My daughter has come on leaps and bounds with her words, potty training and general social activities since joining banana moon almost a year ago! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery place for their little ones.

Our child loves going to Banana Moon Nursery! She always comes out smiling and telling us all about her day. She has made best friends and also talks highly about the staff - big shout outs to Jodie Gardner, Jess, Sophie and Stacey, your names come up a lot in her stories!!
We're always kept up with
what she's been doing and are always contacted with any concerns. They make the transition to different rooms really easy and always put the children first. It's such a lovely setting and we'll be sad when we have to leave!!

It's a lovely nursery , they need to make effort to send pictures on children's daily app more- I don't get any picture updates and that's disappointing
The staff are lovely and friendly and the nursery is clean and safe . It's a lovely place the only thing I can fault is not enough picture updates
of children doing activities .

Both of my children attend the nursery / afterschool club and I have never had any issues. Both children are quiet in nature and banana moon has brought them out of their shells more and set them up for school

Great nursery. We have trusted the staff with two of our young boys and they have always loved going there. The food is varied and healthy and the activities they do with them are fantastic. I also love all the thought that goes into making Christmas packs, parents' day gifts and other festivities as

My son has been going to Banana Moon since he was 6 months and is now approaching 3 and he absolutely loves it. As any parents, we were dubious about him starting, but quickly were reassured by the phenomenal standard and level of care that the staff provide, they are so supportive, and go above and
beyond their roles. Being a Covid baby, our little one has had a fair share of illness and the staff always keep in contact, and care on such a personal level that it has been quite touching. Our little one comes home every day excited about what he has learnt, loves talking about his friends and the staff, and all of the enrichment activities he has done during the day. Being at Banana Moon has helped with his confidence, social skills and his overall development!
I would recommend Banana Moon to anyone!

Absolutely amazing nursery, my three little ones have all attended Banana Moon Day Nursery over the last six years and I cannot fault them. The staff are always welcome and friendly and my sons have built wonderful connections with staff and children. The app is amazing for being informed about that
children’s day. Two members of staff, particularly, have been wonderful with my children.

From 9 months old both my children have attended Banana Moon Day Nursery and my eldest has also attended Holiday Club with Banana Moon. I honestly can’t sing their praises enough. They are so wonderful with my children, have so many activities throughout the day, you get updates and sometimes pictures
of them on the app to put you at ease, the menu is great and the staff are genuinely wonderful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

The staff at this nursery are wonderful! They have been so accommodating from when we first started and throughout lockdown. The communication has been outstanding with the pandemic and all the changes this year. Being a first-time single parent, I was anxious about choosing the right nursery for my
daughter, as I expect most parents are. I am so relieved in the decision I made and just want to give the team the credit they deserve for all their hard work and dedication. Thank you.

We recently had to change our daughter's nursery, which was extremely daunting and stressful, however the management and staff at Banana Moon have endeavoured to make this a simple and calm process to which they have achieved.
They have exceeded our expectations. The staff are kind and welcoming and
nothing is ever too much to ask or an inconvenience.
Responses are quick and efficient and the nursery app lets you keep up to date and makes you feel part of your little one's day.
We are loving this nursery and are so appreciative to everyone there for making what could have been a very difficult and stressful time a straightforward, professional and enjoyable experience for us and our daughter.

My son has been attending Banana Moon for the past 3 years, and he has come on leaps and bounds, I think this is in part down to the nursery and it's staff. Everyone there is helpful and kind, and my son absolutely adores the place and the people. He goes to school in September and I know he will miss
it dearly.
If any parent within the area is looking for a creche, I cannot recommend Banana Moon highly enough. Outstanding in all facets.

Our son has been going to this nursery for over 2 years now and we have been so so delighted with everything. He loves going and trusts all the staff as do we. Always a friendly and warm welcome, great varied meals/snacks and it is always very clean. We have great appreciation and thanks to give all
staff for his early years at this nursery and as parents for making this one of the easiest and best experiences we could have asked for. Special thanks especially for the manager who is always trying her best if we ask for short notice flexibility and for being incredibly switched on, you can clearly see she knows her stuff and goes above and beyond for everything and everyone. I knew on meeting her and on the whole initial visit that this is the place for our boy and that he would be more than happy and safe here, he has excelled with flourishing in his early years of play, education and confidence.

Having had a previous bad experience at another nursery, we were very concerned about trusting another nursery with our little one.
Banana Moon is absolutely amazing, the setting is fantastic, open, welcoming, friendly, inviting... the list is endless. We couldn't be happier or recommend this nursery
enough.
The staff are caring, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very welcoming. The recent parents evening was informative with lots of detail and reassurance. It really shows how much they care about what they do, the children and the nursery itself.
The support is all-round first-class, for parents and for the children.

I was really concerned about my high need baby being separated from me and start at the nursery. After much positive feedback, I chose Banana Moon and have never regretted it. The female staff there are so nice, welcoming and very patient. They all give my son attention and warm hugs when needed so
that he can feel confident and comfortable while being away from mummy. I really appreciate that I am given all the information about what he has been doing and if he has eaten, how his sleep was that day, this is all really important for me as a mum. I like the idea of teaching kids a sign language too. Management is fantastic as well, very flexible with my husbands shift patterns. Highly recommend.

My daughter was not happy about going to nursery but she eased into Banana Moon within a few days and was extremely happy there. There is always a cheerful reception on entering, the meals are healthy and delicious and reformed my very fussy eater! They have a lovely nurturing routine that makes the
children feel safe and know what to expect. The staff are engaging and every day brings a new learning activity and another adventure. My daughter still refers to it as 'my Banana Moon' even now she has started school and I will be eternally grateful for the wonderful service they provided.

The girls at Banana Moon are fantastic.
My little boy is supported in his education and has become a lot more confident.
The staff are really friendly, we're always greeted with a cheerful "good morning" and are regularly flexible with my partner's erratic shift patterns.

The staff are always enthusiastic, informative and welcoming. They always greet my son by name and seem to enjoy him spending time at the nursery. The recent parents evening was very informative too. I would appreciate a little more feedback on things we should potentially consider doing with our son
at home, for instance, if we need to do more reading with him. Although, I appreciate this isn't always needed.


The team have been excellent when dealing with my son's allergies and have been more informative and helpful than many others. In fact, I think the team suggested that he may have an allergy in the first place, which prompted me to take him to the GP to be assessed.
I had had concerns that his nappies were not being changed frequently enough and I do appreciate that with many children it can be difficult to keep track of. We've not had any problems since I raised this as a concern so I'm glad to see that this has improved.

I am extremely happy and impressed with the nursery and the care they provide for my son. He settled really quickly and is happy and content when there. The education my son is receiving is age appropriate but also makes learning fun. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and always happy.
