Blossoms Day Nursery is a day nursery created by parents, for parents. The setting features huge outside play spaces and spacious rooms.

The garden allows for plenty of exciting activities, including a mud kitchen and even a treehouse.

The former GP surgery was extensively refurbished prior to its opening in 2016 to offer families excellent facilities. The nurturing staff supports each child to develop in all areas and reach their potential.

Our son loves coming to Blossoms. His confidence has come on so much since joining. He eats so well and they do lots of hands-on activities each day, which he loves! They have an app they upload pictures on so you can see everything they've been up to. Such a lovely team of staff too and always helpful
and friendly. I highly recommend Blossoms to anyone looking for a nursery for their little one!

My daughter has been attending Blossoms for over a year now and she has done amazing and that's all down to Blossoms. My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and seeing all her friends. To say I was very anxious about her first starting nursery, especially as a first-time parent. Now I look back
and think, why was I so scared. From day one she has loved nursery and they have been amazing with her. They are always keeping parents up to date by using the app. I love how she has come on, especially her speech and how she is with other children. Every day she comes out with a smile and tells me all about her day. She is very happy here and it's the best decision I made to send her to Blossoms while I'm at work. The staff work so hard and they all put smiles on their little faces and make them happy, which is all a parent needs.

I would 100% recommend Blossoms Day Nursery. The staff are amazing, very caring and helpful. The facilities are great too - lots of activities, lovely outdoor area. My daughter loves it there. She is happy, showing great improvement in her confidence and speech since attending the nursery.

My daughter, who has complex health needs, has attended Blossoms Nursery for two years, starting from the baby room. I found the nursery setting, staff, activities and family events exceptional. The staff are excellent at communicating with parents, the food is home-cooked (my daughter eats better at
nursery than at home!), and the activities provided for the children are well thought out. My daughter's health needs have been supported, with nothing being too much for the staff to undertake. In addition, the nursery puts on family activities, such as pumpkin soup and sparklers night at Halloween, which is a great way to engage the whole family and teach sparkler safety. I would recommend Blossoms Nursery to anyone.

My son has been attending Blossoms for a year now and loves it. As my son is my rainbow baby the thought of him going to Nursery was very daunting and the thought of him not being in my care was frightening, but from day one I felt very comfortable and at ease with Blossoms and was always reassured.
I have seen such a development in my son and could not thank Blossoms enough. They have a lot of events and do a variety of different activities which my son loves his music and especially his PE lessons. The food is excellent and varied, and I have no worries when he is at nursery. Blossoms always keep parents informed of what our children are doing on the Famly App with pictures which I love seeing. They have nice open spacious rooms which are well resourced with a lovely outdoor garden. The staff are amazing and are always friendly, caring and helpful. I could not have wished for a better Nursery for my son and would highly recommend Blossoms. You will not be disappointed.

Our son started Blossoms November 2020, considering he was 9 months old and we were all going through a pandemic and lockdowns, he settled so well into Blossoms, we are so thankful to all the staff that have helped our sons development socially and intellectually over the last 12 months. My children love this nursery all 4 of them have gone here throughout the years only 2 left and they always run in with a smile on their face. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and spend one on one time with the children throughout the week, also you get an end of day review on how your child's
day has been also there's a secure app you can log in to, to keep updated on their progress. Love it!

My son has been attending since September and so far I can't fault anything, he has come on loads in his development and each week can see massive differences in him. The team are always friendly, polite and helpful, never failing to show a bond with the children and going that extra mile when needed.
Overall a fantastic nursery and I am extremely happy with my decision to go here.

We love this nursery! The staff are so friendly and helpful and fantastic with our daughter. The menu is varied, the food is fresh and she loves so many of the dishes on offer. The indoor and outdoor spaces on offer are brilliant and the activities that they provide are amazing. She especially loves

My daughter has been at Blossoms since she was 6 months old and is now on the road to school. The staff at Blossoms have nurtured her right from the very beginning. She absolutely loves going and talking about all her friends and teachers. The staff are very passionate about the early year's curriculum
and the learning opportunities are astounding. All the extracurricular opportunities have given my daughter such confidence. I cannot thank the staff enough.

Amazing! This is the word used to describe the nursery! My little one started here and was unsettled because she was used only with me, but with help from the staff, now she loves to start the day with them. When my little girl turned 6 months old I had to go back to work and viewed a whole heap of nurseries. Blossoms were by far the best choice. The staff are fantastic and they put so much effort into activities for the children. My daughter loves it here and I will never move her to another nursery. Shout

My daughter started here a while ago and the staff have been amazing with her settling in, she was immediately welcomed and settled in amazingly. My daughter started at blossoms in September. I was so worried about her starting due to her having additional needs and being at home with me for such a long period of time. The staff were amazing and listened to my concerns about her settling in. Since starting the nursery she has come on leaps and

Our son has only been with the nursery since September. Blossoms were our first choice after visiting several others in the area. They could offer what we needed as well as loving their approach to learning. We were made to feel very welcome even during the pandemic for our look around. He has settled
in well and we have already received a detailed progress report. They are understanding of his medically and dietary needs and we always get a comprehensive handover on picking him up. We have also signed our baby up to start the nursery in January.

My daughter has been coming to the nursery since we moved to the area in July 2021 and we are extremely happy with her placement. She has come on leaps and bounds and enjoys the nursery very much. I’ve driven past this nursery for years and always thought it looked welcoming so was thrilled when they had a place for my son. The staff are lovely helpful and friendly and there have never been any problems and my son will happily go in.

Our little one started here at 10 months old and she loves it. The staff are caring patient and are always so attentive to the child and their needs.
As an only child, our little one has really learnt how to interact with other children. She loves coming home and repeating the songs they've been singing
or telling us all about the books they've read.
There is a wide range of activities and outdoor play is encouraged too. Additional activities are also on offer such as music masters, forest school and French lessons. A lot of the outdoor space has been updated and is now a fantastic area for the children to play in.
The food is excellent and there is a wide variety on the menu.
You also receive regular updates via the Famly app which helps you to see what your little one has been doing throughout the day.
We would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to others.

Hello, my name is Claire ~ I am the nursery Director / Owner. I am also the Nursery Coordinator and area manager.


I decided to open my own day nursery when I was looking for a nursery place for my own children. I couldn't find what I was looking for and then Blossoms was born.


I play a very hands on role ensuring quality of care to all children. Early years is my passion, I take great pride in
ensuring children have the best start possible.


Outside of work I am a mom of three who enjoys creating memories with my family.
