Beaumont House Day Nursery

We have moved our child to Beaumont House recently and only over the past 6/7 months we have witnessed 7 resignations of (absolutely fantastic) key staff members. 2 nursery managers, 2 heads of room (Babies and Preschool) and other key carers. This nursery is now running as a skeleton of its former self, with the majority of carers being from childcare agencies, with no continuity of care. Please consider it before choosing BH to look after your child.

The staff are always extremely friendly and there’s so much room for activities, which there’s plenty of. Our child especially likes to go and see the ducks. He also adores his teachers.

Beaumont House is such a cosy place for my baby to attend. He went in for half days at just six months old and was looked after so well I have no worries at all. The staff are super friendly, patient and kind, even though I know my baby is fussy sometimes! They’ve always had much love for him. He absolutely loves going in and is learning new skills every day. They offer many creative activities that I would never have thought of at home, and they take the babies out and about wrapped up warm to discover the outdoors too. I always get an update on what he’s been doing.

I have had my two children at Beaumont House and their experience was very positive. The staff are very caring and loving and the kids create immediate bonds with all of them. They are responsive and keep adjusting their play areas and activities to keep the kids engaged. Really pleased.

When they leave Beaumont House Nursery, the children are confident learners who are ready to start school.

So happy for choosing this nursery/preschool for my daughter. Always everyone is so nice, kind and most importantly my daughter is always so happy to go there to learn and play with the teachers and her friends.

I knew about Beaumont House Day Nursery 3 years ago when I registered my first daughter. She has been every day and is very happy. I have seen a lot of progress in a short time, the staff is amazing and after 2 years I brought my second daughter here and for the first day she is incredibly happy, considering my experience, I do recommend it 100%.

Lovely nursery, staff are so communicative and caring. Both my boys have attended the nursery, youngest is now in the baby room and loves going in, is always so happy at pick up too. They are always going out for trips, and have lots of different activities and I am always pleased with the menu variety for meal times. Really pleased also with how the team prepared my eldest for school - he's settled really quickly in reception because of it.

The staff at Beaumont House Day Nursery ensure that the nursery always offers an upbeat, positive and caring environment. Our second child to attend is enjoying his last year and we are confident he is being very well-prepared for school life. Our first child, now in her third year at school, still talks lovingly about her time there too. The purpose-built nursery provides the perfect setting for early learning and developmental play.

Finally, though this is often the case at nurseries, paying for bank holidays and holiday days throughout the year is extremely frustrating. It would be great to be able to use a bank of days throughout the year given most will have up to 25 holidays per year in UK.

Very good baby room. Our son loves going there and feels very secure which is most important. The team cares and follows when it is possible parents' requirements which is highly appreciated. We definitely recommend this nursery.

My son has learnt so much recently, he comes home and talks about volcanoes, earthquakes, how to understand his feelings and most importantly how he is able to face any challenge that comes his way! Thank you!

My son joined the baby's room in March and quickly settled in. I put this down to the wonderful team who gave him encouragement and freedom to find his feet in this new environment. He gets very excited when we talk about nursery and will run to his pram in anticipation of the day ahead. I was drawn to the light and airy rooms and I know my son loves watching the traffic and people outside. The app has been really helpful as I still get to keep tabs on what he's doing and the photos at the end of the day are a lovely reminder of all the fun he's been having. Everyone at Beaumont House is caring and patient and it's lovely watching my son run into nursery for a cuddle with the team. On days when he's been more clingy, I've really appreciated the extra messages letting me know how he's getting on.

Beaumont House is an incredible nursery and pre-school. The staff are caring, imaginative, professional and inspiring. My son absolutely loves it and has done for the past 3 years. Highly recommended.

Personally I think I could not have taken a better decision, the nursery itself is beautiful, very well organized. All the staff are lovely, they welcome the kids in the early morning with a big smile on their face! I would like to take this opportunity to give a special thank you to the staff for their professionalism and for making everything so easy. They truly focus on children and they provide a detailed weekly report. Definitely my son could not be in a better place he is very happy to be there, he is so happy every morning to arrive there!

Overall I would recommend in a heartbeat. We will miss everyone when we leave in September and start primary school.

Both of my children absolutely love this nursery. My daughter (in pre-school room) has severe speech and language delays and everyone has been so supportive. One of the staff members had even done a training course with her speech and language therapist! They were all very happy to implement any suggestions recommended by the therapist and as a result my daughter's language skills have improved so much! My son is in toddler room and he loves it so much he has cried when we have passed by on weekends because he couldn't go in. I feel as if all the staff members have become like family. They are all so approachable and they seem to know all the children really well. It is so nice getting daily photos of what they've all been up to and seeing them all play so nicely together. It certainly makes mornings run a lot smoother knowing my children are so excited about going to nursery. And having nappies and everything provided is a huge plus! I cannot recommend Beaumont House enough.

Beaumont House is a fantastic nursery, my son has been going there since his first birthday and is now 3 and in pre-school. He loves every day he has there and has made some wonderful friends (both kids and teachers). I enjoy the regular updates that we get through the app which helps me feel connected and they have negotiated their way through the pandemic with the kids always as their primary focus.

My son has been at Beaumont House Day Nursery since he was 9 months old; he is now 25 months. I and my husband both work full time and is and will be an only child. In this time he has been completely cared and loved for as if he were at home with us. Our son has made bonds with the baby room team as well as members of management. Now that he is in toddlers, he continues to find the same love, care and affection. Beaumont House is totally unique in its approach to day nursery; they are helpful, kind, caring, personable and excellent with communication. As parents that are at work all day, we love the app that consistently keeps you up to date with everything your child is doing, seeing, eating throughout the day. This is further supported by informative parent meetings and regular informal chats at pick up and drop are mandatory and a lovely part of my daily routine. He is learning, playing, enjoying and thoroughly loves his days. I cannot commend them highly enough.

We are very happy with the nursery.
