**A Wonderful Nursery Experience**

We have had a wonderful experience with the nursery and are very happy with the care and support our child has received. From the beginning, the staff have been warm, friendly and welcoming, which helped our child settle in quickly and feel comfortable.

The staff are caring, patient and attentive, and it is clear that they genuinely care about the children. We have noticed our child becoming more confident, independent and social since starting nursery, which is lovely to see.

We also really appreciate the communication with parents and the regular updates about our child's day and progress. It gives us great peace of mind knowing that our child is safe, happy and well cared for.

Thank you to the whole nursery team for your kindness, dedication and hard work. We are very pleased with our experience and would happily recommend the nursery to other parents.

Cupcakes is a really fabulous place to send your child/children. Both my sons have thrived since joining, my eldest will be leaving this summer - a much more confident and curious boy than he was when he joined. The staff genuinely care about the children and provide warmth and joy through their interactions. I feel very fortunate to have found Cupcakes. My youngest son began nursery this year (nearing 2yrs old) and took to the team very quickly. The food is excellent - my eldest wishes we made the same at home!!! The daily handovers are detailed and sensitively given. Cupcakes is most definitely a 5 star nursery.

The management team, along with room leaders and staff have been brilliant. Also, we can't leave a review without mentioning Mona, my son loves her delicious food, especially the bean chilli!

That first tricky year, when I was regularly a sleep-deprived zombie. I was grateful for all the advice the staff gave me and guided me through. Next hurdle is potty training, wish me luck!

The Director and her wonderful staff have provided a truly wonderful environment for my very shy, child who also has a speech delay. I have been really impressed with their attention to detail for neurologically diverse children and their close ties with SENCO. My child's key worker was so gentle and kind, I had absolutely no concerns at drop off ever. The pescatarian menu was a big hit for us, as we are an allergy family and the structured days included the recognition and celebration of numerous religious and cultural festivals. My child absolutely loved their time at Cupcakes Nursery and in addition to a happy child, I have some terrific art and crafts that I will truly cherish.

Cupcakes it's a wonderful nursery! Our first daughter started in a different place and after we found Cupcakes, it was amazing how she was completely changed. The second daughter straight away started here. Not one day did I see her upset, even when it was settling time some kids can cry. The staff are friendly, caring, and have a brilliant attitude to the kids! If kids are happy and parents can be relaxed! The best place in North Finchley! The third daughter when she will be growing enough, for sure will go to Cupcakes. Thank you a lot!

Cupcakes is a fantastic nursery that we had a great experience with. The staff are caring, engaged and are loved by the children, we saw our child’s confidence and learning flourish. The management is consistent and communication between them and the parents is fantastic. We moved our child here after a negative experience with another nursery in the area. We wish we had sent our child to cupcakes from the start.

Thank you for looking after our daughter so well and giving her such a positive environment to grow and flourish in, you'll be hard pushed to find somewhere better.

My children have always bounded into Cupcakes so happy to go in and I utterly trust them to keep them safe and happy. The staff show such amazing knowledge of them as individuals. They create an environment that is so warm and caring yet also hugely stimulating. My three year old has been telling me about things ranging from the Titanic to his bones and that’s all credit to his nursery teachers. Any requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently and it is a really well run business. I would thoroughly recommend it to others.

Cupcakes Nursery offers a very happy, nurturing, caring and safe environment for children and I would highly recommend it. I have had two children there, both started when they were a year old - one has just left to start school and the other is transitioning from Ladybirds to Butterflies at the moment.

All of the staff and management are incredibly caring and attentive. They support each child and help them develop, whether it be with their confidence or speaking or learning letters and numbers. In Bumblebees the children have learnt about a wide variety of topics which they have all loved and thrived doing. Also, the class has really prepared my daughter for school. The garden is quite small but this is to be expected due to its location and the size of building. The children don't care though - they love spending time there! I think the staff really know and understand my children and as a result, they are thriving and happy. It is a wonderful nursery.

I have two daughters at Cupcakes, one of whom is about to start school. I could not be happier with the care they have both had in their respective rooms. My younger one has been nurtured in the baby room and grown from a baby to a toddler who is confident, speaking well and so happy to leave me at the start of each morning. My older one has been there for 3.5 years and has thrived. In particular this last year she has covered so many topics in 'pre-school', from Shakespeare to the Beatles to Diwali. The staff are caring, friendly and really take the time to know each child individually.

Cupcakes Nursery is exemplary! My son absolutely adores it there, in fact sometimes he doesn't want to go home! He's really flourished developmentally by being at Cupcakes, and he's made some lovely friendships with the other children. All the staff are wonderful - the owner is caring and really takes the time to listen, and my son's key worker is marvellous. The room he is in (children up to 2 years old) has some lovely art displays that the children have created. They also have a cosy corner, fantastic busy board, and a whole plethora of challenging and engaging activities to participate in. The garden is a welcome addition to the nursery, and my son enjoys playing with their garden toys and getting lots of fresh air during the day. They also do trips out - such as to the train station, park or local shops. A big thumbs up from our family!
