Boat House Day Nursery

I have been connected to Boat House Day Nursery since 2017 and still going on. My kids are always happy with them and I have also felt my kids learning and visible progress with their support. I have never had any worries at all. They are the best ones I have ever seen, they are all-rounders in every department; whether it’s kids learning, care, nutrition, activities, facilities, safety and security, cleanliness and especially staff interaction and their concern towards children and parents. This shows that they are fully professional and dedicated towards their responsibilities. I wish them all the very best forever and want to see them shining and growing forever.

My son has been attending Boat House for just over a year now and it's like a second home to him. He loves all the staff and always has the best day, coming home with new skills and great stories about the fun he has had. There are a lot of things I appreciate about this nursery; The staff have always been so helpful and accommodating, from helping him with a medical emergency last year to helping him with potty training this year and everything in between. They are flexible to our care requirements, with great communication and attention to detail. The food has always impressed me, varied and nutritional meals and lots of different flavours. The days are structured well but still give the children lots of independence and freedom to be creative. It feels very Montessori-based and sometimes I am amazed at the things my son picks up so quickly. Finally, it's a nice location and a good size with lots of outdoor play and the indoor sensory room and soft play are also great. No complaints!

This nursery has helped my son since he started last year, they have picked up on his problems and we have together got things in place to help him. I couldn’t have asked for a better set of staff to look after both of my children. They are always there for the children and parents and actually listen to you. The children are well taken care of and everyone goes that extra mile.

The nursery is clean.

The environment is conducive to children's upbringing, learning and development with a welcoming staff.

My daughter has settled well in nursery, and she enjoys seeing the staff. She's progressed and learned so much already in the two months she has been there. The app is a bonus, so we can see what she does daily.

Our son currently attends Boat House Day Nursery three days a week and is in the Babies and Waddlers class. He absolutely loves attending nursery, and it is amazing to see how much he has developed since being there; it’s wonderful to see his speech coming on. The care and attention he receives from each staff member is amazing, especially his key worker. Thank you, Boat House, for the care you give and for everything you do!

The staff are amazing at what they do and give a great helping hand when needed. They’ve helped me and my family a lot and I am grateful for everything they’ve done for my children.

My son has attended this nursery from Babies and Waddlers right through to preschool 2. Every single member of staff has always been brilliant and is so helpful. They have taught my son so much throughout his time there and I am so glad I sent my son to this nursery as they were so so supportive and brilliant. We will miss them all so much.

The staff are brilliant, the food is excellent quality (was always eaten!), and the facilities are great for all the children.

The nursery is excellent and has been a huge support when managing referrals and extra support for my little boy who has additional needs. Since starting at Boat House his social skills have advanced massively and he has now begun to say some words. I believe a massive reason for this is the one-to-one attention and sessions he has with the staff at Boat House. My younger daughter has also been attending Boat House since she was 5 months old and has really settled in developing good independence and confidence from the routine.

Have a very good experience with Boat House Nursery. My kid enjoys playing there and the staff are very helpful and support him a lot. It has very good facilities including a soft playroom and activities organised by them are fantastic. My kid seems to develop a lot after starting in the nursery and we are very thankful.

My little boy has been attending Boat House Nursery for just under two years. He always enjoys himself when he goes, he has friends he always talks about and the staff are amazing with him I always feel happy when dropping him off as I know he is well looked after and it's a safe environment.

My son loves the nursery so much. The staff are amazing, but only one comment, we need to see more pictures, but other than that, absolutely love it. Thank you all for your hard work and I feel that my son, he's in safe hands.

My little boy loves it at Boat House. He runs into nursery ready for a cuddle with his key worker and he enjoys every minute of his day there. His development is coming on so well since starting and I’m so glad he goes there. The staff are always lovely with me and his other caregivers and open and honest with any issues that comes to light. I would highly recommend the Boat House to family and friends and look forward to him continuing his journey here.

Our son has been going to the Boat House from being 11 months old and is now aged 3 years old. Attending nursery has definitely helped his development and interactions with other children. The staff are lovely with the children and take the time to keep parents updated. Whenever I collect our son from nursery he and all the other children are always happily playing. I would definitely recommend.

The Boat House is a lovely nursery with friendly, helpful staff who are fantastic with the kids and really bring on their development and pre-school education in a low key, warm and supportive environment. I can’t recommend them highly enough, my son loved it here.

Love the Boat House I don't have a bad word to say about it I and my son have loved it here. We will both be sad as he's leaving next week to start school! staff have all been brilliant too! also lovely and clean.
