My daughter really enjoyed her time at Kids Planet Attleborough. The staff have always been warm, welcoming and given my daughter a caring environment for her to learn and play in. It has plentiful resources and tons of space for little ones to explore, the garden especially was impressive. The food choices always seemed great, and I was always kept up to date what she had done on the app (nappy changes, what she had eaten, sleeping etc) which has been fantastic being kept up to date. My only regret is that I wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for everything

My baby boy started at the end of April and is thriving at kids planet. The ladies in baby room are absolutely lovely and so caring and attentive to the babies. Thank you all so much for taking good care of my little boy.

Since my child has been experiencing attachment issues due to incidents in another setting and emotions becoming large and very unsettled, Attleborough nursery have helped me work with my child to encourage to come to nursery, to express emotions, to feel safe heard and loved and were able to accommodate a change in our timetable so that he could attend full time work to together to bring my child back to their normal fun self. I get daily updates on how the day has been with honesty and support. I honestly can not thank the staff enough for all they have done to get us through the rough patch we experienced over the last couple of months and I am so grateful for the understanding, support, and kindness me and my child have recieved throughout our time. The classroom space is a brilliant addition and the changes they are making to the garden area is exciting for the children's development and learning. An amazing team and a wonderful premises. Thank you all for your hard work.

In general we have always loved the nursery. There has been changes since it has moved over to kids planet which I haven't always felt happy about but things have seemed a lot better more recently. My child really enjoys being there and has created great bonds with children and staff. Some of the staff have been there a really long time and are always friendly and helpful and it's nice to get to know some of the newer staff now who also seem great. I would like to see more go on the app about things my child is doing and how this relates to his learning.

Larger outside space than some other nurseries in the area which was key when deciding which nursery suited us. Staff went out of their way to help settle our child and if have any issues/feedback staff have always quickly responded. Our child is doing well and is happy so overall pleased with our choice.

I cannot fault the care and support my daughter receives at kids planet in attleborough, she started in the baby room when she was 6 months old and will very soon be moving up to the rising 3s and every member of staff we have worked with in every room has been fantastic they go above and beyond not just to care for your child but also to reassure you as a parent of any concerns at any point. My daughter loves nursery and it's rare I get even a wave goodbye before she's off which whichever member or staff greets her they all make such an effort to build a relationship. The communication between the staff and managers in the office ( who also make sure they build a relationship with your child) is brilliant nothing is too much and they're happy to help with any of your queries or concerns. My daughter had made amazing progress in confidence, fine and gross motor skills and social interaction with other children and other family members have commented on the improvement in these areas.

The nursery is always doing different activities with the children. There is always lots of outdoor and messy play which my child absolutely loves. They are also always putting on events for everyone to get involved in. The setting is really good at getting the children ready for nursery and they have recently done lots of work on the garden which is lovely.

My son has been attending for the past six months, and it's so refreshing to see how happy he is to go in every day. From the moment I pull into the car park, the smile he gives the assistant who greets him at the door says it all. I'm always kept up to date with everything and receive daily feedback about how he's been, which is so comforting as a parent. I absolutely love that he has a dedicated key person who is genuinely invested in his development. Just yesterday, I attended a parents' evening where we discussed his strengths and areas for further development. It was incredibly reassuring, especially at such a young age, and gave me so much peace of mind. Having that one-on-one time to hear about how he's progressing was really valuable. I also really admire the nursery setup. While the children have plenty of toys to play with, the majority are thoughtfully chosen to support and enhance their development.

Our little boy started with the nursery in April 2025, in the tots room. The staff have all been amazing in supporting the transition into nursery, they are all very passionate about what they do, and the nursery is very well managed. The nursery is clean and bright, and the children take part in a wide range of activities, they have access to a wonderful garden area and are encouraged to explore and develop through play.

I absolutely love this nursery. They cannot do enough for my child and me as well! They are always on hand to help and support when needed. My child is progressing so much and it is lovely to see how much they genuinely care. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, calm and friendly and I know I could talk to anyone who works there and receive the same wonderful treatment. Thank you for everything!

After our first son did so well at this nursery we knew we wanted our youngest son to go here. So we started him when he was 9 months old and has now just moved to the toddler room, every staff member in the rooms that he has been in so far have been so friendly and helpful and will always go above and beyond to do their very best for the children. This is with them setting out different activities each day for the children from crafts to messy play and always a great range of books to read to them. Although we haven't been in all the room yet, whenever we pass any other members of staff they are always polite and friendly. The managers are always very helpful and very accommodating if available and needed. Having the app where we get updates on how our son is doing from what he has eaten to sleep and nappy changes and the best of all seeing photos of him having fun doing the activities set up for him. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for one.

Excellent nursery. My son has been attending since he was 8 months and is in his last year there. Throughout this time every level has been great for him. The staff are brilliant and friendly. They have help us him grow into a very sociable happy little boy. They always letting us know how he gets on join the day and give us advice if we ask for it. We will be sad to leave them when he leaves in September for school. We recommend them to our friend with a little one as well, who now attends.

Kids Planet is a professionally run nursery with the children's wellbeing at the forefront of the business. The care and love my child receives has been outstanding and she is always having so much fun and building strong relationships with the staff members that look after her. There's always a range of activities and lots of outdoor fun. The nursery provides a wide range of foods to my child encouraging her to try new things and have an open mind at meal times. Lots of healthy snacks are provided too. I'll be so sad when she leaves the nursery as I've felt she's been so safe and looked here and they've bought her on so much to be the intelligent and confident girl she is today. Thank you Kids Planet for all the hard work and dedication your team puts in with our children. The staff really love their job and look after the children like their own.

My daughter always has a spring in her step when leaving nursery and is always excited to go in and see her friends. The staff are all so kind, friendly and supportive. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds in every way, definitely prepared for school next year. Thank you for being a great team and looking after my little girl.

My son has thrived since starting this nursery, his smile at drop-off is a joy to see. The staff in the baby room clearly take pride in their job and share my excitement when he reaches his milestones. They go above and beyond to look after him and also take so much care and caution with his multiple allergies, which is such a relief when leaving him in the care of others.

Excellent staffs. Good communication and understanding. My daughter is happy to go to nursery every day. The parking space is also good and clean. All the staff are looking after my daughter very well. The school is clean and in very good condition.

Our daughter has loved starting nursery and the staff at Kids Planet have made her feel so welcome and encouraged during the transition! We get daily updates on her day including any milestones or learning developments. They provide an excellent range of food which is also updated on the app. Our daughter loves going in with a smile on her face and upon collection a big smile on her face at the end of the day!

My little boy moved to preschool from rising 3s and the girls in preschool made the transition effortless. Ellie has made it feel so easy and supported my little boy and me every step of the way. My little boy is skipping into nursery every day.

After a bad experience a few years ago, when the nursery was known as a different name, (which resulted in pulling her out and going elsewhere), we thought we would give the nursery a second chance with our son. Three months in and so far so good! He started in the baby room at 9 months old and immediately made the strongest bond with his amazing key worker. He settled extremely well, sleeps okay and eats like a king all day, every day! The girls look after him very well and I trust I am leaving him in safe, capable and loving hands every day. All staff around the nursery are extremely welcoming, friendly and polite and you're always welcomed through the front door with a warm hello/good morning and a smile on their face!

Our Grandson started at Kids Planet Attleborough in September 2024 aged 8 months and I have to say we have nothing but praise for his two months that have flown by. l always collect him and l have to say all of the staff are just so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable... and they really do take an interest in making sure he is happy, content and safe. We had a couple of very minor accidents with other children and the staff were open and very professional in reporting the incidents and put us totally at ease. The facilities are excellent with lots of space and stimulating equipment. The manager of the facility is also fabulous. She answers all of our queries quicky and competently, be it regarding billing or any well-being issues. She is so friendly and seems to run a motivated and happy team. I cannot recommend Kids Planet Attleborough highly enough.
