Kids Planet Oxford Place - Leeds City Centre

Our daughter has been enjoying the nursery. She keeps coming back with new words and skills she learnt there. The staff are very helpful and professional. Always ready to answer any questions we have. This has been the case from day 1 to today.

Overall, very pleased with the nursery's experience.

The staff always make us feel welcome and reassured, and it is clear they genuinely care about the children. I feel comfortable and confident leaving my son in their care every day. I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

My son has thrived since starting at Oxford Place. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and genuinely show love for him. He is very excited to be at nursery and is usually in a good mood when I pick him up which is a good sign! We get lots of lovely updates throughout the week too which is nice to see what he is up to. As he is in the baby room, I did wonder how much he would get to do, but every day they have new fun activities and he has learned so much here! Any issues we have are quickly and professionally dealt with and we appreciate all the kindness, understanding and support from management and staff.

Our daughter has had a wonderful time in the baby room for the last year. All the staff are caring, thoughtful, personal and creative. There has always been great communication and they really care about the well-being and development of our daughter. There are lots of great activities, outings and themed days. Our daughter feels so welcome, loved and is really settled. The children have a great routine & the staff work hard to keep them to follow it, and send us great updates on their progress (everyday but also for the whole term). The space isn't massive, given it's a city centre nursery, but they've used the space well and it's very welcoming and our daughter loves it. We'd highly recommend.

I was also very happy to see Kobe going to the train station yesterday to see the trains as this would have made him so happy as he loves trains , buses and cars :). Thank you for your hard work and kindness and looking after my boy.

We have had an absolutely amazing experience of nursery so far. Our little one was a very easily upset, clingy, and high needs baby who, though happy generally, did not do well without mum or dad right next to her. She has come on leaps and bounds since starting. The staff are very kind and understanding with her and have been great at encouraging her with her speech, sleeping independently, and eating solids. They have handled her needs really well and been flexible with her. We are honestly amazed at how well it has gone. The food is always healthy and fresh, little one has taken to it really well. They do lots of activities with the children and encourage the children to play together to support their social development.

Overall we are happy with how our child is doing in the Nursery. All staff and very kind and loving. Our child is always always happy to come to Nursery.

Although, The updates are not always on time on the app and some days the food etc are not updated.

We are really happy our son attends this nursery. The staff cannot do any more for these children. They keep them all so happy, busy and learning. Our son is always excited to be dropped off and even though he's there all day he's rarely in a hurry to go home on pick up- very reassuring that he is content. They do a lot of activities with the children and come up with lots of clever concepts and themes to open up their little world. They encourage singing and reading as well as more active movement/sport.

The staff listen to any of our concerns and follow through on requests eg. Helping us wean off dummy, or applying more cream etc.

If this nursery had a more pram friendly entrance and bigger outdoor space it would be perfect, but from my experience the staff do everything they could to support and make this less of an issue as they are obviously restricted to the space and the building.

We will not hesitate to recommend this nursery to any other parents.

We are very happy with the nursery. The teachers are very friendly with our little one, they seem they truly love him. Our little boy is at the babies class so huge congratulations to all of the team. Only one thing. We would like to take the babies for a walk more often. From the other hand I understand that most of the time there are too many babies to go for a walk which makes it impossible. Other than that we are very happy with everything!

My only gripe isn't with the nursery itself but having to pay nearly £2 a day for parking is quite annoying!

I would not send your child here if they have any type of SEN or additional needs.

I am very pleased that my child attends here. He is very happy and has thrived. He enjoys his time here and has made friends with the children and the staff. The city centre location is great because I work there so it is not far for us to walk. There is car parking outside which helps if you have a car. I truly feel that my child is loved here and I wouldn't put him anywhere else.

The manager has always been clear, helpful and accommodating to my ever-changing work hours. She has also been super helpful arranging my finances with Universal Credit. The girls who look after my daughter all seem to really care for her, I always see my daughter busy at play during pickup. Excellent hot food cooked daily by a lovely young male chef who uses local ingredients. Location of the nursery is fantastic for those who work in the city centre. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing, 2 of my children attend the nursery, both are under 2, the nursery manager has been very helpful from the day we stepped in there. My children are still attending now and the staff are amazing and are very attentive to the children. I am very fussy when it comes to my children attending a nursery but all the staff made me and the children feel very welcome, it feels like home away from home, hats off to all the staff.

My daughter has now attended this nursery for 3 years, she started at the age of 6 months and is now 3 and in the preschool room! Throughout that time I have always been so happy with everything, all the staff that have cared for her have provided both her and myself with a great deal of support! Would highly recommend!

After having a horrible pregnancy and my baby nine weeks early, you can image how anxious and nervous I was bringing my child to nursery and returning back to work! The nursery have been amazing! Helping me feel at ease, communicating my child’s needs and progress and offering advice and support. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the building has a warm touch to it. I cannot thank Kids Planet Oxford Place enough for making it so easy. Thank you.

Staff all really pleasant and welcoming. Management is really good and hard working and always available to help out when needed. I like that you get daily pictures and videos. They have definitely helped my son come a long away! I wish there was more skills teaching such as balance bikes. Or some kind of a structure to educational play and free play. But that is a personal preference.

My little girl has attended nursery since she was around eighteen months old, she was delayed with her walking (didn't walk until just over two) and she is delayed with her speaking, she is now just over three. She moved up to the preschool room end of January and the progress she has made is remarkable and somewhat amazing. I have all the staff to thank but one in particular, my child absolutely loves her. She has been listening well, trying to ask for things, repeating and counting. Anyone that knows her, this is massive. Thank you again staff you are simply brilliant.

I really enjoy the nursery for my kids the teachers are lovely and my kids enjoy themselves at nursery. I also enjoy that my kids get to learn different things and use there different senses, and I love that I get to see what they do everyday at nursery.

My child like to go to nursery. She likes the staff there. Very lovely staff, helpful. The food is good, she likes almost all the food. The toys there are good, she likes to play all the toys there. The activities are all good.
