Happitots Nursery Robroyston

All staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and lovely people to approach. Did their best to try settle the baby in his first week. Kept me updated on the baby's daily movements from nappy to feeding to sleep times. Gave feedback at the end of the shift on how the baby got on throughout the day.

My son has been attending Happitots since April 2021 and loves it. The staff are so friendly and really care about the children. They have a great selection of activities, toys and garden area and he bounces out of nursery each day saying "I had so much fun at nursery!". There was a period during the staffing crisis we considered moving him, but are now so glad we didn't; it's really turned around.

My daughter has recently started at the nursery and from her first settle was made to feel very welcome by all the staff who all took an interest in what she has been doing. My daughter has settled in really well at the nursery always looking forward to attending and enjoys coming home and telling us all about her day which seems very busy. In only a short space of time, I have noticed that she seems more entertained by new things and has already taken a strong interest in knowing her colour numbers. I can't wait to see how much more progress she continues to make and think the girls are all doing a fantastic job supporting my daughter's development already

My daughter has been attending Happitots Nursery Robryston for the past 3 years. She has been enjoying it every day. Staff are always helpful and welcoming. They are able to accommodate all her needs, big or small. There's always loads of activities going around and loads of arts and crafts which my daughter loves. Plenty of ideas and interests for her to explore from drawing to construction side to role play toys and staff encourage children for outdoor play as much as possible. Their outdoor play area has been refurbished last year with loads of space for playing or riding scooters, balance bikes etc. The current management has really brought up positive changes into the nursery.

I would definitely not recommend this nursery. It has been in a staffing crisis and rooms have regularly had to close leaving parents incredibly stressed finding last-minute childcare. The baby room has recently had to close for four weeks as they weren’t able to staff it. Such a shame as it is in a great location and the staff that are there in the rooms are lovely.

My daughter started at Happitots Nursery Robroyston six months ago and has come on so much since. When she first started at the nursery when she was 18 months old when she was only happy being left with one of two very close family members. She settled well in the nursery within weeks and now loves going in and sings songs all the way home. All of the staff are so friendly and engaging, making her transition to the 2-4 room easy for her. Friends and family have all noticed such a boost in her confidence since joining the nursery. I had asked the nursery to focus with her on her speech which has come on so much and they also offer her a wide variety of toys and activities both indoors and out.

It's lovely to see all the engaging and fun activities that the kids get to do in his room. And as a parent, I feel good leaving him at the nursery, knowing he will have a great time.

Our son has been at Happitots for 3 months now and team in his room have been great at welcoming him. Initially, he was upset being dropped off and collected, probably the same as most 1-year-olds, but now he loves going and we've seen his development jump forward. We've also been supported hugely in a recent allergy query with our son, the team have been great at adapting his meals and snacks. We love the feedback of his day via the app, it's great to keep in touch with his day to day, especially when you get photos sharing their activities. You can see when you're there that the team in his room really care about the kids, and it's really encouraging as a parent to see that. We've only been at the nursery 3 months and due to Covid only been inside for the last few weeks so there are some areas we can't comment on for example we haven't seen the garden and for a view on Facilities/Learning/Resources we don't feel we've had enough time to rate these properly, but we're positively optimistic.

We would absolutely recommend this nursery to other families and would like to thank all the staff for all that they do for our daughter.

My grandson was two when he started the nursery. My daughter and I were worried as he was a very active toddler. He settled in with no issues. The staff are amazing with him, the bond he has with the staff is the best you could ask for. My daughter felt secure that he was well looked after. My grandson came on in leaps and bounds, learning so quickly. He loves nursery and we struggle to get him out.

My son has attended Enchanted Forest Nursery for 15 months now and loves it. The staff helped him to settle in and know and care for him really well. He has come on well with his speech and social skills so much since he started and has formed lovely friendships. My husband and I love receiving all of the little pieces of artwork that he makes as well as his daily diary entries. I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Both my children love going to Enchanted Forest Nursery Robroyston and have so much fun there. The staff are friendly and caring and I know my children are always well looked after whilst there. I cannot recommend using this nursery enough.

Great nursery. Our daughter settled in very quickly with the help of the friendly and attentive staff, and she loves going. They do a super job and I would recommend the nursery to anyone.

It's always a daunting experience trying a new nursery but our little one settled in immediately. Staff are hard-working and friendly. No complaints at all.

Both of my children have attended Enchanted Forest nursery for over 2 years. Since starting as babies, they have both come on so well thanks to all the staff who looked after them from the baby room right to 2-3yrs and 3-5yrs room. One thing I especially love is the online journals that each child has that the staff fill out each day, telling you everything that they have eaten for the day, if they have had a nap, had a wet or dirty nappy/ had an accident and what activities they have done on that day. Another favourite thing of mine is that they can add photos to the online journal so, at the end of each day, I can log on and see what they have been doing and show my children the photos to encourage conversation on what they did at nursery today.

I was really worried about my daughter starting nursery however, the staff at Enchanted Forest are all lovely and made my daughter and myself feel welcome. My daughter settled in straight away and I can now go to work and not have to worry about her. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

This nursery has provided a safe and vibrant educational environment for my son to grow and flourish. For the moment he entered Enchanted Forest Nursery all the staff have been so trustworthy, enthusiastic, kind, creative, hard-working and inspiring through the educational activities they provide for all the children. Their level of care provided is fantastic as they let me know every detail of what he has eaten, when he has slept, what activities he has taken part in and take a genuine interest in his wellbeing. I can’t thank all the staff enough for this and it truly is a wonderful place for my baby to grow in the care of these outstanding childcare professionals. He has developed drastically with all the amazing resources, outdoor learning experiences, nutritious meals and opportunities to develop social skills with both adults and children. I could not recommend this nursery and its staff enough. Thanks for everything you do for our son and our family.

My son has attended this nursery for almost 3 years and absolutely loves it! All the staff are great and the kids get loads of outdoor play. I have seen a huge difference in my boy since starting this nursery and his daily progress is lovely to watch! I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone considering it and have already recommended several of my family and friends.

Excellent staff team who worked hard to settle my son who had struggled in another nursery before coming here. Lots happening each day, my son especially loves the garden.
