Hello, my name is Olivia and I have worked for Brighter Beginnings since leaving school at 16, which was the beginning of my childcare career. I have worked my way through the roles of a nursery practitioner working up to management. I have 12 years of experience working for the company which ensures that I can work hand in hand with my Manager as a Senior Deputy. I have a nurturing and caring approach, which leads me to prioritise each child’s welfare, fostering their confidence and independence. I strive to provide children with a calm but stimulating environment, to build and scaffold their unique personalities. Hi, my name is Kelly I have worked in childcare for 6 years but at Wetherby Street for 3 years. I love to see children develop and grow and always feel proud of their achievements no matter how big or small. As a mum of three children myself, I understand the importance of building strong parent partnerships and getting to know the children’s strengths so we can strive for them to reach their full potential.
