Bright Eyes Childcare - In the Town

I found the set hours for sessions not being flexible difficult with work to begin with and was dissapointed that meals are no longer included in the price as they were before. Setting this aside my daughter really enjoys her time at Bright Eyes, I am very happy with the service I receive.

Myself and my partner are very pleased with how well our daughter has settled in. All of the girls have been very welcoming towards me, my partner and daughter. She has settled really well into the nursery and gets really excited when we pick her up. The nursery provide a good range of food for the children and our daughter always has fun doing all the exciting activities they plan.

My son has gained lots of confidence and independence since joining Bright Eyes Childcare. His key worker does an amazing job at this and has a great bond with my son which I feel has helped him loads. I am very happy with this nursery and all the lovely staff that work there. Thank you.

I was apprehensive about putting our daughter into nursery, but it was the best decision we ever made. Our daughter has developed so much and the staff are always happy to help. Our daughter is always happy to see the girls who work there. Fantastic staff, lovely food is always served and there's always someone to help if needed. We have taken advantage of the ADHOC sessions occasionally and have always been accommodated. Amazing nursery.

My son started bright eyes only a few weeks ago and I couldn't recommend them enough. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, after my son being with me 24.7 it was very hard to leave him with anyone else but within only a few sessions at Bright Eyes he is so settled, he's so happy and smiley when he goes in now, I can hand him over with no fuss and leave to go to work happy knowing he's happy. I love the app and the regular updates and photos. The staff show me what he is doing on a daily basis. Thank you to everyone at Bright Eyes.

An excellent setting with caring staff. My child has attended for 3 years and it's a safe happy environment with lots of wonderful people. The outdoor space and forest school provide amazing learning opportunities for young children with different ways of learning that are fun. The food and meals provided are exceptional with attention to detail and a variety for all.

I have recommended Bright Eyes to all of my friends and now they all take their children there. I am so pleased with Bright Eyes childcare! I haven't found another nursery in St Austell that can compare to what they offer!

We're currently potty training and I think the girls have really boosted my son's confidence with it. They're all so lovely and approachable and my son is really happy to be there. Thank you for everything you do!

Excellent facilities staff are all fantastic and go the extra length to help with any issues. Management is approachable and always willing to help. Food is fantastic nice variety and all freshly cooked and sourced locally. Staff are trained to a high standard which is reflected by the care they receive.

Brilliant Nursery! My little girl has been attending just over a year now and she absolutely loves it! Has helped her development so much. Would and do recommend to anyone I see looking for a nursery!

My child has developed at a much more increased pace since being with Bright Eyes, I very much look forward to staying with them with my child's siblings also.. highly recommended especially to nervous parents worried about leaving their children, like myself.

My son really enjoyed being at the nursery and his development was enhanced significantly whilst there. The staff are all well presented, engaging and friendly and make taking my child there a pleasant and comforting experience. The standard is very high in all areas and I wouldn't hesitate to take my son back there or recommend them to others.

My daughter started in Jan 2015 and the staff have been amazing throughout her different stages. Taking photos and videos of key moments like her first steps. The EY log is good to see what she gets up too. Her needs have always been met, and routine was always kept to what I asked for. She's always had a deep bond with her key worker and all staff she likes to cuddle. It's really heartwarming to know that she is cared and loved for so much. The food is amazing and such a different variety that it's helped with my daughter's eating at home. The grounds of the nursery are amazing and always improves which was a huge reason I picked this nursery. She has moved to preschool recently and the changes in her are outstanding which is only helped along by the staff at the nursery. I would always recommend Bright Eyes as they really are home from home.
