Kids Planet Attleborough

My little girl has really started to thrive at nursery! After a tricky start, she is now eating and sleeping - seems so simple but the team have had to really work on with her. They encourage her and accept her for who she is, rather than try to pigeonhole her into a category which I love! One staff member in particular has worked so hard to establish a bond with her and it's really paying off, so thank you! But also to the other ladies who take the time to get to know her in a busy setting. The only thing I would change, is having more colleagues on during the busy morning rush. Whilst I appreciate there are minimum ratios and going above this has a cost impact to the nursery, at times when there is more than 1 parent waiting to drop off their child, it can take a little too long and this leads to children getting anxious about leaving their parents. Would like to see a little more colour in the rooms. Again, I appreciate wooden toys and learning equipment has so much value, it lacks a bit of colour!

We first reached out to Kids Planet for a tour and an appointment was booked. The Nursery was clean and all staff were friendly. The children also looked to be happily going about their day. Since signing up the staff and managers have been extremely accommodating for all our needs and our requests and questions have never been too much. Overall we have been extremely impressed with the nursery as a whole and would certainly recommend them to other parents looking.

I am sharing an honest review. This Nursery has gone massively downhill since Kids Planet took over this nursery. They used to use good quality food, now it's the cheapest money can buy. Kids snacks are mainly a plum (the cheapest fruit you can buy) so we thought ahh, the fees must be going down. Oh no, they went up massively and every time parents get help with funding they see that and put the costs up again. Kids Planet owners are all about profit as much as they can squeeze out of parents and giving the kids the cheapest possible products. Milk delivered on Monday is left out in the sun for hours, and then a few days later an e-mail goes out about kids having diarrhoea (I wonder why). Try other nurseries before using any Kids Palnet-owned Nurseries.

My son has been attending since 14 months and has been attending over 3 years now. The staff at Kids Planet have been amazing throughout the years, they have helped my son grow and have helped him to grow in the gorgeous boy he is. If ever I have had any concerns, staff have listened and worked with me. Office staff - Amazing. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Our son has been at Kids Planet for over about 2 and a half years. We cannot fault any of the staff there, they have been so amazing, and supportive of his needs and development as well. They are very helpful too. They are very friendly and good at listening to families too. Lots to do for kids to explore inside and outside activities.

My child has attended the nursery since he was 18 months old and is now in preschool. I cannot speak highly enough of Kids Planet Attleborough, the staff care for every child as if they were their own. The staff and management have been an incredible support for us both whilst going through some difficult times. The children have such a wide range of resources to engage with and every day my son tells me about something new he has learnt. Every child I see going into the nursery has a smile on their face and is excited for the day ahead. All meals are well balanced and nutritious and my son really enjoys them. The staff communicate with you on every matter and I love checking the parenting app throughout the day. In the interest of a balanced review, the only slight negative I could say is the outdoor areas are a little tired and could do with updating but that in no way affects the children's enjoyment. If you are looking for an environment for your child to thrive - send them here!

The nursery is fantastic! Both of my boys love going to nursery and have developed so much in the short amount of time. All the staff are so helpful and caring. I am always kept up to date. Highly recommend.

Our son has been attending Willow Brooke/Kids Planet nursery for over a year now and we have been very pleased with the care and attention they have given to our son. Any problems or concerns have been quickly addressed and solutions have been found. We really appreciate the hard work from all the staff and our son absolutely loves nursery because of them.

Kids Planet Attleborough is a supportive, safe and caring environment for children. Our child has thrived since being there and is always so happy to go to nursery and talks about it all the time. The staff are incredible and work tirelessly to make sure children have their needs met, both emotionally and developmentally. The managers working in the nursery do all they can to solve any problems and are so helpful. The room staff have positive energy and genuinely want the best for your child. Best decision we made and fully recommend.

Our child has been attending the nursery for over 18 months now and it has been nothing but positive. His development has been huge. Have nothing but good things to say about all the staff who all seem to enjoy their work and make every effort to ensure the children are happy.

A lovely home from home nursery setting, with a caring and professional team who put the child at the centre of everything they do and will help do everything they can to fit with your routines. My son has been going for around six months and in that time his confidence and abilities have come on leaps and bounds. I highly recommend this nursery and I am glad, out of all the options locally, that we selected here for my son to attend.

In the two months he has been at Kids Planet, we have seen him thrive and develop and this is in part due to the hard work and dedication of the staff who take care of him. Thank you to the wonderful team for your hard work and dedication to your role and the genuine care you show our boy.

We have been very happy with the nursery since we've moved our child there. She has been happy since day one and the staff are okay in caring and give feedback on pick up, so we know how much fun our little one has had during the day.

My son loves going into nursery to see all the staff and his friends. He gets greeted every morning with a smile and then a wave goodbye at the end of the day. The staff are all lovely and are happy to help.
