Shining Stars Nursery

Thank you for making our son's very first nursery experience so positive and memorable. We couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough-you've given him the best possible start, and we'll always be so grateful. It's hard to put into words how grateful we are for everything this nursery has done for our son.

Really appreciate patience of the staff and understanding individual child's needs. They are very supportive of parents and understanding the challenges the modern world brings with it. I am really happy that my child is under supervision of teachers who actually care building their future and making them into better person.

Cannot recommend this nursery enough. My son has an ASD diagnosis and this was accommodated for above and beyond our expectations by all staff. My son was regulated, understood, and cared for as if he was with family everyday. The staff are incredible and work so hard to get to know each child and meet each of their needs. Please if you are considering this as an option for your child do not hesitate to arrange a visit, you won't be disappointed.

My daughter has just finished a full year in Shining Stars Nursery, and what a wonderful year it was. The staff provide such a safe, nurturing and educational experience for all children. Learning and positive moments are regularly shared on the app which is so reassuring as a parent to see what they are up to. My daughter has made special friendships and was well cared for by all the lovely staff. Children thrive and parents are happy!

My son went to Shining Stars for 2 years and he was pretty much nonverbal and behind for his age when he started however he is now absolutely thriving and completely caught up development-wise. This is because of Shining Stars Nursery, the staff are amazing and I will be forever grateful. An extra special mention to one staff member in particular, my son's absolute favourite teacher. Shining Stars is about the best quality of provision for your child. My son loved every minute and made long-lasting friendships during his time there. The staff is incredibly supportive, professional and caring about the learning journey. I couldn't recommend this place more. It's made such a positive impact on my son's learning and life experience as a whole.

My daughter started Shining Stars Nursery in September 2022 and has loved her time in Little Stars. The teachers are wonderful, encouraging and supportive and our daughter has thrived under their guidance and care. As a parent, I couldn’t be happier, thanks nursery team!

Shining Stars Nursery is an excellent nursery with professional and caring staff. Kids learn through playing and different activities. The forest school is brilliant. Children enjoy going to school everyday.

My second born is currently at the the nursery, following my eldest who had a brilliant experience! My daughter has come so far since starting in September 2022, and seeing her walk in with a smile everyday makes it reassuring that she is in the best hands. The Nursery Lead is brilliant and both my girls have been a huge fan - her approach and lovely personality ensures the children are well looked after and taught! All of the staff are all brilliant and very personable! The fact that it follows a school like approach preps the children for reception too! My youngest son will follow in Sept 2024! Don’t have a bad word to say!

Wonderful nursery! My daughter started here as a very shy child and she soon came out of her shell thanks to the fantastic teachers. Shinning Stars has really got my daughter ready for starting school in September. I highly recommend sending your little one to this brilliant nursery.

My son has been so happy at Big Stars over the past year. He joined Shining Stars preschool having been unhappy at a childminders and the staff were exceptional at settling him and giving him confidence. The facilities, teaching and wrap-around care are superb - I honestly cannot recommend this nursery enough. My son skips into school every morning and it is such a warm and inviting community at Wallace Fields. I feel so lucky he's experienced preschool here and could not have wished for a better environment to prepare him for school. Thank you to the wonderful teachers!

My little daughter is so happy at Shining Stars Nursery school! Since the first days of school, she is very confident and immediately bonded with the teachers and the other kids (despite she was in another school before where it took a long time to settle).

The day nursery provider is excellent. The facilities, equipment, wrap-around care, staff are all amazing. Couldn't wish for a better place for my child. Very happy indeed.

Right from the start of settling in sessions, the nursery staff have been fantastic. They have taken every step to ensure my child is welcomed and encouraged during the session. My daughter’s communication, sentence structure and recall have improved so much in the few months she has attended. She looks forward to going to each session and is able to tell me who she has played with. The observations we get online are brilliant.

The staff at Shining Stars are all lovely and they welcome the children with big smiles every day. My daughter absolutely loves attending and is always telling me about all the wonderful things she has been doing all day. It is very clear that there is very structured learning as well as a lot of learning through play and I am amazed by some of the things that my daughter can tell me about when she comes home. The staff do a fantastic job of knowing the needs of my child and communicating well with me if there are any concerns that I or they have. I would highly recommend.
