My son has come on loads since being in this nursery. He loves visiting and I wish I could send him more. It's a welcoming environment and also a very calm, relaxed one which is why I think my son settled so quickly and well. He knows so many words, animal noises, cars and trucks. He is becoming more
confident joining in singing nursery rhymes as well now.

After having 6 weeks off nursery over the summer, my son was really upset and unsettled at the aspect of going back to nursery. Upon arrival, he clung to my neck, a member of staff came over and started talking to him, after a couple of minutes they asked him if they should put some music on, which
is his favourite thing, he nodded and put his arms out towards the staff, I then left.
This made me feel relieved that he was OK and well looked after.

After having tried another big nursery in this area and having to take my little one out, Jack and Jill's I soon realised was amazing. This nursery and all the staff that work here have become like our extended family. My little boy absolutely loved going to nursery. The children are all well looked
after.
My little boy was a fussy eater but he was soon having seconds and thirds of the lovely home-cooked meals.
As soon as you enter the building you can hear and see that the children are happy.
Please do go and have a look and see for yourselves.

I can't recommend this nursery high enough. My son really struggled with settling in and we were offered extra settling in sessions free of charge until he was happy, this really helped. My son has really come on and has grown in confidence since attending Jack and Jill Day Nursery. The staff are all
so lovely and helpful. I definitely recommend Jack and Jill Day Nursery to anyone.

When dropping my son off he was a little upset. The member of staff reassured me he would be Ok after leaving, I watched through the window and he settled very fast and went off to play. Upon returning to pick him up he was happy playing with the other children. Staff gave me lots of feedback about
his day and what he had eaten as he is a fussy eater. All information was put on tapestry diary with pictures.

I moved my son to Jack & Jill Day Nursery Upton in April 2017 following a house move.


I am absolutely delighted so far with the quality of care on offer and the superb attitude and commitment of all of the staff involved.


There is clear structure to the day, good quality food and many activities

which are stimulating, educational and fun.


The nursery is spacious with numerous gardens and external play areas for the children.


I would highly recommend this nursery to others!

My son loves Jack and Jill Day Nursery. He asks every day if it is a "nursery day!" He settled in quickly and has a real affection for all of the staff. We are confident that he is very well cared for and have seen great improvements in his speech and in other skills over the few short months he has

ABOUT ME:


I have had the honour of working in childcare for 24 years, holding a Level 3 in Early Years as well as a Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management.


Over the years, I have progressed through different roles and first became a Nursery Manager in 2011. This is a role that I am very passionate about as I love working with children, parents and staff to ensure that everybody feels happy, secure and valued.


WHY CHILDCARE:


It's always been something that I have been extremely passionate about and wanted to do. I find that supporting a child's independence, creativity and imagination makes every day so rewarding.


INTERESTS & HOBBIES:


I live at home with my husband, two beautiful girls and my dog, Marvin. As a family, we love spending quality time by going on adventures such as long coastal walks and visiting new surroundings.


I also love swimming, cycling and anything crafty!
