Little Angels Day Care's new purpose-built home is on Grove Road in Bury St Edmunds.

When Little Angels Day Care was established in 2001 a central part of its ethos was and still is that children of all ages learn and play together, the large fully resourced indoor and outdoor learning environments support this ethos.

Highly skilled and qualified staff plan enriching learning opportunities that support every child individually to achieve their best potential. It offers full day care, pre-school, crèche sessions, before and after school care, school runs and school holiday care.

Government-funded sessions are provided at Little Angels every day, morning and afternoon, subject to availability, they accept all types of childcare vouchers, tax-free childcare, and all types of support while studying.

My son has been attending the Nursery since May 2024 and he loves it. He's 1 and his face lights up when I hand him over to the kind, approachable practitioners in the morning. He has a wonderful bond with his key person. I visited a selection of Nurseries whilst trying to make a decision about where
I wanted to send my son and I was most impressed with Little Angels. On my visit, I was at the Nursery for about 45 minutes and I got to see the children in action with the caring, passionate practitioners. They all seemed engaged in what they were doing and I observed lots of lovely interactions between the adults and children as well as the children with their peers. It just felt like a lovely, homely setting and I knew it was where I wanted to send my little boy.
Prior to my current job, I worked in a Nursery for 14 years so I had an idea of what I wanted for my boy and one of the things I loved the most about the Nursery, is how much the staff care about the children.

Our son has loved his time at Little Angels since starting earlier this year. The staff are friendly, caring and approachable and rapidly established great relationships with him. There is a wide range of toys and activities laid on inside the nursery and a wonderfully resourced outdoor area with lots
of fun things to do (if you're under five!). All staff are communicative, reliable and skilled; we feel that they are excellent childcare providers for our little whirlwind, keeping us updated about each day. We cannot praise Little Angels enough and thank them for everything they continue to do.
Our son's review: 'bubble, yes, ball, wohoo'.

My daughter has been here just under 1 year. I cannot fault them at all. My daughter doesn't even say bye to me and runs in every morning. I get updates and pictures. She loves their lunches and comes home, tired and full. The staff are absolutely wonderful and even gave me advice when asked.
I recommend
110%. The best thing I have done for my daughter is enrol her here.

Simply perfect! No snotty nose, no big nappies or rashes, no injuries and one key person responsible that builds a caring relationship with our son! What else can we ask for?
Although it sounds like simple things to ask for, believe me, they are not! We went to many nurseries and settling-in sessions
and kids were with dry, snotty noses or big nappies. They had set cleaning times. No person is directly responsible as they varied in days a times.
Thank you management and all the nursery staff for your love and care towards our son. After a week he's been going to nursery, loving it! Doesn’t even wave bye-bye anymore.

My son has enjoyed coming to this nursery, lots of different activities each week to promote different seasons and celebrations.
The staff I cannot fault, very supportive towards any concerns or any development. Great communication between staff and parents.

We love Little Angels! The staff are so kind and caring, nothing is too much trouble and they always listen to any problems or changes in routine and try to help where possible. Very supportive of change in requests to nap time and helping with potty training.
All staff genuinely care for the children
they look after and want the best for them. Learning through play in a supportive environment, they helped my daughter prepare for school really well, she was very sad to leave, and my son still loves attending his sessions.
Children of all ages play and learn together in the same room which is brilliant for helping them learn to interact with different ages.
Response time to any emails sent is fast and being able to book occasional crèche sessions on an ad hoc basis is extremely useful.
Food menus are good, homecooked meals and snacks are offered too.
I would recomend Little Angels to anyone who would like a relaxed, welcoming and family-orientated nursery for their child.

My daughter has been at Little Angels since she was 8 months old. She’s now almost 4 and going to school in September.
My daughter loves her nursery and asks after her favourite staff members even on weekends. She’s very well cared for and has always been given extra support due to her suffering from
asthma. The staff & team are all so lovely and caring. We will be very sad to leave Little Angels when the time comes. But eternally grateful for all the love and care my girl has received over the years!

My little boy has been attending here just over half a year. He's gone from strength to strength and has developed so much whilst attending here. My son had a very bad experience at this nursery.
Bad communication, my son was always upset, the staff or owner upset me numerous times, my son was excluded and always in his pushchair.

It’s with extreme disappointment we read this review. The assessments we made have been verified with others and we have been assured our work has been treated with respect by them, I do understand some things are hard to hear. I know we were doing what we are highly trained and qualified to do. All that remains is to wish you all the best and the best outcomes achieved. It’s very sad you feel the need to try and undermine everything we do in this way and on another review platform, which of course any disgruntled person can do without policing or regard for anyone.

Little Angels Day Care has always been such an inviting space. The staff are full of joy and support, always offering regular updates of development. I love that days out are organised and parent pop-in mornings/afternoons are put together. This gives us the chance to feel involved in our little ones'
nursery experience. I feel very happy knowing my little one is given a playful space to explore and grow.

Little Angels has not only provided my children with a safe and welcoming environment for my children to learn and grow. The staff always strives to accommodate both my child's individual needs and the needs of our whole family. All of my children have thoroughly enjoyed their experience, taking part
in a broad and varied range of activities. The setting is beautifully designed allowing the children, to freely play. Communication is fantastic and my children have excelled with the support of all the staff. Would highly recommend!

Little Angels have been our son's nursery for a year now, and we wish he could stay for years more! The staff are all warm and welcoming to both parents and the children. Little Angels are amazing at meeting the children's development needs, such as with their construction area, day trips and arts and
crafts. It is evident that both the EYFS framework and children's well-being are out at the forefront of what they do. I have always felt confident my son is safe at Little Angels due to their thorough safeguarding procedures, and therefore highly recommend this nursery to anybody with a fear of enrolling their child into a nursery.

I cannot speak highly enough of this nursery!
My son started in January this year and he simply loves it and is thriving with his speech and pretty much everything.
First of all, the staff cannot be faulted, they are friendly, approachable and work closely with all the children and my boy loves them
all.
The grounds are very safe and secure which was a big thing for us and inside there are loads of different play areas for sensory play etc. also the outside has a good sized area for the children to play around in. 100% recommend!

Since joining Little Angels Nursery, my son has had a very happy and positive experience. He looks forward to going into nursery every day. The staff are friendly, welcoming and above all very caring.
The staff have helped my son develop his confidence and he always has lots to tell me about his day.

Limited experience so far due to son only just starting and just doing one session a week.
The best indicator is that my child can't wait to get in the door and is very happy.
Staff are appropriately affectionate and obviously really value the children they work with.
My child has some additional
needs.
Staff have been very keen how to best support him whilst always welcoming and valuing him as a little boy, not a diagnosis!
