Absolutely love this preschool for my son. He loves going to every session. Can't fault the staff at all. All so lovely. If anyone is ever looking for a nursery for their child, I'd always recommend Happy Days without a doubt! 100% happy.

I have been impressed with Happy Days since the day my daughter started there. She took a while to settle at the beginning but the staff were so loving and nurturing towards her it made me feel so much better. She now loves going to nursery, she always talks about her friends (staff included) and is
just so happy. The staff continues to be warm and loving towards her which is exactly what I hoped for. They have a fabulous wild garden and great outdoor space which the children can go in and out of freely. I continue to be impressed and wouldn’t want my daughter going anywhere else.

Happy Days Nursery is such a great nursery to sending your children. Friendly staff. Vegetables are grown onsite and the chef cooks onsite on the day of picking. All staff are helpful and are also happy to do so. My two girls absolutely love it - they always come out smiling and look forward to nursery
on the days that they go.

My son started the nursery around 4 months ago, and he’s always been a huge mummy’s boy, and I was worried he’d never settle! However, the staff did the most amazing job to get him settled in! I adore the lovely art and crafts he brings home all the time, gives me such happiness knowing he’s having
such a lovely time there! I also love that he always has yummy healthy food! Thank you so much to all the staff at Happy Days! Want to also thank management staff so much for always being so welcoming and eager to talk to me when I do my daily check-in calls! Also, for the tons of reassurance, they all give me and the kind attitude that’s always been given! Can’t thank you enough for all your hard work and dedication to the children and parents that you always do! Can’t wait to see my little boy blossom even more in the future years!

My three and a half year old twins have been going to Happy Days since they were ten months old. They absolutely love it and we have always found the team to be warm, friendly, caring and professional.
The management team are responsive and supportive and are always available if you have any concerns.

The environment, resources and facilities are exceptional and I know that when my children go to school next year, they will have an excellent foundation to build on and we will all miss Happy Days very much!

My daughter has been attending Happy Days Nursery for two years now and absolutely loves it. I love the bond she has with all the staff and her key worker. I feel very comfortable and reassured that she's going to have lots of fun playing and learning with her friends with the friendly staff.
My daughter
went back to Happy Days when it opened again after lockdown due to Covid. I was very impressed with how they adapted to keep everyone safe by social distancing when dropping off and picking up with big smiles on their faces. Since going back after lockdown I have already seen the difference in my child's confidence and how well it has brought her on.
They have a wonderful wild garden which is great for them to explore and learn all about nature. We get a folder of what they have done and achieved. When picking up my daughter she comes out saying "Mummy, I had so much fun" which for a parent is the best thing in the world to hear.

My granddaughter had been attending the nursery since December 2018. However, since March, when our country went into lockdown, my granddaughter did not attend nursery until she restarted at the beginning of June. From my experience, during the lockdown, I have nothing but praise for all the staff at
the nursery. I think parents/grandparents/carers have experienced first hand what it is like to have children under their control for 24/7. It made us appreciate even more what a fantastic job the nursery staff do on a daily basis, my little granddaughter was so very frustrated at being isolated at home, even though as much as possible of homeschooling etc was given, it was the social interaction of her nursery friends that was missing. The precautions that nursery has taken to ensure the little ones' safety on their return has been faultless, as far as I can see, so, congratulations Happy Days again.

My three and a half-year-old twins have been going to Happy Days since they were one and they have loved it. The staff are all amazing and adapt quickly to all situations. The twins have grown in confidence while being there and they have learnt so much. The team at Happy Days in Poole have been great
during the coronavirus. The manager kept in contact to ensure we knew what was going to happen. We chose to send the twins back the first week of reopening and I have to say I had no worries as we were kept informed regarding the changes that were going to be made. Great team of people at Happy Days in Poole they are very welcoming.

Brilliant nursery. My daughter absolutely loves it here. I would recommend it to everyone. My daughter has learned so much since being here. Staff are always cheerful and lovely. My sister has just put her one-year-old in because she knows how much I love it at Happy Days - Poole.

Absolutely loved this nursery from the first time I viewed it and I viewed a few. It’s very welcoming and the staff are so friendly and I can’t fault them whatsoever, my daughter has loved it here over the last year and has come on so well. I also love the fact that if your child injures themselves
they also call to let you know, which I think is amazing. I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone, the wild garden is lovely for the children too.

This nursery has been fantastic for my daughter, she is shy around new people but had settled in really well here and loves going two days a week. She loves playing in the wild garden and has bonded so well with the girls in Adventurers-2. I feel this nursery is really going to help her with her transition
to school in September.

Very pleased with the nursery. We recently had some worries that our son was not settled or enjoying himself and our concerns were listened to immediately by both his keyworker and the manager. Suggestions were made on how we could all be involved to make sure he was happy and we were aware of how he
was doing. Having seen him in the room at the recent parents evening appointment, we could see just how much he loves it, how settled and confident he is and what a great relationship he has with his keyworker. He loves the new garden space and being outdoors generally and enjoys the variety of activities. The nursery is also purpose-built so there is plenty of space for each area (nursery room, changing area, sleeping area etc).

Great nursery. My daughter is happy and settled. The staff have been really welcoming and management very helpful. Nothing I can fault as staff are professional yet friendly and this nursery is somewhere you know your child is having lots of fun at.

I sent my little boy to Happy Days and he absolutely loved it there and made some lovely connections with the staff. I cannot fault the staff in Adventures room one they were so good with him and he was always happy to go in. I did have issues, however, with dealing with the office staff where I would
be promised certain hours and then they would say it was never agreed. I can't remember how many times paperwork went missing that was handed in but I know they have had a few staff changeovers since then so I can't leave a negative comment on past issues. Overall Happy Days really is a happy place it's always nice and clean and the staff are all very friendly. My son now waves and says "bye-bye Happy Days" on his way to school every day. Thanks for some lovely memories.

Our child has recently left Happy Days to start school and we’re so happy we sent her to Happy Days to help with the transition from a childminder to school. Our child has special educational needs and was extremely well supported by the staff who just understood her and her needs. We were sad to leave.

Both of my children have attended Happy Days. My eldest started school last year, but still asks to go back to see all the staff when we pick his younger brother up, who is currently attending Happy Days Poole. The nursery is clean, well equipped, and makes every effort to give parents confidence in
the care they provide. The staff are professional but friendly, and really seem to care about the children attending the nursery. Communications are regular and detailed, and updates on what your child has done during their day are very detailed. Staff are also very supportive with development and learning. My eldest child had speech issues and nursery staff were brilliant, supporting him while he attended, and also requesting referrals to local services to assist him.
Both of my children have been happy at Happy Days and we've had absolutely no issues. Based on our personal experience, parents can have every confidence in Happy Days Poole.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

My name is Lynn Wordsworth and I’m thrilled to be joining Happy Days Nursery as Nursery Manager.


Over a 15-year period, I have experience of being a Special Needs Assistant through to a Nursery Manager. In addition to managing various nursery settings, I have also held roles with Training Providers and Ofsted.


I have a passion for learning, coaching, and developing. I’m excited to be part of the ambitious vision that Happy Days have, Where Every Child Shines.
