Summerhouse Out of School Club

My son has been attending Summerhouse Out of School Club for just over a year now and I can't imagine him going anywhere else. The team are very supportive of the whole family whilst ensuring they provide a fun and engaging environment for all the children who attend.

The Aunties know my children well and I feel they all get their individual needs and interests met. Having spent some extra time with them over the Xmas period my kids have made some beautiful crafts and things I will keep in their memory boxes.

Summerhouse is an amazing setting which we're so glad our child attends. We've seen our child learn and pick up so many new things and enjoy his time there every day. It's a great environment for children and we especially love the outdoor area. It's a great peace of mind as a parent knowing how cared for and safe our child is going to Summerhouse.

My son started Summerhouse Out of School Club in January 2024. Since attending he has come on so much in such a short period of time. He loves going to nursery which makes me feel at ease. The staff are all wonderful and cannot do enough for the children. I would highly recommend Summerhouse to any other parent.

My child has been going here for the last 12 months and come on absolutely amazing, I can't thank the Aunties enough. Amazing nursery, she's going to miss you all when she starts big school. Would recommend it to everyone.

Thank you Summerhouse for all you do.

My daughter has been coming to Summerhouse Out of School Club since last year and she’s so happy here! She always asks to go and meet her friends. All the aunties are amazing and dedicated, they are doing lots of activities together, learning and playing. The playground is very well-organised and all the children have something to do, either playing football, going on the slide, climbing, playing in the wood house or cooking in their special little kitchen, there is always something for everyone. My daughter is a very fussy eater but she started to try new foods and this is just “wow”. Summerhouse is the best nursery with very high standards and quality and I feel fortunate to have my daughter here. Thank you!

I’ve been really happy with the care she’s received and the team are knowledgeable, caring, fun but also runs a tight ship. She’s learnt so much from their early years programme and I would recommend them to anyone with a child aged 2 plus. The only negative is children can’t start until they are 2 years old.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Summerhouse and all the aunties. Our son has come on leaps and bounds since he's been going for 30 hours a week. A friend recommended them and we are so pleased they did. Our little one is really happy and excited in the mornings to go there. Their flexibility has been outstanding and they've been so accommodating to our needs as my shifts can change from week to week. We also love the little handmade things he comes home with they are so thoughtful. Thank you everyone for your hard work.

My little boy has been with Summerhouse for nearly 2 years now and he absolutely loves it. He is very well looked after when he’s there and I don’t worry about that one bit, he’s always so excited to go and always kept busy with different activities and plenty to do. The staff are amazing at their jobs and it really shows. Couldn’t be happier with this nursery.

My little boy absolutely loves it here. They really have exceeded my expectations. Having had previous experience with his older sibling at 2 other nurseries I can honestly say this place goes way above and beyond other settings. The staff seem to really enjoy looking after and teaching the children and that shines through. Their outside area is phenomenal and the activities and imaginative play encouraged are just brilliant.

The nursery is a genuine home-from-home kind of setting, the staff provide an exceptional level of care and compassion. I only wish I’d found the setting while my oldest was younger!

Summerhouse are amazing. Always happy to accommodate last minute changes if needed. Staff are very loving and friendly. My little boy loves coming here and has been going for nearly 4 years. It’s his safe place where he knows he can be himself.

It is obvious to me in seeing them so relaxed and content that they are looked after very well here which in turn makes an old worrier like me very happy!

Our son has been attending this nursery/after-school club for the past eight years and they have always been so caring, compassionate and professional. Our son tells us every week how much he enjoys going and he talks very highly of all the aunties and uncles. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

My child has been with Summerhouse for over four years now and I cannot recommend them enough. Summerhouse and all the aunties provide a home from home environment for the children, they create memories for the children to last a lifetime and always go that extra mile, ensuring the care the children receive is person-centred at all times. My child adores his time at Summerhouse and is always asking to go. It's peace of mind for every parent, knowing your child is happy and well cared for. Thank you for everything, you're the best.

My son is really happy at the nursery, and that is all that counts to me. We moved him from another nursery when he was old enough, and every one was fantastic trying to settle him in. All the aunties are always friendly, yet professional, and my son always seems to have had a whale of a time!

My son has been coming to Summerhouse for the past five years. He is always happy to attend and we have always found the staff caring, fun and approachable. As one of the older groups now, there are always activities available for him that he enjoys. He has really enjoyed being involved in some recent community charity work and learning that Summerhouse won an award for this.

All members of staff are brilliant... but some go above and beyond... you know who you are!

Absolutely brilliant crew of aunties looking after our precious ones! Wouldn’t want to recommend anywhere else! Always going the extra mile to stimulate and entertain with new ideas and creativity daily! Great work!
