Banana Moon Day Nursery in Rothwell, staff always try to see everything from a parent's perspective.

CCTV operates throughout the nursery to protect children, staff and parents. A finger print biometric entry system is also used. This system allows nursery personnel to quickly register every parent and carer's fingerprint.

Children can have fun exploring the world of colour, shapes and texture through the use of toys, adult interaction and sensory experiences.

The children go outside every day to get exercise and learn more about the world. All age groups benefit from daily outdoor activities.

Sleep rooms have cots and sleep mattresses and every child has their own bed linen which is cleaned in house. At all times, staff strive to keep to parents' desired sleep patterns and routines.

Nutritionally balanced meals are made using fresh ingredients, suiting different food preferences and dietary needs.

All the staff are very welcoming and kind.
The food always looks/smells good, and is healthy.
Very strict with the door/entrance (no tailgating), which puts my mind at ease.

Just wanted to say a formal thank you to a particular member of staff, her communication today with my child being a bit under the weather has been brilliant. As a parent, this is hugely reassuring knowing that our little one is getting the love and attention she needs when feeling poorly.
Happy to
admit I am a needy parent at the best of times but this particular member of staff and the Mini Moons communication as always is faultless.
Thank you this staff member, superstar as always. Also, we wanted to give a shout-out to another particular staff member! We have noticed how much effort he puts in with the Mini Moons, he doesn’t shy away from getting involved in reading and playing with kids. Our daughter has been mentioning his name more and more to us. She takes her time bonding with men so it is a testament to his perseverance and consistency that she calls him her friend super cute.

Absolutely fantastic! As new parents (especially myself), I was dreading going back to work and my little boy starting nursery but I can honestly say, it's the best decision we made sending him to Banana Moon Day Nursery Rothwell. Our little boy has come on leaps and bounds and we couldn't be more grateful!

Cannot recommend the nursery enough. Brilliant staff and are amazing with both of my children. The activities are amazing and my children love it. The food is also amazing and gives good variety. I would recommend this nursery to others.

My son attends Banana Moon 2 days a week and he is always very smiley on collection. He has a lovely bond with his key worker and all staff will go above and beyond for him. Couldn't recommend them enough. Amazing team and amazing nursery.
