Partou Kids Corner Day Nursery & Pre-school

My daughter currently uses the Kids Den before and after school club at Kids Corner Nursery. She also attended the nursery from 10 months old until she started school. She has always been very happy attending, enjoyed the activities planned and gained academic and SEMH skills from the level of care and teaching she has received throughout.

My children adore the staff at Kids Corner Nursery. The staff are welcoming, caring and honest. My children have developed socially and educationally within this establishment. My two-year-olds speech and language is fantastic which is down to the staff working hard to encourage the children to speak. Both my girls are excited to go to nursery each day. The transition from room to room has always been smooth and never upset my children because they do this gradually with care. The staff at Kids Corner respond quickly and efficiently to feedback from parents and value our input.

My children have been going to this nursery on and off for the past 14 years. The staff have always given me peace of mind when returning to work after maternity leave, it offers a home from home experience with home-cooked food made by the same lady who was there when my first child started 14 years ago and a mixture of mums within the team too. The staff are warm and welcome and my children love them. The nursery itself is a Victorian building and is always clean and bright. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I trust these people wholeheartedly to provide the best care for my children.

Having initially been a little apprehensive changing our child’s care I can safely say it was a good decision and that our son is now settling in brilliantly. The whole process from start to finish looking at the nursery, settling in, arranging payments and looking after a nervous mum has been fantastic. Our little boy is even managing with potty training despite only just starting 2 weeks prior to joining the nursery! The staff keep us really informed of activities and changes and we feel he has a really varied day with lots to do and outdoor time too. Very happy and would recommend.

The best thing about Kids Corner is the staff. They are excellent and genuinely passionate about the children and their work. The nursery is always very welcoming and the events and activities are great for the children.

Our son loves attending Kids Corner. He started there 6 months ago at 12 months old and settled in so quickly. All of the staff are great and made, what can be a stressful time for Mums, very easy and reassuring for me. I have never had any issues or concerns since he started there and love hearing all about his fun-filled days when we collect him. Thank you Kids Corner for making us feel so welcome and for taking such good care of our little one.

Our 8-month-old daughter attends Kids Corner one day per week and she has settled in really well. All of the team and really friendly and our daughter is well cared for. Our daughter's key worker in the baby room is brilliant and she certainly has a great time here. We couldn't have picked a better nursery!

I was a little hesitant to send my 2nd daughter to Kids Corner as the senior management when my elder daughter was there, were not very approachable nor did they appear to have the children's best interests at heart. However as soon as I found out that the Managers were stepping up, I was absolutely made up. There was then no question, I was definitely sending my daughter there. I was very warmly welcomed on the show around and was made to feel very at ease. There was such a friendly and happy atmosphere, the staff that worked there genuinely love what they do. My elder daughter, now 6, absolutely thrived in her time at Kids Corner. I can see a very similar development in my 1 year old daughter, who has been attending the nursery for the past 5 months. It is so comforting to know that both myself and my husband can work full time, and not have to worry that our daughter is in safe hands. Thank you!!!

Love Kids Corner. Staff are professional and friendly. My son loves it here. Buttercups and Daisies have gone ‘over and above’.

Always found the staff to be amazing looking after both my children. The two ladies have been wonderful role models.

Unfortunately, in recent times there has been a high staff turnover (maternity, leavers etc) this cannot be avoided and during these times all the staff have worked hard to ensure the high standards are maintained. My child does have additional medical needs and during these times of change, it can be unsettling but always been assured by the management even with new starters his needs will be met. Thank you for all your hard work and making it a good, learning environment for my son.

My son came to Kids Corner after leaving a nursery who breached his safety. We found it hard to trust again, I am so glad we gave Kids Corner a chance because they have been amazing and my son has built such a trusting bond and friendship with each and every member of staff. They are very helpful and I can't recommend them and Kids Den enough. I'd like to personally take this opportunity to thank them for their great support and teaching.

Very friendly, accommodating nursery. All questions answered no matter how small and worries put at ease. Lovely staff that I know will take good care of my daughter.

I can’t recommend Kids Corner enough! They are so caring and understanding about all of the kids wants and needs. My daughter loves coming and even if she has a bit of a wobble when coming in, the staff are amazing with calming her down and making her feel safe and included. She always comes out with a big smile on her face and sometimes wants to stay even longer. Such a lovely nursery!

My child is always in very good care, always happy and enjoys coming to nursery. Staff very friendly and always happy to help.

They do a broad range of activities every day and listen to what the children enjoy doing and expand upon it to encourage them to learn and broaden their knowledge.

Fantastic, friendly and supportive staff. I was nervous about leaving my child. However, she loves it so much and the staff have made my child and myself feel very happy.

My little girl has been going to Kids Corner for over a year now and loves it, the staff are so caring and kind. She does lots of crafts and always always eats all her food there.... so it must be good!!! She has made lots of friends and always comes away smiling!!
