Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Poole

Overall only good things to report.

Staff Adventurers 2 are fabulous! My son is so happy and every day is a happy day! It is lovely to drop him off and know he is well cared for and so comfortable with the team. The facilities are wonderful and they have some magic way of getting him to eat everything he never eats at home!

I was so nervous about booking my youngest to go to nursery. We went a different route with our eldest and used a private childminder, however, she is now retired! But I have to say I cannot fault this nursery. My daughter is thriving here and nearly into our first full year I absolutely couldn’t be happier! The staff are so friendly and approachable. Communication is always spot on and I know my daughter is safe and well cared for when she’s here.

Happy Days helped our girls settle into nursery so well when I returned to work in September. They had only just turned one at the time. Their key workers are such lovely warm people, as is everyone else who works there who we have encountered. Everything is communicated so well and we feel confident sending our children to nursery knowing that they are safe and well looked after. We love hearing about the fun activities they do at nursery on pick up. We couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery!

So supportive with my son's speech and language Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator is brilliant. The choice of food is great, my son now eats well. My son is developing well in his learning and development. Management and staff are 100% approachable. Well worth the money for the care my son receives. I know my son is very safe at Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Poole.

When I see my son interact with the other kids sharing toys and giving hugs makes my heart burst with joy.

My son joined in January at 8 months. The team have been great at helping him settle in. Since he’s joined he has come on leaps and bounds and has been a great experience for him. I certainly was put at ease very quickly at leaving him, all the staff are so friendly and caring.

I honestly don’t have enough words in recommending this nursery. I can’t wait till my youngest is old enough and she can go bouncing along too.

I'm so happy we chose Happy Days, the staff are so caring and my daughter has settled in really well. I've been really impressed with the covid compliance and we get great feedback about our daughter's day at the end of each day. The outside areas are fantastic. Communication is brilliant and I feel like my daughter is learning something new each week. The on-site chef is a big bonus, knowing they are eating healthy fresh meals that are cooked on-site and not shipped in from a local company. We love our key worker but also all staff in the explorers room and feel like they all know our daughter well.

This nursery is extremely outstanding from learning to personal support. My child has been going to the nursery since he was eight months old. They have taught him so much more than a parent ever could. The staff are unbelievable, not with just my child but every child I see them with. The nursery rooms are so nicely presented and exactly to children's needs to learn but not just to learn, to have fun and be creative. The wild garden which has been coming along since my child started, is a place of heaven for all children and the adults too. I love seeing my child come home with very muddy boots and coat, its says it all, that he's had so much fun. Being able to speak openly about the needs or things we have, like support with our child and knowing someone is listening to those is extremely important and this nursery are outstanding for this. We have nothing but amazing words for this nursery and highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic place for their child or children.

Absolutely love everything about this nursery, my daughter has been here a year and a half and she absolutely loves it and learns so much. Her nursery teachers are absolutely lovely and so caring, they even helped me with advice on things like potty training and food. All the staff are lovely and friendly. Within minutes of my show around I knew this was the place I wanted, I was also considering a child minder but felt totally confident in sending my daughter here, also the settling in period was amazing with getting to see the routine.

We joined Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Poole in September. The show around and starting up was all with Covid-19 restrictions in mind, to protect us and the staff and children already there. We have experienced happy, friendly staff throughout the last five months, good communication at the end of the day handovers and changes that have had to be made and we are now getting extra support with our child's learning, which everyone is on board with.

I enrolled my son last month, I was recommended Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Poole by a friend whose son also goes there. I couldn’t go and view the nursery due to Covid-19 but I had a zoom meeting with the staff which was lovely and very informative. They keep parents up to date on everything with regular emails, the staff are always smiling and friendly. I would one hundred percent recommend Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Poole to anyone.

Absolutely love this preschool for my son. He loves going to every session. Can't fault the staff at all. All so lovely. If anyone is ever looking for a nursery for their child, I'd always recommend Happy Days without a doubt! 100% happy.

I have been impressed with Happy Days since the day my daughter started there. She took a while to settle at the beginning but the staff were so loving and nurturing towards her it made me feel so much better. She now loves going to nursery, she always talks about her friends (staff included) and is just so happy. The staff continues to be warm and loving towards her which is exactly what I hoped for. They have a fabulous wild garden and great outdoor space which the children can go in and out of freely. I continue to be impressed and wouldn’t want my daughter going anywhere else.

Happy Days Nursery is such a great nursery to sending your children. Friendly staff. Vegetables are grown onsite and the chef cooks onsite on the day of picking. All staff are helpful and are also happy to do so. My two girls absolutely love it - they always come out smiling and look forward to nursery on the days that they go.

My son started the nursery around 4 months ago, and he’s always been a huge mummy’s boy, and I was worried he’d never settle! However, the staff did the most amazing job to get him settled in! I adore the lovely art and crafts he brings home all the time, gives me such happiness knowing he’s having such a lovely time there! I also love that he always has yummy healthy food! Thank you so much to all the staff at Happy Days! Want to also thank management staff so much for always being so welcoming and eager to talk to me when I do my daily check-in calls! Also, for the tons of reassurance, they all give me and the kind attitude that’s always been given! Can’t thank you enough for all your hard work and dedication to the children and parents that you always do! Can’t wait to see my little boy blossom even more in the future years!

The environment, resources and facilities are exceptional and I know that when my children go to school next year, they will have an excellent foundation to build on and we will all miss Happy Days very much!
