Vantage Park Day Nursery

The level of expertise, professionalism as well as genuine friendliness at Vantage Park Day Nursery is amazing and reassuring when leaving our two daughters at the nursery all day, three times a week. Both daughters get on very well here and have settled in thanks to the attentive staff. It is large, spacious, and there is an emphasis on constant learning, development and support. The activities are wide-ranging, the meals are healthy and varied and we are very happy with our choice and our girls continue to prosper by attending Vantage Park.

Great little nursery with a really good culture. Both my children love it here. It’s clean and spacious. My little girl over the last 6 months has experienced woodwork, watching caterpillars turn into butterflies, planting of vegetables, harvesting the veg and using them in activities and plenty of other forest activities. The team work with you and your needs and listen to your needs and make changes accordingly. I was fully supported during potty training and the team offered plenty of support and advice along the way.

The Nursery facility is modern, very neat and the kids are well looked after by their key person(s). Being located in central Huntingdon is another icing on the cake as it is easy to locate. My husband and I are happy we made the right decision as we had been to a couple of other daycare centres but none of them come close. We are impressed by the level of continued commitment and support the nursery provides towards our son's progressive learning and development.

Fantastic nursery! The staff all know my daughter well and she looks forward to going each time! She is constantly talking about the staff at home even on weekends and so it's lovely to see how important they are to her. That goes from the manager to the staff in the rooms. Everyone is so friendly when she turns up and always smiling. They have been so so supportive with transitions like potty training and moving up rooms, always ensuring she is comfortable and that we are as well. Outdoor space is great and she loves the mud kitchen so I've been told! Food is also really great. Healthy well-balanced meals and a lot of thought has clearly been put into the menu each week. Would highly recommend Vantage Park Day Nursery!

My child is very happy here and the staff are excellent. They provide great learning opportunities and have lovely indoor play equipment. My child loves the singing and storytime. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been with Vantage Park Day Nursery for nearly 2 years now and we couldn’t be happier with it! All staff are very friendly and helpful, highly professional, take great care of my girl and feel like a second family to us already. My daughter has been supported and encouraged at nursery through major stages of her life like potty training, I feel that she is very safe there. She is constantly developing new skills and is extremely excited to get back to nursery every day and actually misses her teachers and friends a lot which is the best sign for me. Kids eat a very healthy varied diet at nursery with all foods cooked on-premises. The development and progress of each child is thoroughly noted and reported to parents which gives us great insight. During the lockdown, the nursery was very supportive of kids and stayed in touch via little videos sent to us with some nursery songs or activities that my daughter enjoyed watching a lot. All in all - a fantastic nursery!

This nursery is fantastic. From the staff to the equipment to the curriculum. Our daughter is thriving here. Her confidence is growing, her vocabulary is expanding and she is learning to eat well-balanced meals. The staff builds such good bonds with the children, I know she has comfort here if she needs it. She is always so happy when I pick her up, which is so reassuring that she is happy, settled & loving her time here. We would recommend this nursery every time with confidence and without hesitation.

My daughter started in the youngest room and she is now in the pre-school room, time flies! I can only say positive things about everything and everyone here. The initial settling in stage was done with such care, supporting not only my daughter but me as well (first-time mum). She has progressed well through the rooms and there is a lovely flow from room to room making it less daunting for the children. It's a lovely natural calming environment and much time is spent outside, also adding in forest school sessions. During the last few months, the staff have been incredible at keeping some normality for the children, during Facebook storytelling sessions and transitioning them back after the initial lockdown. Only praise from this mum, thank you.

I have nothing but praise for Vantage Park Day Nursery. My son has attended the nursery since he was a year old and is now in the 2-3 room almost ready to move up to pre-school. From day one the staff have been so open and honest about their procedures and way of teaching that I have never had to question anything they have been doing. My son has learnt so much since being at the nursery and his development has been fantastic. The staff treat my son as an individual which I can clearly see from the 6 monthly progress reviews that I receive and also from daily feedback received on pick up. The staff are always willing to help with anything related to the well being of my son particularly if it is something that crosses over with home and nursery. October has been quite a challenging month for my son as he started potty training and I cannot thank the staff enough for all their help and encouragement to aid in this. Vantage Park is a wonderful nursery.

Very happy with the level of care provided at Vantage Park Day nursery. Plenty of activities to keep the children engaged at all ages evidenced by the weekly newsletter provided. The staff are very friendly and show a genuine interest in our son's development. They are very supportive especially during the challenging times of potty training which I couldn't have managed to do without their help.

I couldn’t ask for a better nursery for our son. Friendly and professional staff who are always willing to help and answer any questions. They have a lovely outdoor space and high quality toys and equipment which our son thoroughly enjoys. Our son’s development has flourished over the past year and we believe a big part of this is the interaction, care and support he receives at Vantage Park Day Nursery. It is a fantastic place for our boy to play, learn and develop.

Both of my children attend this nursery, my little boy has been attending the nursery since it opened. I have always found the staff so friendly and fantastic with both of my children. It is such a lovely nursery with great space for the children to play inside and outside. The activities the children do day to day are engaging and very well thought out and both my children come home and tell me of their day and about what they have been up to. I love the updates at the end of the week from the nursery and anytime I need some more information or have questions, the staff are very open in answering them and spending the time.

I would and have recommended Vantage Park to other parents. When the lockdown restrictions allowed for kids to go back to school I thought Vantage Park handled the transition and intake very well. They have gone above and beyond with their measures to ensure the kids are safe and protected. It is a shame we can no longer see our kids in action but they have ensured we stay up to date with their activities. The team are very accommodating to change requirements which I think other places may be a little stringent with. The only reasons I am saying "likely" and not "extremely likely" is I am aware the cost is not overly competitive to other establishments. That being said, I think the activities, surroundings and staff do make up for that.

We are both so happy with our experience of Vantage Par Day Nursery so far. From the moment we visited the beautiful setting, we knew it’s where we wanted our son to go. The initial settling in period was very smooth and our son settled quickly. Every member of staff we have spoken to has been friendly and professional. Any queries we have are always dealt with quickly and the daily/weekly communication is very good. I could not praise the nursery any more highly for how they dealt with lockdown and reopening. For us, the most important factor is that our son is safe and happy and we feel that Vantage Park is perfect for him.

We did have experience of another setting in the area, and we are much happier with Vantage Park Day Nursery.

My son started when he was two, he has had an amazing time there, and I've always felt comfortable leaving him. The staff are all welcoming and enthusiastic, you can see how well they know and care for the children. My son's development has been incredible, and I owe that to the nursery. I don't think he would have flourished as well in another setting.

Very happy with the facilities and services provided by the nursery for us as parents. Our child comes back very happy, and you can see the growth and development in his learning and personality since starting nursery and interacting with staff and the other children.

My daughter has been going to Vantage Park nursery for 18-months, and she absolutely adores it. She has really good bonds with the staff across the nursery and has grown in confidence. I was really impressed by their ability to support children and parents during the lockdown. Since lockdown, they have worked hard to make parents and children feel safe whilst still ensuring that there's good communication. I think the staff are exceptional and truly care about the cistern that they are looking after. I love that children have so much time outside and follow the forest school model of learning. My daughter really loves coming to nursery, and I think they will set her up for school when she gets older.

My little boy is always so happy to go to nursery in the morning, and I think that says a lot in itself!
