Vantage Park Day Nursery in Huntingdon opened on 5 December 2016.

The nursery is purpose-built and is conveniently located in Huntingdon. It is equipped to an exceptionally high standard and enjoys bright, modern open spaces. There is also plenty of landscaped garden space and the nursery embraces the forest school approach to outdoor learning.

The nursery is operated by, Cambridgeshire based Wigwam Nurseries Ltd, and in line with all their nurseries, is currently rated Outstanding by OFSTED (Inspected in November 2018).

Both of my boys are happy and settled here. It's a lovely setting and the boys love their nursery staff. They have a great range of activities and lovely outdoor space. I love that they have forest school activities.

My child has been attending Vantage Park for the last 3 months in the under 2s room. She happily walks into nursery every day and seems to really love Donna and Megan.
The nursery has a calm, friendly and safe atmosphere. Menus and activities are well thought out and my child often brings home things
she has made. I'm really glad we picked Vantage Park.

Our daughter has been at Vantage Park since February 2025, following a house move. Any concerns we had about moving our daughter to a new nursery environment were quickly dispelled.
She settled into Vantage Park very quickly and happily, and continues to be excited every morning by the prospect of
going to nursery.
The staff are friendly, caring and professional, and we receive daily feedback on her activities, meals, sleep and progress. Communication with management is also clear and efficient.
Since joining, our daughter's speech and independence has developed greatly.
We're very happy with our choice to use Vantage Park and would very much recommend the nursery to others.

The manager and staff are lovely, very caring and understanding. My little boy has really come out of his shell since starting. It's nice to have a manager that cares as much about your kids as you do, going to work and leaving your children can be so daunting, worrying if they are safe and happy all
day but management make it so much easier.

Our daughter goes to the nursery and couldn’t be happier. The activities they do are all so varied and sound like good fun. The staff are all really lovely and always happy to help and answer questions. Can’t fault the nursery.

Easily one of, if not the best nursery setting in the area. My child thoroughly enjoys going to this nursery and gets excited when he knows it is nursery day. You are sent a weekly sheet via email each week, which lets you know what the children have been up to and what the following week includes,
including a food menu for the whole week. Safeguarding of the children is of utmost importance to them, which puts your mind at rest, as a parent. I would also say that Vantage Park has most certainly helped in the development of my child, he always comes home and tells me what he has learnt, which I find very endearing. Also, very clean and has great resources.

Outstanding nursery. The first feeling you get when you walk into the nursery is a sense of 'family' and it's true, they look after the children as if they were their own, showing a considerable amount of tolerance, empathy, understanding, and trust in the children. The nursery manager has done a fantastic
job in keeping her staff engaged, following protocol, but also always trying to innovate better ways to do certain things around the nursery, whether it be practical things regarding sandals, sun lotion and so on, or if it's regarding illness and injuries. What's also apparent is that the work environment is friendly and non-competitive, so all the ladies who work there seem to get on very well, which is actually a really important factor when choosing a nursery, I feel. The development structure and format is actually really good, and this is where the chunk of the premium day rate I feel comes into value. 1:1 focus with the child really helps.

As soon as I looked around I knew this was the nursery for my little one. It's a clean and fun-looking space for the children to explore. The weekly sheets are great and useful. It's lovely to see what they have been up to. The management were very thorough with the care plan required for my little

Both our children go to this nursery, and we couldn't be happier with the service provided. Our children always look forward to coming to nursery every day, and you can see the development in them. A special mention to all the staff who work at the nursery. Very professional, considerate and attentive

Outstanding nursery, I felt it from the moment we visited to my son's first day and he has been at the nursery for 5 months now. The staff are excellent, so kind and friendly and my son's face lights up when he sees them, which is exactly what we wanted. I have no doubt that my son is in the best hands
and the staff are really good at telling you about their day and what they have been doing! It's always really informative which I am grateful for. Also, the weekly sheet that is emailed out to parents is a highlight too and there is so much detail about everything you need to know and also a glimpse at what the children have been doing. I found it very reassuring to see my son enjoying himself and learning while he is there. We have noticed a big transition in his development since attending nursery and I can only thank the staff for all their hard work and care in helping him achieve this! The facilities are also exceptional inside and out. We would definitely recommend this nursery!

My daughter has been at Vantage Park Day Nursery for 3-months. I'm so happy with the level of care given and the time spent talking with me every day when I ring to check how her day is going. My daughter always comes home happy and has really developed since attending. She's almost eating unaided,
saying lots of different words, and just seems very content. I cannot express how Vantage Park Day Nursery has helped with the transition of going back to work. I feel at ease and happy to walk away once my daughter has been dropped off, allowing me to focus on my job, but knowing I can ring as many times as needed. My daughter always brings items home that she has made, and I love receiving the news sheet every Friday and seeing what she's been up to. Thank you to all of the staff; you have made what I thought was going to be an emotional and hard process seems so natural.

Excellent, safe space for my daughter. Supportive team wo care about the kids and also provide excellent child development. I will send my second child there without hesitation. Particular mention to the care and support given by one member of staff in particular in the 2-3's room.

Absolutely amazing nursery. My daughter has been attending now for over 18 months and absolutely loves it. The staff are so friendly and really care about the development of the children. What an outstanding nursery! Our son adores all the staff and they’ve made him feel so at home since he started in July. They’ve been so professional and attentive with his allergy care, which we’re so grateful for and he’s gone from strength to strength with his learning and development. We love hearing
about his day and learning about the brilliant activities the staff create; they always sound so fun but also educational. They’re such warm people and we truly appreciate all their hard work helping our son learn, grown and flourish. We’d highly recommend this nursery!

The level of expertise, professionalism as well as genuine friendliness at Vantage Park Day Nursery is amazing and reassuring when leaving our two daughters at the nursery all day, three times a week. Both daughters get on very well here and have settled in thanks to the attentive staff. It is large,
spacious, and there is an emphasis on constant learning, development and support. The activities are wide-ranging, the meals are healthy and varied and we are very happy with our choice and our girls continue to prosper by attending Vantage Park.

Great little nursery with a really good culture. Both my children love it here. It’s clean and spacious. My little girl over the last 6 months has experienced woodwork, watching caterpillars turn into butterflies, planting of vegetables, harvesting the veg and using them in activities and plenty of
other forest activities. The team work with you and your needs and listen to your needs and make changes accordingly. I was fully supported during potty training and the team offered plenty of support and advice along the way.

We've had such a positive experience here at this Nursery. The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. I remember being a bit nervous whilst my son was settling in as he was going through separation anxiety and I thought he would not cope but the staff here made it quite seamless for him to transition.
The manager and team provided him with top notch care which made him feel at ease. Now, my son is more sociable, loves being at nursery and I can tell he is happy as he is full of smiles even after having a 'filled' day.
The Nursery facility is modern, very neat and the kids are well looked after by their key person(s). Being located in central Huntingdon is another icing on the cake as it is easy to locate. My husband and I are happy we made the right decision as we had been to a couple of other daycare centres but none of them come close. We are impressed by the level of continued commitment and support the nursery provides towards our son's progressive learning and development.

Fantastic nursery! The staff all know my daughter well and she looks forward to going each time! She is constantly talking about the staff at home even on weekends and so it's lovely to see how important they are to her. That goes from the manager to the staff in the rooms. Everyone is so friendly when
she turns up and always smiling. They have been so so supportive with transitions like potty training and moving up rooms, always ensuring she is comfortable and that we are as well. Outdoor space is great and she loves the mud kitchen so I've been told! Food is also really great. Healthy well-balanced meals and a lot of thought has clearly been put into the menu each week. Would highly recommend Vantage Park Day Nursery!

My daughter has been with Vantage Park Day Nursery for nearly 2 years now and we couldn’t be happier with it! All staff are very friendly and helpful, highly professional, take great care of my girl and feel like a second family to us already. My daughter has been supported and encouraged at nursery
through major stages of her life like potty training, I feel that she is very safe there. She is constantly developing new skills and is extremely excited to get back to nursery every day and actually misses her teachers and friends a lot which is the best sign for me. Kids eat a very healthy varied diet at nursery with all foods cooked on-premises. The development and progress of each child is thoroughly noted and reported to parents which gives us great insight. During the lockdown, the nursery was very supportive of kids and stayed in touch via little videos sent to us with some nursery songs or activities that my daughter enjoyed watching a lot. All in all - a fantastic nursery!
