Our daughter has attended Little Angels for three years, and we couldn't have chosen a better nursery. The team have played a huge role in her development, building her confidence and supporting her within a warm, truly familial environment.
When my Mum, our daughter's grandmother, sadly passed
away, Little Angels went above and beyond. They arranged extra sessions at short notice and cared for her during the funeral. Their compassion and support meant so much to our family.
As we prepare to welcome another baby, they've also spent one-to-one time helping her feel excited and prepared to become a big sister.
The facilities are fantastic, friendships are encouraged across ages, and staff are incredibly attentive - even supporting her as a fussy eater with daily feedback at pick-up.
Little Angels is truly an A* nursery in Bury St Edmunds.

We love Little Angels! Our son started here just over a year ago after the big transition of an international move, and from the get-go the staff have been hugely supportive, caring and kind in helping him (and us!) settle in. In his time at Little Angels, our son has come on in leaps and bounds and
we are so pleased with the progress he is making. He absolutely loves the team and is happy to arrive each day. I'm always so impressed by the activities planned for the children - it is clear that a lot of time and thought goes into preparing a well-rounded and engaging programme and environment. The expertise and dedication of the entire team is clear. The outside space is beautiful and I know my son particularly loves the outdoor activities! I am also very appreciative of the support the team has given me with everything from potty-training to helping my toddler learn to share! It's truly a very special place with very special people, and we feel lucky indeed to have our son enrolled.

The staff are friendly and our child is happy to see them and happy when he goes in. Having lunches available from the nursery is super helpful and the menu's are well rounded and healthy. I would say to make sure you read and take in the handbook as there is lots of important and helpful
information to get you off on the right foot with what is required for clothing, if you provide your own lunches and everything in between.

My son has progressed so well there. I am in your debt for the care you show to him. He had issues leaving my side at first and now he eagerly awaits his days there.

My daughter has been at this nursery 2 years.
It was my first choice and I'm glad we chose here.
My daughter absolutely loves it and is happy to go 3 times a week.
She enjoys the interaction with the other children, eats their menu choices.
Their menu is varied and healthy.
The staff are
supportive and friendly.
I'd always recommend here and can't thank them enough for all they have done towards my daughters development.
Outstanding effort from them all.

My son has been attending the nursery for almost 18 months and we're both happy with the setting. :) the staff are kind and approachable and you can tell they work in childcare because they're passionate about supporting each child in a caring, stimulating environment. They really care about the
children. My son gets excited when we pull up to the nursery and is keen to press the intercom to enter! :) He knows his routine and is straight in to enjoy some breakfast with his peers and staff. I love that the outside garden has been developed as my little boy is very much an outdoorsy child. When I collect him, he's always happy to see me and is usually outside enjoying the garden. We had a parent consultation today and it was lovely to get feedback on his development. He has a great bond with his key person Jemma as well as the other lovely practitioners and owner.
I'm happy we chose this nursery after visiting quite a few last year.

My son has been attending the Nursery since May 2024 and he loves it. He's 1 and his face lights up when I hand him over to the kind, approachable practitioners in the morning. He has a wonderful bond with his key person. I visited a selection of Nurseries whilst trying to make a decision about
where I wanted to send my son and I was most impressed with Little Angels. On my visit, I was at the Nursery for about 45 minutes and I got to see the children in action with the caring, passionate practitioners. They all seemed engaged in what they were doing and I observed lots of lovely interactions between the adults and children as well as the children with their peers. It just felt like a lovely, homely setting and I knew it was where I wanted to send my little boy.
Prior to my current job, I worked in a Nursery for 14 years so I had an idea of what I wanted for my boy and one of the things I loved the most about the Nursery, is how much the staff care about the children.

Our son has loved his time at Little Angels since starting earlier this year. The staff are friendly, caring and approachable and rapidly established great relationships with him. There is a wide range of toys and activities laid on inside the nursery and a wonderfully resourced outdoor area with
lots of fun things to do (if you're under five!). All staff are communicative, reliable and skilled; we feel that they are excellent childcare providers for our little whirlwind, keeping us updated about each day. We cannot praise Little Angels enough and thank them for everything they continue to do.

Simply perfect! No snotty nose, no big nappies or rashes, no injuries and one key person responsible that builds a caring relationship with our son! What else can we ask for?
Although it sounds like simple things to ask for, believe me, they are not! We went to many nurseries and settling-in
sessions and kids were with dry, snotty noses or big nappies. They had set cleaning times. No person is directly responsible as they varied in days a times.
Thank you management and all the nursery staff for your love and care towards our son. After a week he's been going to nursery, loving it! Doesn’t even wave bye-bye anymore.

My son has enjoyed coming to this nursery, lots of different activities each week to promote different seasons and celebrations.
The staff I cannot fault, very supportive towards any concerns or any development. Great communication between staff and parents.

We love Little Angels! The staff are so kind and caring, nothing is too much trouble and they always listen to any problems or changes in routine and try to help where possible. Very supportive of change in requests to nap time and helping with potty training.
All staff genuinely care for the
children they look after and want the best for them. Learning through play in a supportive environment, they helped my daughter prepare for school really well, she was very sad to leave, and my son still loves attending his sessions.
Children of all ages play and learn together in the same room which is brilliant for helping them learn to interact with different ages.
Response time to any emails sent is fast and being able to book occasional crèche sessions on an ad hoc basis is extremely useful.
Food menus are good, homecooked meals and snacks are offered too.
I would recomend Little Angels to anyone who would like a relaxed, welcoming and family-orientated nursery for their child.

My daughter has been at Little Angels since she was 8 months old. She’s now almost 4 and going to school in September.
My daughter loves her nursery and asks after her favourite staff members even on weekends. She’s very well cared for and has always been given extra support due to her suffering
from asthma. The staff & team are all so lovely and caring. We will be very sad to leave Little Angels when the time comes. But eternally grateful for all the love and care my girl has received over the years!

Brilliant staff! Always happy to help, my daughter loves this nursery. She always comes home with things she’s made! They keep in touch with updates from the day, a nice way for us to see what she’s been up to!

My little boy has been attending here just over half a year. He's gone from strength to strength and has developed so much whilst attending here. He seems to enjoy his time there and always has a lot to say at pick-up. I've recommended the nursery to several local friends and family. Can't wait to

My son had a very bad experience at this nursery.
Bad communication, my son was always upset, the staff or owner upset me numerous times, my son was excluded and always in his pushchair.

We switched to Little Angels Day Care and have immediately been impressed with the setting! Our child has been so much more engaged here and really looks forward to coming. Would highly recommend Little Angels. Your staff have been excellent, friendly, supportive and professional.

Little Angels Day Care has always been such an inviting space. The staff are full of joy and support, always offering regular updates of development. I love that days out are organised and parent pop-in mornings/afternoons are put together. This gives us the chance to feel involved in our little
ones' nursery experience. I feel very happy knowing my little one is given a playful space to explore and grow.

Little Angels has not only provided my children with a safe and welcoming environment for my children to learn and grow. The staff always strives to accommodate both my child's individual needs and the needs of our whole family. All of my children have thoroughly enjoyed their experience, taking
part in a broad and varied range of activities. The setting is beautifully designed allowing the children, to freely play. Communication is fantastic and my children have excelled with the support of all the staff. Would highly recommend!

Little Angels have been our son's nursery for a year now, and we wish he could stay for years more! The staff are all warm and welcoming to both parents and the children. Little Angels are amazing at meeting the children's development needs, such as with their construction area, day trips and arts
and crafts. It is evident that both the EYFS framework and children's well-being are out at the forefront of what they do. I have always felt confident my son is safe at Little Angels due to their thorough safeguarding procedures, and therefore highly recommend this nursery to anybody with a fear of enrolling their child into a nursery.
