Teddies Tots Day Nursery

Fantastic nursery, they take pride in the development of the children and we have great comfort leaving our child in their capable hands. They have aided our daughter being the confident girl she is now, and she loves going to nursery at Teddies Tots.

Our daughter has attended Teddies Tots for just over a year now, having joined at just past her first birthday. The staff have been incredible and it’s so clear to see the impact the nursery has had on her learning and development. She loves all of the staff and really enjoys every day that she spends at Teddies Tots. My wife and I count ourselves very lucky that we found Teddies Tots and couldn’t recommend them more highly,

We have been delighted with Teddies Tots since our daughter first started attending as an 18-month-old. She loves her days there and we’ve seen her language, learning and social skills come on leaps and bounds. All of the staff and especially her key worker, show genuine warmth and interest in our daughter, and we feel well appraised of her progress. The nursery feels like one big family and we couldn’t be happier with her care.

My baby has been at Teddies Tots since January and they have made my transition back to work so much smoother than I anticipated! My older son went there a few years again and I was happy with it then but it has improved so much more. My child is always so happy there and I love being kept up to date by the app. I don’t worry about him from the point I drop him to when I pick him up, which is essential when you’re a working Mummy!

As soon as we visited Teddies Tots for the first time, we instantly knew we wanted our little one to enrol there. The nursery is warm and welcoming and the staff are very freindly and caring. My little one settled in really well. Since he's been going to Teddies Tots we feel his development and learning has accelerated whilst having so much fun!

Being a grandfather, I am so glad my daughter chose this nursery. The staff are so welcoming whenever I drop off. When I collect, they always give me information on my granddaughter’s day which I love! The staff are very caring and thoughtful, always take the time to chat to me. My granddaughter always has a smile on her face so I know she loves it there. Brilliant nursery, thank you.

The nursery is such a wonderful setting, my little boy really enjoys spending time there with his friends and nursery workers. He always comes back so happy. The nursery are very supportive and informative. I would most certainly recommend them.

My daughter has been attending Teddies for 1.5 years and is absolutely thriving. She has built amazing connections with the staff who care so well for her. She is always so excited to go in and sometimes doesn't want to leave! She has developed so many new skills from the wide range of activities teddies offer. Highly recommend!

I’m glad that I’ve picked the right nursery for my children, my daughter has thrived and is doing really well in reception after a good 3 years in Teddies Tots. My son is currently there at the moment and he absolutely loves it there - full of activities and a fun environment for him. It was challenging after the Covid lockdown but the staff and everyone have worked so hard and made him feel so welcome. Teddies Tots and we have worked so hard for his EHC plan and it’s good to have their support for his needs.

My daughter has been at Teddies since she was 1 year old - almost a year now. She has always been really happy at nursery and has made a lot of progress since she started. The staff at Teddies are very caring and they have excellent communication with home.

Teddies Tots is an excellent nursery and I couldn't recommend it more highly to prospective parents. We've seen first hand the amazing work the team do at caring for the children and the thought and kindness goes into meaning every child where they are at. There is excellent communication between teachers and parents, documenting how our children are learning and what is being taught.

My son has attended Teddies Tots nursery for the past 7 months and in that time I have found the nursery's performance to be excellent. The staff have all been lovely to both my son and me - my son has formed strong connections with his carers and is always doing fun and beneficial activities. Communication from the nursery to parents is really good, with updates as to my son's activities being provided throughout the day via an app and more generally the carers always let us know how he has been when I pick him up at the end of the day. I want to end by saying a massive thank you to all of the team at Teddies Tots who are a brilliant nursery!

Our little girl currently goes to Teddie Tots in Watford. She has settled in so well and the girls are amazing with her. They are so helpful and cheerful. My little girl has the best time there and has made lovely relationships with them all. They provide excellent childcare and have great facilities. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for childcare in Watford.

We absolutely love Teddies Tots - it’s such a wonderful, caring, supportive environment with a brilliant team. Both my toddler and baby have settled exceptionally well, and love going to nursery. The team keep us well informed throughout the day using the app, as well as providing monthly observations and lots of additional photos - it’s lovely to be able to see them enjoying themselves! Our daughter has additional healthcare needs which the team have dealt with amazingly - we had absolutely no worries about sending her back to nursery as the team were so professional and accommodating. In particular, the manager has gone above and beyond in supporting us as a family. Thank you Teddies Tots!

Teddies Tots is an amazing setting. Being a pandemic parent and first-time mum, I was anxious about returning to work and having my daughter experience a setting after little experience, due to lockdown. The team at Teddies helped me feel so relaxed and at ease and my daughter was welcomed into a very caring, calm and nurturing environment from day one. It has a family and home from home feel, whilst also being amazing at working on skills and education. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds, since starting. The communication and updates I receive are always so insightful, accurate and heartwarming to read. My daughter is so happy here. Would recommend it to anyone!

Amazing nursery with a great follow up on our son's development at every level! The team is really nice, competent and approachable! We are able to ask questions and tips, when needed and most importantly, our son goes to nursery with a big smile and comes back with the same big smile on his face!

Great nursery. My child loves her time here and has made lots of friends. The staff are brilliant. Frequent updates and pictures of their activities via the app. I couldn’t ask for more.

I can not recommend this nursery enough. My son has been attending since he was 9 months, he is now 3 years and 6 months old and still absolutely loves nursery. My friend's son also attends this nursery and are very happy with this nursery. Very friendly staff and very good teachers who love children. Fantastic nursery, my son settled so quickly with the amazing, caring staff. Always doing fun activities or walking to the park or train station. He is so happy and always runs through the door in excitement. Communication is excellent, using an app which has been really helpful during Covid. Regularly updated with information and photos etc.

Teddies Tots is a fantastic nursery with approachable staff who are helpful. It is evident that a lot of thought is put into the daily activities for the kids, which help to foster growth and development. My child has shown progress since enrolled at the nursery; his confidence has improved, he speaks with clarity and from an academic perspective, he is thriving. My child looks forward to going to nursery and starts calling the name of his carers once he's ready. It is a pleasure for him to see them, and they are equally delighted to greet him. It shows that they care for him and all the kids. I would definitely recommend this nursery.
