The Nursery is in Bermondsey, not far from the station. It's a bright, modern setting with separate rooms and gardens for different age groups.

The experienced staff plan each day with help from the children. There are lots of activities to try. From obstacle courses to cooking, gardening to modelling clay, painting, and dialogic reading – no day is the same! Families can join in too, with special days dedicated to cultures from around the world.

A dedicated on-site chef prepares all meals using recipes from LEYF’s nutritious menu.

My daughter loves this nursery, she has learnt so much and her communication skills are brilliant!
She’s always happy when I pick her up and has lots of friends, she always talks highly about her teachers.
They do lots of activities and is always bringing home artwork.

South Bermondsey nursery has an excellent reputation in the community staff are trained to understand children and parents needs. The nursery has fantastic outside space for playing activities. Parents are informed on how well their child is performing and set targets to work towards. I would recommend
this nursery to other parents and hopefully, more children can attend the nursery in future.

The nursery staff are really kind and my child loves to stay with them.
I find the place well organised and always helpful for the better of my baby.

Very pleased with childcare and staff and current management after the opening 6 months until June 2017 which took time to settle down. Children all seem happy and staff are great. Improvements on the billing side are happening although have been a bit slow and be good to perhaps see some more outdoor
excursions.
Overall very pleased with the nursery, I really like the staff and most importantly my daughter is happy and enjoys going.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. I love the personal touch towards the children as well as the daily written report on activities, food, sleep etc.
It’s great as well that the toys are activity related and stimulating, encouraging imagination without being plastics and noisy.
I love the way they have
‘outdoor time’ regardless of the weather! It’s character building!
Finally, the food choices encourage healthy eating and adventurousness in children selecting their own dinner.

South Bermondsey Community Nursery has taught my daughter so much from interacting with other children to learning to count, so she has come a long way since going to the nursery. I love picking her up and getting to see all her paintings and what she has been doing all day.

I feel very comfortable to leave my child at this nursery because he is in safe hands with the employees. He learns new things and also improving his speech and many things that have surprised me. Playing with different children learning to share and ask for things that he wants. If anything happens,
the nursery informs the parents and write up accident report to a record if an accident happens in the nursery. I'm also pleased that they hold events for the little children and parents to come to the events. What they have learnt and shared with other parents in the nursery.
