The Study Nursery

The Study Nursery are incredibly caring, supportive, and welcoming. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds in the two months she has been attending. There is a wonderful balance between group learning and free play and I have seen an enormous growth in my daughter's vocabulary, her awareness and interest in the world around her, and her social skills. She runs in every morning happy and excited to see what is happening and leaves happy and delighted to talk about her day. I feel that every member of staff is working together to make it the most amazing place it can be and I couldn't be happier that this is where my daughter is whilst I am at work. It is a fabulous, joyful place and I have every confidence in them.

From the very first day that my girls came to the school and nursery, we felt safe, cared for and welcomed. The staff took care to learn all about our children and our family very thoroughly and quickly and the friendly and close nature of the school is amazing. Everyone knows your name from day 1 and this helps the children settle so well. They are so could at understanding each and every child’s unique learning abilities and personality.

The day is fully structured and is a well-balanced mixture of learning, play, socialising and sports. They provide amazing food and pastoral care. The forest school and access to a wide range of extracurricular activities from nursery onwards is a bonus! They also take care to teach the children appropriate manners, social skills and values from nursery stages.

It is believed that our child has adapted well and improved his English skills because of the excellent and dedicated teachers who provided meticulous and professional guidance. Moreover, his peers created a supportive atmosphere and greatly assisted our child.

The Study School has undoubtedly played a significant role in providing a solid foundation for my children's educational journey. I couldn't be more grateful to the entire team for their dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to each child's well-being and development.

The manager even tried to use Google translate to communicate with him and understand his needs. This moved us a lot.

Great nursery for my preschool son. A kind, caring environment full of fun activities and learning. French and PE lessons every week. Great way to get the children ready for reception. Communication via an app with videos and pictures each day.

My eldest son went to the nursery and now my youngest son attends. I could not wish for a better nursery for both of my children. The staff are caring, attentive, supportive and show an active interest in the children. The nursery manager is incredibly passionate about how the children are looked after and their learning as well as being professional and open with parents. The children get access to forest school, French and P.E classes along with great outdoor play space.

Our daughter has been at the Nursery for almost 3 months and I cannot fault it! The staff are amazing - they are incredibly engaged, dedicated and caring. They keep parents updated and ensure the children look forward to going back every day!

Our son was in another nursery before this school and would cry every day without fail at drop off. Since he joined The Study School & Nursery he is so happy, there have been no tears and we are very happy parents. They describe themselves as a 'small School with a big heart' and we couldn't agree more. He has learnt so much and the teaching is exceptional.

My daughter has been at this nursery for the last 1 year. We have been impressed with the quality of the teaching and the care and time that is taken with the children. The teaching staff are excellent, there is plenty of variety and my daughter has come on leaps and bounds. We would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our daughter has been at The Study School Nursery for the past six months. During this time she has improved in leaps and bounds. The teachers are fantastic and genuinely keen to help in all aspects of the children's welfare, always looking to improve. Classes include P.E and French.

My son has attended the nursery since December 2021. The nursery is outstanding, the staff are welcoming and fantastic with the children. The communication with staff and parents is great and we feel very informed. I cannot recommend The Study School & Nursery enough.

Just amazing. Every single person at the school is dedicated and committed to your child's care. Our boy came out of lockdown and into The Study School at just two and he has gone from strength to strength. Really an amazing start for your child.

My daughter has been at The Study School Nursery for the past two years and we have been so impressed by the quality of care and teaching she has received. The head of the nursery is a real asset to the school and she leads an excellent team, who are all so wonderful and caring. The nursery does a superb job of getting the children school ready and helping them build their confidence in a very nurturing environment. There is a real sense of community within the school, parents and staff are all fantastic!

My son has attended the Study School Nursery since September 2021 and he has absolutely loved it! The classes are small and he is able to get more one-on-one time with the teachers. The Nursery Manager is wonderful - I was always kept informed of my son's progress and she came up with fun ways to further his learning. We hope to send our younger son here next year too.

My son has been very happy there for the past 20 months. We thank the teachers who have given excellent care to my son. Deeply appreciated. We hope the good things will be maintained and we can send our second here as well.

My son was welcomed to the Study School Nursery in January 2022 after attending a different nursery before we moved to New Malden. I was quite nervous about the transition but it went so well that I could not be happier. I visited quite a few schools before I decided to go with the Study School and what impressed me the most was how the staff wanted to find out about my son and myself, his interests and how he would fit in his class. Everyone at the nursery was very supportive, warm and made the transition smoother than I expected. I love the fact that they support learning with real-life activities like they plant when they learn about 'growth', watching chicks hatching from eggs, and going to Forest School. He is already very caring about animals and the environment. Communication with the school is always easy, I can get up to date information on what he does or how much he eats, what he enjoys doing and many more. We are sticking with the school for reception as well.

The Study School Nursery is such a wonderful place for children to learn and play. As soon as you walk into the school, there is a warm and inviting feeling. The teachers are so lovely and do such a wide range of things with the children to keep them interested such as Forest School, playing with sand, lots of outside play throughout the day, artwork, story time etc. We had been at a local nursery, prior to this one and our daughter cried each time we dropped her off and picked her up but at the Study School, she seems so happy. Highly recommend this place!

My 2.5-year-old son started in 2021 full time and was welcomed into a nursery setting for the first time. It took a few weeks for him to adapt to going in and the nursery staff were brilliant in being compassionate to his needs and allowed a relatively short adaptation period. Once he was settled, every day he was happy to see whichever staff member greeted him and he gave the biggest smiles! His development has been nothing short of remarkable, all but dropping his dummy and comforter and allowing his speech to rapidly develop. The nursery always ensured they were well staffed all year round and adapted to all the covid guidance to minimise cases and spread within the nursery which was remarkable! I couldn’t speak highly enough of the Study Nursery and would recommend them to any prospective parents.

Our son loves going to The Study School. They do so many exciting activities. They even hatched their own chicks in the incubator, learned how to grow plants and he especially enjoys the forest school where they get to learn hands-on skills and sometimes get treated to hot chocolate and marshmallows roasted over a fire. We are so impressed, that we decided to stick with the school for reception.
