My child like to go to nursery. She likes the staff there. Very lovely staff, helpful. The food is good, she likes almost all the food. The toys there are good, she likes to play all the toys there. The activities are all good.

My son has been part of Oxford Place for 1 and a half years and is very happy and settled despite being very shy towards unknown people. The staff are really kind and helpful, they really care about the kids. They do loads of activities and trips together, make great food and give good updates at the end of each day. I'm very happy to pick my son each day with a high smile on his face. Would recommend to anyone working in or near the city centre, it's an easy pickup and drop off.

From our very first whilst still pregnant to my daughter's first day we have felt nothing but welcome by every member of the team. I never imagined I would be so comfortable leaving her in their care. Cannot recommend enough!

My child is only new to the nursery but really enjoys going. She loves all the staff there and is enjoying the opportunity to participate in all the activities and interacting with other children.

We don't have a single complaint but we know that if we did that it would be addressed and dealt with fairly and professionally.

The team is lovely. I am really happy with how my son is doing there. In general, really happy.

My son has settled really well at nursery. He has created lovely relationships with the staff who always provide feedback after every day. After every week he seems to have developed a new skill. It is so reassuring that he enjoys himself and feels safe to explore and learn.

Both my children attend this setting. They love, learn and enjoy every single day they attend. The staff are lovely and friendly, and I’m always made to feel welcome. They always enjoy the resources and the activities on offer. The nursery is clean, tidy and well presented at all times. Twinkles has advanced my child’s development in a way that, once she moves on to big school in September I have no doubts that she will just walk in and fit in full of confidence the way she does at Twinkles. Thank you for the last 2 years.

My son has been attending Twinkles since he was a baby and I could not be happier with the service provided! He is now in the pre-school room and the transitions through the nursery has been smooth sailing! All the staff are very welcoming and friendly! The meals provided are outstanding and the activities and learning opportunities are amazing. My son has done nothing but thrive at Twinkles and has he has developed his confidence skills ready for school. Thank you Twinkles!

10/10 review for the staff at Twinkles. My daughter absolutely loves going to the nursery, she has made so many friends with not only the children but also the staff. I would 100% recommend this nursery. I chose it for my daughters because the girls there are so warm and lovely. Thank you to them for making her smile every Tuesday and Friday.

Sending my son to Twinkles Oxford Place is one of my best parenting decisions. My son has been so happy and settled since he started over two years ago. The team are highly professional, warm and friendly. I also cannot fault their actions and approach to the pandemic, which has been exemplary - they have played a key role in keeping life consistent for him during this period. The rooms themselves are well organised, and our son is well stimulated and has come in leaps and bounds. I cannot recommend Twinkles highly enough.

There are so many activities to keep the babies stimulated and learning, the staff are all so hands-on, and I genuinely feel like I’ve left him with his favourite aunties for the day with how much they care about him and his development. The menu is off the scale, and I’m always kept up to date with what he’s loved and what he didn’t fancy that day! And if you’re in a rush at pick up time, then it’s all on the App for you to see. I could talk for hours about how amazing and kind the people and place is but here’s the important information: these guys really care about you and your child and will support and nurture them to grow.

My son has attended Twinkles since a very young age all the way through to getting ready for school this year. He has amazing bonds with the staff, and his quality of care is amazing. I am eternally grateful to the staff at Twinkles for how well they have treated me and my son over the years.

What a fabulous nursery. Even before Covid-19, the team on-site were wonderful and seeing how happy my child was and how well his development was advancing is amazing. During the pandemic, it's clear that their top priority was the welfare of the children. They have been amazing, giving parents flexibility over attendance, taking away the worry over what's going on with fees etc. The communications have been excellent and at no point have I been left wondering what's happening. The return to nursery has also been very well handled with the team taking the time to understand each parents position. I feel confident with the procedures they have put in place as part of their risk assessment. An absolute gem of a nursery and would highly recommend to others.

Lovely nursery, cheerful staff and an all-around great setting. Fees are on the expensive side but convenient location. The garden area is a little small but the staff do take the children on walks around the city centre.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I am confident in the care my daughter receives and would not feel comfortable leaving her anywhere else. The management and care are friendly and give excellent advice and go above and beyond to make my daughters nursery experience the best it could possibly be. My child's development has come on leaps and bounds in all areas.

My child loves the baby room at Oxford Place. My child started very young and can see a change in little time. My child has a bond with with all the staff members within the room and really enjoys his time at nursery.

Both my children have now attended Twinkles and thoroughly enjoy their days there, especially when they get special visitors such as dogs trust. My eldest looks forward to seeing their friends and taking part in everything. The staff have been great throughout each group setting. It's a really good setting and my kids have grown in confidence.
