Corner House Nursery Astbury Lane

Our daughter has learned so much since being at Astbury Lane. They love and care for her as though she were their own. Staff were so supportive in the transition. They were so kind and patient. We genuinely love everyone at this nursery and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for all of your support!

The level of care we received as a family especially during the settling period is/was exceptional. The staff genuinely care about our son and take the time to give us detailed accounts of his days and to check in on all of us. It really feels like the priority is the children, their care and their happiness. My child loves nursery days which makes it so much less sad to spend time at work away from him.

Couldn't be happier sending my child in to Corner House Astbury each week. He's really settled in recently and enjoying his time there. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and when his key person tells me about his day, I know they've really been paying attention to him by the things they tell me he's been doing! Love the picture updates on the app and always get a quick response to any queries. No complaints at all.

My kid loves coming to play and is his key worker. They have been great recently at helping with potty training as well, which has been incredibly helpful at home.

My son has recently joined Corner House Nursery Astbury Lane and the team have been great at helping him to settle in. Two staff members in particular have been excellent. We were nervous about weaning and they've really helped with that and made us confident at home too.

They are now helping him gradually settle into the toddler room and he’s already completely at ease in there. We receive updates through the nursery app and ideas for weekend activities. I would definitely recommend the nursery - it’s a lovely, clean and super-friendly environment.

Our daughter has been attending Corner House full-time since she was 6 months old and is now 2.5 years old, and she’ll remain there until she begins school. We were provided with a tour of the nursery when we were looking for a childcare place and were immediately taken by the warm welcome and the setting. Our daughter met her key worker before she had her settling-in days and we were so well looked after as parents. We felt very comfortable leaving her in the care of the staff at Corner House. We love that our daughter gets excited to go to nursery and will run in with a big smile on her face! She’s treated like a part of a big family and we love getting photos of her activities on the nursery app. I would happily recommend Corner House to anyone looking for a childcare place. It’s truly special.

I highly recommend Corner House Astbury, our little boy has been going since he was 8 months old. All of the staff are great, really friendly and helpful. Our little boy is in the baby room currently and two staff members in particular are brilliant, he loves going to nursery and has developed so much in his time there. They pack so many great activities into a day, always have outdoor time and so many food options. Nursery have tried foods we wouldn’t even think to give to him. We get daily photo updates and it’s lovely to see what he’s been doing. We have so much peace of mind knowing our little boy is being well looked after and having a great time! Everything has been really easy to deal with, from registering, increasing our hours etc. Whenever we’ve had any questions the nursery manager has been really helpful and informative.

Our daughter loves going to Astbury Lane Nursery, she smiles when she goes and is always smiling when we pick her up too! All of the staff are always friendly, caring and take such an interest in each child's needs and development. Each day is filled with varied, fun and educational activities, which we love seeing what our little girl has been up to on the app. We are so pleased how settled our daughter is at Astbury and seeing her develop into a confident little girl. We would highly recommend this nursery.

We have two children that attend this nursery, aged 3 and 1 currently. Both of them have loved every stage throughout their journey. The youngest was born during lockdown so when she came to start at age 1, her social exposure had been very limited so going somewhere completely new was very daunting for her. Despite due to COVID, there being no prospect of going in for some visits to help her settle, she took to it so faultlessly and that was just down to how friendly and accommodating all the staff are. She’s now growing and developing so quickly with the help of all the guys at Astbury Lane Ends.

Our daughter absolutely loves her nursery. She has a brilliant time with a number of the team which is so nice to see. The food they eat is brilliant, the learning and fun activities are also great, she’s loves telling us about her day. All the new staff and management are excellent over the last 12 months and the new plans look brilliant too.

Our daughter has been attending Astbury Lane Nursery for two and half years now and she loves it. The staff have always been helpful, kind, and caring and I've always felt safe in the knowledge that our little girl is being well looked after and being kept well entertained with all the educational activities they do. The food is wonderful and imaginative and the activities are well thought out and comprehensive. The recent management there have made a big difference and we have noticed a great atmosphere and improvement to organisation, especially noted through such difficult circumstances since covid.

Fantastic place to put my daughter in to grow and learn and just have fun and be safe. From day one we knew that it was the right choice. Now that my daughter's journey at Astbury is over and getting ready for the next stage in her life I would just like to thank you all from my heart for the fabulous experience. The staff at Astbury Lane go above and beyond to ensure the safety of the children in the current situation. They communicate well and keep you informed. We recently had our son's parents' evening and were given extensive information about how he is managing, examples of this, and areas for development. We are looking forward to the garden extension as our son loves being outdoors and this will give the children more freedom.

Our experience over the last year with my daughter at Astbury Lane has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff go above and beyond to not only know and make your child comfortable but to know parents too. No ask is too much for them and the activities provided for our little girl have helped her develop in leaps and bounds.

Our daughter started at Astbury Lane Nursery during Covid. We were nervous as she had no experience of being with anyone other than us. We needn't have worried, from day 1 the manager and the team in the baby room have been amazing reassuring us whenever it's been needed and so caring. Every child at Astbury Lane is loved and cared for. Every staff member knows their name and takes an interest. We are so glad we found Astbury Lane. They are amazing, and I'm so envious of the food.

An outstanding nursery in every sense. The practitioners are like second Mums - so loving and caring and the manager is amazing! It's a true home from home.

I would highly recommend Astbury Lane Nursery. My son always enjoys his days there and has developed extremely well in their care. It is a huge weight off my shoulders knowing he is happy and looked after while I have to go to work. Nursery is so important for social skills and developing relationships with other children. I am always impressed with their meal choices and my son loves the food.

My little girl has been attending this nursery for 3 months now and she absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing and do some fantastic activities with the children. The care toward the children really shows! My child has come on leaps and bounds since attending and I love getting updates, pictures and emails about everything that she does there.
