Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Tunbridge Wells

Really happy with our little ones care at Nuffy Bear. His keyworker is excellent and they have made a special bond. The nursery is very supportive of us as parents too and had a great settling in period. Our little one has all his favourite things to play with available to him and he loves trying the activities set up for messy play/painting/playdough moments.

My boys (1&3 years old) attend Nuffy Bear and they both absolutely love it. There is a fantastic range of activities and support offered and tailored to the different age ranges. All the team are so friendly and kind, especially a few specific members of staff who have gone over and above to ensure my boys feel settled and happy at nursery. The extra special things on offer such as baby yoga, swimming, baking and meeting new animals (chicks, fish and caterpillars) really makes the nursery stand out. I am so grateful to the entire team at Nuffy Bear.

Both my granddaughter and grandson were at Nuffy Bear until my granddaughter went to school and the family moved away. Both the children were extremely happy there - the staff are caring and professional. The children formed close friendships, they were encouraged to be creative in play and considerate of others. All times they were reluctant to leave at collection time! It was a great pity my grandson had to leave due to the family move.

Our son started at Nuffy Bear in September 2024 and he absolutely loves it. He settled in quickly and is happy to be dropped off in the morning and is always so happy when we collect him in the evening. He adores his key worker (thank you to her!) and we can see that all the staff really care about the happiness of all the children. We have seen him develop so many new skills since starting nursery and can see that they really encourage the children with their learning, for example with things such as using a spoon by themselves. He seems to enjoy the meals and snacks provided throughout the day and i just wish he would eat more of this at home! They do lots of different activities throughout the day which he loves getting involved in and we love seeing the pictures of what he has been up to. Overall the nursery seems well run and also good with the administration side of things - keeping us updated with things, billing processes etc.

Her spoon control with meals has really improved and she has learnt to take turns and has so much increasing confidence for going.

I cannot recommend Nuffy Bear Nursery in Tunbridge Wells highly enough. Much like many new mums, I was hesitant to send my son to nursery when I returned to work. However, my attitude towards daycare has completely changed since my son began here. I don't just see it as somewhere he goes when I have to work. They provide new experiences, education, support and truly care for him- and keep me up to date throughout the day which made that transition even easier. Every single one of the staff is incredible and makes it feel like a home away from home - actually, it is a lot more fun than home! He has come on leaps and bounds since starting here and I would be more than happy to recommend this nursery to anybody looking.

A lovely, homely and fun nursery. Both of my children have been very happy here. The staff are fantastic and I’m always so impressed with their professionalism, endless patience and imaginative play activities. They are pragmatic when dealing with problems, but most of all they are very caring!

Both our children have attended Nuffy Bear Day Nursery. They have cared for them, challenged and supported their development, and given them positive memories of the first years of their lives. Our eldest is now thriving at school and we are sure the younger one will follow!

My son attends Nuffy Bear two full days a week and loves being there. We have found the staff very warm and friendly towards him. They have always tried to go that extra mile to provide fun activities throughout the day to keep him entertained as well as doing things with him that I would never have the patience to do at home like messy tuft trays etc. I have also found them to be flexible with providing additional days of childcare when I have needed. My daughter started school in September but was also at Nuffy and I believe her start there prepared her well for that next step in relation to development and social interaction. She also benefitted from the weekly swim lesson provided by Nuffield Health every week! Would definitely recommend Nuffy Bear for anyone looking for a child-focused, personable nursery.

Both our children attend Nuffy Bear. Our daughter in the baby room and son in the main room. We have been attending the nursery since January 2021. Our children love the nursery and all the nursery staff. We get regular updates on our children’s progress but also daily updates via the new app. This app is amazing to keep us up to date on a daily basis with what the children are doing each day. We highly recommend the nursery!

This has been a wonderful place for our child, they've given so much time and attention and some really strong bonds have been made. It's provided lots of entertainment as well as learning. The approach to get children involved with tasks and responsibilities like helping prepare lunch and helping the younger children has paid dividends to help our child be caring and respectful. We're really grateful for the consistent care the nursery has taken over the years.

We can’t speak highly enough of the staff at Nuffy Bear. One of the staff, in her role as manager, stands out with exceptional dedication, instilling in us the utmost confidence to entrust our daughter into their care.

My son has been going to the nursery since 2021. He was very shy at first and didn’t like being left, but with the support of staff he gained his confidence and now loves it. The staff have been very supportive with his development and are on hand if you have any concerns regarding additional needs. He enjoys lots of messy play and the outdoor space. The food provided is healthy and lots of variety. It’s a lovely little nursery I would highly recommend.

My son loves Nuffy and the staff have been absolutely amazing in supporting him where he has struggled in certain areas and we are seeing such great improvements. The staff really love the kids which ensures a great atmosphere at the nursery.

Our boys love Nuffy Bear and as parents we couldn’t be happier. The staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure our boys are well looked after. They genuinely care about all of the children and always offer to help them with any life changes such as the recent birth of their baby brother.

One of our boys can be quite shy and they have made extra efforts to help welcome him in the mornings, ensuring he is always greeted calmly and with the biggest smile. This makes it so much easier for us to leave him.

The boys have made lovely friends at the nursery too and they have encouraged them to communicate and play really nicely with each other.

I would give 5 stars across the board but I feel it would be amazing for the staff and children if they had a larger outdoor space (not necessarily something they can control).

We are so pleased with the care our boys receive there and we would definitely recommend the nursery.

Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Tunbridge Wells came highly recommended by a good friend and from our first enquiries and interaction, I felt very reassured in our choice. Our daughter settled in much easier than anticipated having had a year of maternity leave with me and this was a reflection of the caring, attentive nature and dedication of the staff. She is already making great progress with staff incorporating her home routine with opportunities to try out new things. It's really lovely being able to enjoy the workday knowing our little one is so well cared for. The food is excellent too!

From the moment I made my first enquiry with Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Tunbridge Wells I felt really at ease and confident in my choice. My little one was very at ease on his settling sessions and is looked after by very lovely girls. I love how his home routine is followed at nursery but he also gets to try so many new things he might not get to at home. The staff have been wonderful with all of my queries too.

The staff work well as a team and never miss even the small details that parents need to know about. They have supported us as parents and offered guidance when we have reached out to them. We have got to know certain members of the team very well and as parents, we feel that those individuals are simply irreplaceable. I am so grateful my children have had the privilege of growing up in their care.

My boys love Nuffy Bear nursery. My youngest son started in the baby room 4 months ago and he is so happy. It's always a struggle leaving your baby when you go back to work, but this has been made all the easier by the amazing staff at Nuffy Bear, who take such fantastic care of him. The staff are incredibly kind, caring and nurturing. In the baby room, all of the staff are wonderful and like second mum's to my son: to the point where he sometimes doesn't want to come home in the evening as he's enjoying himself so much. The staff provide detailed feedback on how his day his been and often send photos/updates during the day about how he's getting on. The meals served are always really nutritious -I've had to up my cooking game at home as a result. The variety of stimulation the nursery offer the babies (and toddlers) is fantastic, they have such fun-filled days. I've already recommended Nuffy Bear to friends who now send their kids there. I would recommend Nuffy Bear to anyone seeking a wonderful nursery.
