First Day Nursery Ilford

My child was very happy at the nursery, as a mother I feel safe and comfortable to leave my son every day. Excellent service. Amazing staff specially my child's second mum. The Director was amazing and all the other staff. You all have the best days every day that is what I wish for you all, thank you so much to have my son, he was very well looked after.

Both my son and daughter attended First Day Nursery at the Ilford branch with my daughter graduating from Pre-School in July 2022. I cannot fault the nursery one bit, from the amazing and thoughtful staff to the incredible facilities and healthy food my children were in safe hands. The nurseries ethos in teaching and working alongside the academics capabilities really excelled were instilled within the children and you could see what they have learnt every time they came home. My daughter was always happy and excited to go to nursery and made some best friends and close relations with the staff which she will cherish forever. I would definitely recommend First Day Nursery to any parent or guardian contemplating choosing this nursery over other nurseries in the Redbridge borough.

My daughter suffers from multiple severe allergies (Anaphylaxis) and having had a bad experience at another local nursery I was apprehensive to send my daughter to a new nursery. I found First Day Nursery and they did everything they could to keep my daughter safe. The management are excellent and very supportive, they made adjustments for my daughter so that she didn’t have to miss out. My daughter had a wonderful time at this nursery and my only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner!

My daughter has been going to this nursery since December 2020; she really enjoys and was showing a lot of interest to go from the very first week. The staff provide her with good care, and we have not had any issues so far. They encourage her to communicate well, and I could see the difference. I would definitely recommend.

The nursery has very friendly and caring staff. The nursery has a positive environment and pushes children to grow further. The nursery is also flexible and considerate for working parents which makes it easier for parents to balance pick-ups and drop-offs. The nursery has a good culture and teaches children the fundamentals of learning.

My son and I are so sad to be leaving this nursery to join reception. My son has flourished the last year to an independent young boy. He has learnt so much and he loves going to nursery. He would go on and on about the teachers as well the friends he has made. Highly recommend this nursery without a doubt. Staff are so attentive and caring and I feel they all go that extra mile to accommodate any parents needs.

My child started nursery in July 2020 from the first day she was very happy. The staff is very friendly and cooperative my child learned a lot of activities. The environment is very good, neat, and clean. I recommend this nursery.

Excellent service provided by First Day Nursery. My daughter started the creche 3 years ago from the baby room all the way to pre-school and I am so happy with her development over the years. The staff at First Day Nursery have always been professional and the management is outstanding and I highly recommend this nursery for your child.

My child is in the baby room, as a parent, I am at ease to know that my child’s needs and wants are fully fulfilled by the lovely staff. The nursery supported my child’s weaning, as a parent I am not able to thank the staff enough. My child’s home routine is followed and the key person fully understands my child’s development. The nursery atmosphere is welcoming, a very clean and natural nursery. Overall staff are friendly, professional, and very approachable. Lovely nursery! Kind staff! The child is very happy with the nursery! English is our second language, but the little one is excited to speak, to ask questions in English and to sing English songs. Happy child - happy parents!

Fantastic nursery! I honestly have no complaints! My daughter enjoys her time at nursery and looks forward to her day every morning. The nursery timing works well with my daily work schedule. The staff presents a friendly and warm demeanour. Clean and safe environment for the children.

I have had a lot of experience with nurseries having had three children, my grandchild attends this one and this is outstanding. When I went to view this nursery I was impressed how clean it was so this was my first impression. The staff are very professional and attentive towards the children it is so family-based. My grandson has learnt soo much in his time there and it will be a sad day when he leaves. They really care not only for the children but the parents also. Given what has been going on the hygiene is fantastic as are the staff the manager has got to be one of the kindest souls I have ever met.

They involve parents at all stages and keep them updated. I would highly recommend this nursery.

An outstanding nursery with a highly professional management team and amazing and dedicated staff. Safeguarding is at the forefront to ensure the safety and well being of children. The nursery is well resourced to facilitate play and learning. Having had a career break to raise my family, it was my confidence in the nursery to be able to return back to work. My 3-year-old son has flourished at this nursery. He is a happy and confident boy and looks forward to nursery.

As a parent of a child who attended the nursery from a young age, I would like to say the learning activities and experience my child experiences are good for the development of my child. My child has developed so well from his experience, he loves the activities set to the occasional outings and trips he goes on to build on his life skills. The atmosphere of the nursery is friendly and professional from staff to management and I suppose this is the reason my little one loves his time at First Day Nursery and never wants to leave.
