Busy Bees Arrowe Park

I have not had a single issue with this nursery, the staff have all been amazing and all very helpful. I have 2 children in the nursery and they all do their best to look after both children. I get updates throughout the day on the app, photos and messages. Both children are really happy to attend and my older shouts school as we are approaching. The staff do a lot of activities with the children and are very accommodating. I have contacted nursery at last minute for extra days and they have always been accommodating when they can. The nursery also offer flexi days to suit shift pattern. I don't worry about the children whilst they are here at all. I heard a mixed review about the nursery before hand and from my experience, I can not fault a single thing or staff member!

Very good and friendly staff. The staff is highly experienced and provides good feedback. Basically feel at peace that my child is in safe hands. Children participate in lots of activities and you get real-time updates.

My little girl only started in January, but she absolutely loves all the staff. She gets so excited when we pull up in the car. She has come on so much in just a short space of time. The staff are all amazing, really friendly and approachable. Nothing is ever too much for them.

I couldn't ask for anymore all the staff are great and his key worker is amazing, and always happy to catch us up and chat about him and it is easy to see how much he loves being in here with her and the others and he is improving on so many levels every day. We also love that his previous key worker also checks in with us when ever we see her. They are all a great team.

Best nursery yet! The staff are amazing with the children. Had good experiences since my son started. His communication skills have improved significantly, though we are still working on it. Neat and conducive environment too.

The staff are super friendly and lovely, they are fantastic with the children, the nursery caters for all children's needs and allergies, my child felt so safe with the staff as he can be fussy when meeting new people but clicked with them instantly which made me feel so at ease. This nursery is brilliant and would highly recommend any parent to send their child to this nursery.

I can not fault the staff here will definitely be sending my other child to Busy Bees Arrowe Park.

My little girl started going here January this year and she was only 8 months old and I was nervous to take her into nursery that young however all the staff reassured me and have been so kind and caring. My little girl absolutely loves the staff in babies and toddlers and always has a smile going in each morning! All the staff are brilliant here and I would highly recommend this nursery, we always receive a warm welcome from everyone and the atmosphere is lovely.

My son started Busy Bees as a baby and has just had his graduation, my experience of the nursery has been brilliant and my son has made special bonds with the staff. They have made his transition into each group, each year very easy. They update you on the app every day about what they have been up to and had to eat which is good and always update the performance indicators. I would like to give special thanks to a member of staff, in particular, as my son got on really well with her and made his journey that bit more special. I could go on and mention all the staff but they have all had an impact in some sort of way on my child's time and growth through the years and have prepared him well for his next step in life, so thank you all for the amazing job you do and have done with my boy, he is going to miss you all so much.

The staff here have been exceptionally supportive, helpful and caring for both me and my child to develop and form a professional relationship. The bond my child has with all the staff here I couldn't ask more for.

Kids have always loved Busy Bees. Teachers are always great and engaging. Always happy to help and know how to make the kids happy. The graduation was amazing, the teachers were great and the kids loved it. Will miss Busy Bees.

Started my little girl here at 11 months old and she is thriving. The nursery is spotless, the staff are all really approachable and friendly and I would recommend Busy Bees, Woodchurch to anyone wanting to start off their babies nursery experience here.

Both of our children attend Busy Bees, Arrowe Park and honestly the team there have become an extension of our family. From the moment we stepped foot in the setting in May 2020 and were shown around by the incredible now Centre Director, we knew it was the right place for us. I've never known a manager to be so at the heart of every family, every room and every child. It's so clear that she shares her energy, knowledge and passion for child development with her team and it shines through them all. The nursery itself is beautiful. It's clean and modern with incredible resources and beautiful displays. It's such a child-led, child-focused space. Our children have always been cared for by the most amazing teams of staff who are so invested in bringing out the best in children and forming the most beautiful bonds with them. How lucky are we to have you all in our children's most special early years, thank you for all your love and for helping our children to grow and shine.

My son has attended Busy Bees for over three years and has absolutely loved nursery. The staff are the most kindest and lovely girls and my son has made some amazing bonds that we will never forget! My son has always been so excited to attend and leaves nursery in such a happy mood. I can't recommend Busy Bees Arrowe Park enough.

The nursery manager is lovely and always goes above and beyond to help parents out and makes time for the children and again is genuinely invested in their happiness and development.

My niece has been going to the nursery in bumbles room for nearly 1 year now. She has come on leaps and bounds from coming in upset to just walking in with a smile waving bye. She has a very good relationship with all the staff in the room and around the building. We are always greeted with smiles and comes home with a different picture after every session. This nursery is very flexible.

Both children have gone to Busy Bees Arrowe Park. Lovely staff, always greeted with a smile. Lots of outdoor play, good variety on the menu and always coming home with drawing work. Good flexibility and opening hours.

Lovely nursery. My little boy has been going from twelve months old and is now nearly 3 years old! The staff are so attentive! My little boy loves going there! My little boy has come on leaps and bounds since attending. He is very independent!

Staff are so lovely and caring towards both children and parents. Made us feel so welcome when joining. My child loves being in nursery and we are happy to leave him, knowing he will be cared for correctly.
