Busy Bees Midlothian Newbyres

Our daughter has been going to Busy Bees Midlothian Newbyres for two years and has found it to be exceptional. The staff have always been highly professional and helpful whenever we've needed assistance with anything, i.e. toilet training and nap times etc. They always have smiles on their face and are warm and fun with the children. We are so happy with the learning environment and couldn't ask for a better nursery for our daughter.

Both my children have been a part of Newbyres Nursery and I have not one single complaint, both staff and management are friendly and approachable. My son loves this nursery and feels comfortable with all staff. His skills have improved so much due to the time and effort staff put in. Staff are knowledgeable and have sufficient training that makes me feel comfortable leaving my child with them for long periods of time in the day. Meal times are great with a good variety and plenty of fruit and vegetables and smells great when walking past the kitchen window, even better that I know it's all homemade and good solid meals. Play areas are a great size with a lot of variety for all different little people's interests. Would 10/10 recommend this nursery to other parents.

My son has been attending this nursery since around 9 months old and I have never had an issue. I am a disabled mum who can find it hard lifting and carrying my child, the staff have been more than accommodating to help wherever they can to ensure it's a comfortable experience for all. My son absolutely thrives and loves all the staff too. If any accidents arise they have always contacted us to inform us. The kids always do a great range of activities and get plenty time outside too.

Really good nursery, staff are all very friendly and got to know my child very well. Feel confident in their care of her and management are very responsive when I have had any questions. Having worked in a few nurseries, I know what good ones feel like and this is one where all the right vibes are there.

This is the best second Busy Bees Nursery my child has attended and it's amazing, the staff and environment are top tier and I couldn't ask for a better nursery for my children to go to. They both run in the door in the morning and the staff are always happy and smiling. It's a very welcoming atmosphere and the rooms look fantastic and have an amazing enrichment experience for the children.
