Little Forest Folk Wimbledon

The teachers are amazing, caring, and supportive. We also really appreciated the thoughtful observations and updates they regularly shared with us.

Little Forest Folk has been a wonderful experience for our 3 year old son - it's truly magical to see your child thrive in an outdoor setting where they learn as much about nature and the seasons as they do about their ABCs /123s. Our son started when he turned 2, moving from a traditional nursery setting, and we are so pleased that we made the tough decision to move him. We've been impressed by the constant and clear communication with parents (daily photos, written updates and monthly progress reports) and the high staff:child ratio of 1:4 for all ages. The progress in his physical strength, ability and endurance has been incredible to see - he's now happy to walk for miles, constantly running and climbing. His love of make believe, music and role play is in a world of its own, thanks to the focus that's put on imaginary play. Thank you to all the team for all they've done to support his development!

We are sending our two boys there and are extremely happy with the nursery and the wonderful team. Most importantly, we've seen such positive development in our boys. They spend lots of time outdoors, enjoy plenty of fresh air, and have become real little forest rangers. It's amazing to see how much joy they get from the simple things in nature. We couldn't recommend it more highly!

Our daughter has been at LFF for 2 years now and its the best decision we have made. The benefits they get from being in an outdoor setting has meant she has blossomed into a nature loving, inquisitive, physically very strong and able girl. The staff are consistently caring, nurturing, educating and they really know a lot about each child and form a very strong bond. The communication and organisation from the manager and head office has been worlds apart from the traditional nursery we were at before. We cannot fault it and look forward to sending our other daughter there.

Wimbledon Forest Folk is the most magical place! I can't recommend it enough, the staff, the activities, the meals, everything is faultless. Our daughter has loved her forest adventures. In terms of nursery settings, this is something special and the kids have the most fun filled days outside with their peers and the amazing nursery educators. We are so grateful!

Both our kids have been through Little Forest Folk in Wimbledon. It really has been the most incredible experience for them. My youngest is about to leave to go to school and it's hard to say goodbye to this incredible setting. The kids are encouraged to be adventurous, inquisitive and kind. They learn from the staff and each other in such an important way that isn't possible in the four walls of a traditional nursery and they seem to get less sickness bugs and general illness. For any prospective parents this a wonderful nurturing first experience of childcare and education. It's the best investment we have made to date. Thank you to the incredible staff for your dedication and care. In the depths of winter, keeping little hands warm and mind involved, to the heat of summer, endlessly applying suncream, while providing water play and fun in shady spots. You have been wonderful! We will be back for holiday camps for certain.

Our daughter is happy there. We initially weren't sure how she would get on with an outdoor environment, but the team in Wimbledon helped her settle down really well. We are pleased with the staff ratios in Little Forest Folk Wimbledon and their communications are brilliant. Highly recommended.

Our son attended Little Forest Folk Wimbledon for two years and started school this September. The care he received was outstanding and the play and learning he was exposed to had such a massive impact on his social skills, his independence and emotional intelligence. He is doing so well at school, teachers comment on how kind and caring he is to other children as well as how sociable he is, and this has a lot to do with the Little Forest Folk. He has so many wonderful memories of sawing, playing with mud and worms and he made such a wonderful group of friends who we still meet up with. Thank you so much for your hard work and making his time with you so magical.

Little Forest Folk Wimbledon is such a special place! The staff make base camp magical with lots of decorations, activities and obstacle courses. The team are brilliant especially the manager and staff member in Bunnies. They have so much energy and keep the children engaged all day. Our son has been there for 1.5 years now and loves it, he comes home very happy each day.

There always feels like a lot of pressure to get decisions right that relate to your child's well-being, choosing a childcare setting is one such decision and I'm so grateful that sending our son to Little Forest Folk Wimbledon has left us with no doubt whatsoever that we've chosen the best place for him. The staff are incredible; they are compassionate and caring but work hard to make sure the children get a great education through diverse, practical activities while ensuring a degree of discipline and independence in everything that is done. The food provided is top-tier and very healthy and the communication is excellent. I would highly recommend it.

Our son joined Little Forest Folk 1 year ago and we are very happy with the experience. The staff are caring and playful. My son really enjoyed the nursery and loves his Key Person very much. He truly builds resilient and independent characteristics from here. I like their unique natural environment, mixed age and Child-led play very much. I highly recommend this place.
