Tops Day Nurseries: Lymington Nursery

My son has been at Tops since 2019 and I couldn’t praise it more. The staff have always been so kind and caring, he loves it there and I know will miss it terribly when he goes to school. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Tops has been fabulous! My 2.5-year-old loves all the messy play, and nature and has grown in confidence, developing great relationships with staff and other kids. I found the flexibility in childcare particularly helpful and also find the general communication is good, and the nursery app is very easy to use. I recommend this nursery highly.

Everyone at Tops Nursery is very polite, professional and always on hand. I am so glad I chose Tops for my son as I was worried that he would need more support due to his developmental delays but this hasn't been an issue and he loves to go and play with the Tops team and his peers. My son has thrived in so many areas and he only goes twice a week. Just amazing and would recommend it to anyone.

Both of our children have been at Tops and they have both loved it. They loved the freedom to explore both outside and inside. They have plenty of opportunity to be creative and make friends. I would definitely recommend it. Our jobs need a flexible nursery with good opening hours and friendly staff, Tops certainly has this.

Our daughter has been at Tops Lymington for over 2 years. She loves going in every day and feels at home, happy and comfortable in the setting offered. Whoever has been assigned as a primary carer for our daughter has always been very caring, attentive and loving. The additional activities such as cooking classes and forest school days offered have been a great addition for our daughter to develop new skills and experiences. Thank you Tops!

We love Lymington Tops, and so do both of our children. This is a brilliant nursery. The manager and her team love the kids and welcome them every day with big smiles, and the children know they are loved. The staff are great at tuning into what each child needs, helping to make going to the nursery a positive experience.

We appreciate the continuity of staff here - it's clear staff enjoy being there - and that makes a huge difference for us and the kids. Communication with staff is good too.

They do a wide range of activities and my daughter always comes home happy and tells us what she has been doing! I would definitely recommend this nursery!

I cannot recommend this nursery more highly. The staff are wonderful, so caring and always make time to speak about our children whether it's a general chat or a more specific area of concern. They are hugely flexible, always helpful if we need support at short notice. Both our children are so happy there. I love hearing about all the things they get up to every day and cannot thank the team enough for all the efforts they put into giving the children such a lot of variety in activities. Thank you!

Very friendly and lovely staff. The manager and staff are all very caring. My daughter was always pleased to be at nursery. Good with activities and learning needs of the child. She does miss you all now.

My two year old loves his nursery, he calls it castle school and cannot wait to return to have fun and learn. Beautiful layout for child-led and independent learning. Everyone has such a warm, nurturing approach to help little ones learn boundaries, express their feelings and grow strongly. Thank you for being with us on this journey!

Friendly staff and takes good care of our little one. Very flexible with nursery timing, and the idea of choosing the days we need before a week really helps us out. Additionally, no pressure for us to choose a minimum number of days really helps us.

My daughter has recently started, having not ever been to any day care setting, she has settled smoothly. She absolutely loves her "school" days and I love hearing and seeing all the things she has been up to whilst I'm working. The staff are all friendly, helpful and take the time to greet us personally each morning.

I moved my son to Tops Day Nurseries: Lymington Nursery in January 2021. It has been the best thing we’ve done for him. He is much happier and coming along leaps and bounds. Staff are lovely and easy to to talk to. They are very good with getting extra help for my son as he has speech delay.

Tops Day Nurseries: Lymington Nursery is an amazing setting that caters so well for every child's individual needs. My son had issues with food intolerance's and they have catered to this brilliantly too. The staff there are always friendly, welcoming and build brilliant relationships with your child, so that they feel safe, happy and secure in coming to nursery.The activities are fun and educational, with use of lots of wooden toys, art and crafts and a beautiful enclosed garden area for the children to play in. I love that they allow the children to get muddy and messy in their play, as it allows them to experience different textures and be themselves during play. I would highly recommend this nursery to any prospective parents and children looking for a childcare setting.

All the staff are absolutely amazing, my son has formed such a lovely bond with them especially one member of staff who he adores. Every time he comes home from nursery I feel like he has learnt to do something new. I could not recommend this nursery more.

My son currently attends Tops Lymington and we have been wowed by the care he has received there. Firstly, due to mine and my partner's work commitments, our son only needs a particular set of hours a week that we found we weren't able to access at other settings without paying for much longer sessions than we needed. Tops Lymington is different as it works with families and will be flexible to their needs, the only requirement being a minimum of six hours a week. The staff are wonderful, incredibly knowledgeable people who clearly love their roles and we have felt our child is extremely safe and well looked after by them. He loves attending the setting and the staff are always full of stories of how much fun he has had each day, mirrored by the smiling photos we get sent through on the app too. The management team are also extremely approachable, knowledgeable and work hard to build positive relationships with parents. We couldn't be happier with the care at Tops Lymington.

The manager and the team at Tops Lymington are wonderful. My son went there before starting school and my daughter is there now. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The environment is calm, safe, stimulating and fun for the kids. They have loads of space, both indoors and out, as well as taking regular trips to local parks and meadows. Before COVID they did trips to the local elderly residential home with some of the preschoolers, which was a wonderful way of mixing the generations. They have been very reassuring through COVID and I've felt fully confident sending my daughter back.
