Evolution The Willows is a lovely place for a child to start their educational journey. Both my children love evolution and all the staff there. They put in a lot of effort to make the child's day interesting. I would highly recommend this as their standard is very good.

My son has been at the nursery for about 4 months and I honestly could not have him anywhere else. I was so worried at first about leaving him with people I didn't know. However, the staff at the willows are amazing. You never think someone else can look after your child the way you do but they really
do. My son has come on leaps and bounds since starting and is now fully potty trained with the help of the staff. I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

My child has been at the nursery for 3.5 years and we have never had any issues. All of the staff are really personable, easy to contact via phone, email or app, they are really approachable. They keep me up to date with everything that my child is doing. I can view all of my child’s learning on the
app and it’s supported by pictures. Facilities are amazing, outdoor garden is well kept and has loads of activities. Amazing nursery and amazing staff.

This was the 3rd nursery in the area that I tried to settle my 14-month clingy baby into, what an absolute godsend. Head and shoulders above the other 2 nurseries I tried. The setting is perfect and the staff are amazing. My baby was clingy and shy and she is now a complete extrovert! all down to this
amazing nursery. The staff are excellent can't fault a thing.

Our little girl started Evolution Childcare @ The Willows in September at 7 months old, I was so worried with her being so young but she has loved it from day one. She doesn't even look back when I leave when dropping her off! The staff and management are all so lovely and welcoming and I love hearing
all about my baby's day when picking her up. I would definitely recommend to anybody considering nursery for their little one and can't wait to watch our little girls journey at The Willows.

My son started The Willows when he was 8 months old and has loved it ever since! We can not fault the nursery all the staff are extremely knowledgeable and are a credit to the setting. I would recommend this nursery to anybody wanting an outstanding nursery with the reassurance that your little one

My child started when he was two years old and came until he left to go to school. The staff were amazing and the activities and room environments were super. He learnt so much and I was confident with his transition to school because of how much he achieved in this nursery.
I would recommend this

My little boy had a difficult time settling into another nursery and I was not happy with the provision, so I made the decision to move him to The Willows. As he only goes in once a week, I did worry that he would struggle. How wrong I was. He gets excited when we talk about 'school' and loves to play
his guitar and paint there. He started 5 weeks ago (bear in mind, this is only 5 days) and the staff already know him so well (along with his little foibles!) I feel comfortable with him being there, and I am so pleased I moved him. I cannot praise The Willows and the staff enough.

I cannot fault The Willows, the staff and the rooms are impeccable. It is slightly more expensive than other nurseries but you get what you pay for. My son has been here for just under 2 years and he has thrived since starting full time. They go above and beyond with activities not only to keep the
children entertained but to teach them new things that they would rarely learn elsewhere such a sign language. The garden area is the best I have seen from the other nurseries we visited. I would definitely recommend as they provide the best care possible.

The first time my son went to the nursery, he played around and didn’t feel shy or uncomfortable at all. I think that was a good sign. And now he loves the willows and happy to go every week. I like their monthly activity sheet which is always full of well-planned activities throughout the month and
keep changing, also the parents waiting area. I always sit in the sofa to read one or two books before taking my son home. The nursery is big and full of lovely teachers and children.

This nursery is quite simply outstanding. My son attended the nursery for 4 years and my daughter is currently in the reception class. They both adore the staff who have a contagious energy and enthusiasm.


It has been wonderful watching my daughter grow in confidence; she now skips into the nursery

and can't wait to see her teachers and friends. My son misses the staff now that he is at school and always asks to go back to visit!


The effort that goes into making the learning environment a welcoming and enriching place is second to none. The displays, resources and outdoor environment are fabulous and my children loved lessons in the dance studio.


As an early years teacher myself, I have the opportunity to visit lots of other settings and The Willows certainly stands out as outstanding.


Thank you to all of the staff for your hard work, it really is appreciated. It enables me to go to work with confidence knowing that my children are truly happy. I can not recommend this nursery enough!

A great place for a child to develop. Great staff who are friendly and very helpful. My son likes to go here and on his off days where he doesn't want to go, the staff really help out to make him feel at ease. I can't say anything bad because there is nothing bad to say.

Evolution Childcare @ Willows in Warrington is truly an ideal place parents are looking for. The staff are very understanding, kind and attentive to the needs of children. They come across as very patient. Special mention to the manager and staff who always welcomes you with a smile when you enter/leave
the nursery. The nursery has good space outside for children's outdoor activities and the staff are always keen on the safety of the children. We are happy to recommend Evolution!

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2004

I began working at Willows Nursery School in 2004 only months after they opened, I began in the Toddler Room as a childcare practitioner. Over the years I have been based in all rooms, being a senior in the Baby and Toddler Room. Having this experience helped me to gain the knowledge required to progress onto the role of Assistant Deputy Manager, then to Assistant Manager, and more recently Nursery Manager.


In my new role, I am based within all rooms working with the teams to help to enhance their learning environments and to create the best possible place for the children in our care. I hold a Foundation Degree in Early Years, I am Paediatric trained and also First Aid at work trained. I have an up-to-date food safety and child protection certificate also.

I gained my BTEC National Certificate in Childcare at college before starting at Willows Nursery School. I have worked at Evolution Childcare for 4 and a half years, working in the Toddler and Reception Rooms, before being promoted to Senior Practitioner last year. I was then offered the role of Baby Room Manager and Assistant Deputy Manager. I am now delighted to be working alongside Helen as Nursery Manager.


During my time at Evolution Childcare, I have completed many other qualifications, including Team Leadership and Equality and Diversity. I currently hold certificates for Food Hygiene and Paediatric First Aid and have also gained my Early Years Degree.
