daughter joined Beaumont House Day Nursery in the baby room. She is now very happy in the pre-school room. We never regretted our choice.
During the Spring lockdown, the team was fantastic and sent daily activity ideas and videos which created a feel of community.
The pre-school team manages
to engage the children in new exciting activities every day. Our daughter has developed so much since being there and we feel confident that she will be well prepared for starting school.
There is also an emphasis on providing a varied and healthy diet to children and we took inspiration ourselves from their chef's menus.


Beaumont House is a warm, friendly and welcoming place. We would highly recommend it.

I fell in love with Beaumont House since day one. The nursery is spectacular, very well looked after and super nice. My son has been attending Beaumont House for more than a year now and I love the fact that he is a very happy boy every time I pick him up. The staff is very friendly, professional and
always there to assist. They have been very supportive with my son's development. I love that they have an app where they post on a daily basis everything the kids do. It is very nice to see how my son interacts with other kids when I am not around.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

I am Emily Speer, the Nursery Manager.


With over 14 years of experience in childcare, I began my career in educational theatre, where I discovered a passion for working with young minds.


This led me to roles in both primary and secondary education, but it was in the early years sector that I truly found my calling.


Starting as bank staff, I steadily worked my way up to a management position, driven by a deep commitment to nurturing children's growth and development during their most formative years.
