Banana Moon Day Nursery Longford

Overall, my daughter and I are very happy with the experience and can't recommend it enough.

Good nursery and amazing staff, my son loves singing nursery rhymes with staff members. The app facility helps to keep us updated with pictures and messages of how our son is doing. Our son is settling well with every passing day.

My daughter thrived here over the last 8 months. Great nursery, all her needs were met and she made some very good friends there. Updates via the app to help us track how her day was going. Care was seamless throughout.

My son is going to this nursery for one year and a half already, even at the beginning the accommodation was slightly difficult with cries when I drop him off, but the staff was always incredible with my son and I feel safe but also cared for. If ever I’ve needed help, they are there sometimes at incredibly short notice to lend a helping hand. The selection of food, activities and toys is great at Banana Moon, and I feel they go above and beyond to make everything child-centred sense focused. When my son is at home, he asks for the girls all the time, calling them his friends. I am so glad I enrolled my son, and there is no doubt in my mind that he has a great time when in the nursery, and I will be very, very sad the day he leaves. Thank you to the team for making my job as his Mum easier! Also, they help me a lot in so many development processes, my son is so independent now (eats alone, dress up alone, give up nappy) and start talking very fast since he starts. A very big Thank You!

Brilliant staff always polite and helpful. Very accommodating when I have had to alter days. Staff are always welcoming at drop off and equally as enthusiastic when collecting my son giving me an update on him before even having to ask. Most importantly they treat my son as if he were their own.

Since my son has started at Banana Moon Longford I couldn't have been happier with every aspect of the nursery. They are so caring and clearly devote huge amounts of time in planning engaging activities. The app is updated so regularly throughout the day which keeps me feeling connected to his experience. All of the staff are friendly and his key worker is simply amazing. My son loves it and therefore so do I.

I will definitely give this nursery five stars. The staff are all really good they build my daughter's confidence and they are very friendly and understanding and they work with the family and the child to bring the best out in the child. Absolutely fantastic staff, very professional, very friendly, good curriculum, lots of activities to aid learning, I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend. Great feedback system on a daily basis with photos. Information on the diet on a daily basis. And homemade food too. Young brother soon joining as soon as he turns 3.

Kids love to go to the nursery, they are looked after and always happy. Every member of staff do their best to keep children happy. Easy contact and every problem is going to be sorted asap. Well worth being recommended to every parent.

It is hard to describe how happy I am with Banana Moon Nursery. Staff are so helpful, especially now when my family situation changes every few weeks. They have been flexible and understanding. They are taking good care of my little one. He is so happy when he goes there. I cannot find the words to thank them for everything.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 9-months-old. She loves coming to nursery and has developed strong bonds with all the staff members. My daughter loves the activities that are set up on a day to day basis and I believe attending nursery has really helped her development.

My daughter has been at Banana Moon since she was 8/9-months-old and I think the staff are great, there’s lots of fun things for the kids to do and learn. The food selection is fab. All the staff at Banana Moon are great. The manager is very understanding and if you have anything your not sure with she will explain and find out more information. My daughter has three favourite members of staff, they are caring and fun.

My little boy started Banana Moon during the pandemic due to being deployed to the hospital. The staff are lovely and welcoming, and he was able to start as soon as he was ready. Every day he comes home from nursery, he has new stories to tell when looking at his day on the app. The nursery staff have helped massively with potty training, and even getting a very fussy 2-year-old to try new foods. He is always happy and excited to go to the nursery and cannot wait for the next day. The staff are amazing and always willing to help and see how you are as well as your child. Cannot fault this nursery, and I am so happy I made the choice to send my child here. If anyone is looking for a nursery for their child, I would highly recommend Banana Moon as a safe and fun environment to send any child. Thanks to all the staff!

My little girl has been coming to Banana Moon for two months now. She has come on so much and loves attending! The staff are all so lovely and caring and have been really accommodating for us. I was really anxious about sending my daughter to nursery beforehand - I now have no worries at all! It’s a lovely nursery, that does the best for the children.

It is really hard to find people who are looking after children, not money but I found them! They are in Banana Moon. My daughter, every day, comes in with a smile and comes back home with a smile on her face and for me, there is nothing more important than her happiness. She started to attend this nursery around two months ago without the English language at all. I never saw her frightened or scared, and she can already count, recognise letters and using English while playing with her toys! Every day I receive a summary of her day on the mobile app - what and how much she eats, what was she doing during the day, and lots of pictures regarding that. My daughter is happy there and I am happy.

My daughter started at Banana Moon when she was nine months old, her development has rapidly changed and I can see how happy she is daily, she has built amazing bonds with the other children and staff, I am always greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable. I was anxious about bringing my daughter during the COVID-19 breakout but the staff spent time explaining their new in place policies and procedures and steps they were taking to ensure the children are kept safe, I have been kept updated daily and from this, I knew my child's well-being and health was going to be a main priority.

I have been sending my daughter to this nursery for the last two years and I have never had a cause to complain. In fact, they have come to my rescue through the whole pandemic accommodating dates and times so that I could go to work being a key worker. My daughter has been well looked after and she has learnt to do much. My son will be attending this nursery from September onwards. Thank you to all the staff for being so amazing.
