Busy Bees Reading International

We are quite happy and relax with our son care. Very helpful and caring staff. No issue at all from last 2 years. My son has been going to Busy Bees at Reading International since he was 15 months and never had any problems with anything.

The staff are very friendly and positive and welcoming in the mornings. The overall atmosphere of the nursery is open, calm, warm and structured.

Could not fault the staff members at the nursery. Very welcoming and approachable with the care of my daughter at heart. She always completes different activities, coming home with different pieces of artwork each time as well as being told she has learnt a new thing throughout her day at nursery. Very happy with my little girl being here. The nursery is always very clean as well as staff always looking presentable.

The staff are always helpful and you can always tell they try their best. Everybody is friendly and kind and I would recommend this nursery to friends and family.

The nursery is well organised, very friendly and I love the structure that is in place in each of the rooms adhering to the requirements of the age groups in the specific room. The nursery was always clean, great choice of activities and toys for the children and the staff are accommodating and friendly. I have recommended the nursery to many other families in the area.

My son has been attending for last few months and I have found the nursery very friendly, he enjoys playing in the outside area the girls are all very welcoming and always make me feel confident about leaving my son, he is always happy to attend.

My granddaughter attends this nursery. The staff are extremely friendly and happy. The food is great and the resources are exciting. The nursery is a real community spirit and children are always happy. The location is great for me to collect as it is so close to the M4.

Busy Bees Reading International is a lovely nursery, with nice surrounding and resources. The staff are friendly and always happy, my niece has a great time at nursery, whenever I pick her up all the children seem very happy and well cared for.

The feedback to parents is also great so we always know what our son has been up to. A lovely place!

I would most certainly recommend this nursery, the staff are really nice and the manager is lovely you can talk to her about anything, they are very accommodating if you need extra days or even need help the same day they do their best to help you. 10 out of 10 in my eyes.

I would definitely use for my little one. Food is quality and children love it.

My one-year-old daughter has attended Busy Bees Reading International since September 2016. She attends babies room four times a week 5 hours per day. I am exceptionally pleased with the care provided as the staff look after her so well and they are genuinely interested in her development and well-being. Every morning my daughter is so excited to be there, she is taken so much by all the toys and educational materials displayed in the room that she crawls happily straight away to play and explore. Also babies room has access to a lovely garden with lots of opportunities for messy play and activities. In particular, she loves playing with the sand pit. I really feel that my daughter is secure, happy and enjoys her day in this nursery.

My son has attended Busy Bees at Reading International Business Park for the last 2 years and has progressed up through all the rooms. He absolutely loves it and especially now he is in pre-school, he doesn't want to leave at the end of the day and wants to carry on playing and exploring. He has learnt a lot at nursery and enjoys the activities - dancing, singing, art and craft or even just helping do the simple things like setting up the table for tea. The staff always make time to listen and talk about his development, helping though those tricky developmental stages such as potty training and tailoring their approach to individual child needs. I've always been happy with the nursery and impressed with the Manager and her approach to running the centre.

My son has been attending this Nursery since he was 9 months old, he is now 3 and in Preschool, he adores his teachers and feels totally happy and comfortable in the Busy Bees environment and that really makes me feel at ease when I head off to work every morning. I was very nervous when looking for childcare, as he is my first born and I had to go back full time when he was very young. The staff at Busy Bees are truly fantastic, and I love him being there. He is coming on from strength to strength and his personal development is fantastic! He loves the food and always eats everything (if not double portions most days!) so overall, I am very happy with the service I am provided with by Busy Bees.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since July 2016 when she just turned one on a full-time basis. I can see she absolutely enjoys going to the nursery and has loved it there. The staff has been extremely lovely and caring and she always gets her cuddles. I also receive a full update of what she does on a daily basis. It is reassuring for me to know that my daughter is well taken care of and is happy. This is all thanks to the amazing staff and also the nursery manager. I won't hesitate to recommend anyone to this nursery.

This is a excellent nursery, my child is always very happy going to nursery. The staff are very friendly and helpful, They have a great food menu. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone.

I viewed a few nurseries and when I visited the team at Bust Bees I was immediately put at ease. I did have concerns that my daughter, at just under 1, would get 'lost' in such a large space as she wasn't walking just yet. I was given a full overview of the trials the team do, the observations they make and the plan for introducing new children. My little one was comfortable straight away. Busy Bees were able to get us on the books quickly to accommodate our needs, they were able to maintain the skin care routine we have for her eczema and her restricted diet at the time. They always maintain open lines of communication, so I can give feedback and ask questions at any time. More than everything we already liked about the nursery, the staff are the thing that stands out. Our daughter is happy and well cared for. She's bonded with a few key people but is happy in everyone's company. She excitedly tells me all about her day, the people she's played with and the food she's tried.

My daughter has been attending nursery one day a week since she was 4 months old. She is now 2 and a half. She absolutely loves coming to nursery in the mornings and is keen to show me around her room when I pick her up at the end of the day. The staff are really caring and someone is always available to talk to. The resources are great and the nursery is an extremely safe environment. I would highly recommend this nursery and I will be sad when it's time for her to leave! Thank you for all you do for my daughter.

Feedback is welcomed and taken on board albeit far and few between. The extra activities outside of nursery hours promote parent and child activities and also help parents engage with one another and gives us an incite into how our kids are when they are at Busy Bees at Reading International.
