Shining Stars Nursery

My son loves nursery. He was willing to attend the sessions from day two. (Day one he was a bit nervous). Staff are very friendly and there is no problem so far. I strongly recommend the nursery to all of my friends.

I can see my son's development with his speaking and in behaviour and understanding. He was progressing every single day and he learnt a lot. Thanks to the whole team for helping my son to be what he is today.

A fantastic nursery in a great infant school (the best in the area). Our son has had an absolutely fantastic two years at Shining Stars and loved every minute of going in each day. The nursery classroom is bright, spacious and air-conditioned, and all of the teachers and teaching assistants are absolutely invested in looking after the children and making sure they learn through play and are happy.

A big thank you to and her team for all they have done for our son over the last two years. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of nursery.

I couldn't recommend Shining Stars highly enough. But be sure to get your place reserved VERY early!

My daughter has been really happy at Shining Stars nursery. The staff are excellent, always enthusiastic and consistently provide a high level of care. There are many indoor and outdoor activities to encourage learning.

My son has been going to Shining Stars for two and a half terms. He has absolutely loved it and astonished us with how much he has learnt. He has started reading and writing within such a short time, made great friends and learnt lots of interesting things. The nursery staff have been really nurturing and all the kids who go there are so happy. The staff are very knowledgeable and give useful tips on how to support your child more at home.

She loves the home corner and outside play areas in particular, but there is so much choice of activity that all the children are happily occupied and supervised.

My children loved their time at Shining Stars Nursery. They were nurtured by caring staff who helped them through their worries and built their confidence. They learnt to value working in teams with other children and they learnt how to sit on a carpet and listen to stories. As a parent, I was always sure my children were in an environment where their safety and development was at the centre of everything that staff did. If I had concerns, staff always listened and acted on anything necessary. They found time to follow through on any advice given by agencies to help the children.

Shining Stars Nursery was fantastic, my son absolutely loved it. Staff are so loving, friendly and my son just literally shined from going there, he was slow with his speech and they helped him so much, I am truly grateful, highly recommended, nursery manager is very good and professional. They set him up so well for reception class and made learning so much fun.

My son hugely enjoyed his time at Shining Stars Nursery. He gained a lot of confidence and has learnt a great deal, including his letters and numbers. He is more than adequately prepared for life in reception. The staff were warm, kind, generous and fun. My son loved them all and was sad to leave.

My children love this nursery, never complain or said they haven't enjoyed it. I drop off and collect my kids for the past two years and honestly the staff works really hard to make it such a good nursery. Teachers are enthusiastic, welcome you with a smile, answer any queries and entertain kids whilst they're developing. Maybe toilets could be cleaned more often after little monsters mess but overall it's a brilliant nursery!

Very positive. Highly recommend. Good ratio of teachers/teacher assistants to children. Well structured day for kids. Great variation of activities.
