Hello, my name is Olivia and I have worked for Brighter Beginnings since leaving school at 16, which was the beginning of my childcare career. I have worked my way through the roles of a nursery practitioner working up to management. I have 12 years of experience working for the company which ensures that I can work hand in hand with my Manager as a Senior Deputy. I have a nurturing and caring approach, which leads me to prioritise each child’s welfare, fostering their confidence and independence. I strive to provide children with a calm but stimulating environment, to build and scaffold their unique personalities. I believe a strong parent partnership is the foundation to build on, as a mother of three I understand the trust and confidence that you need for your childcare provider. With my experiences of being a mother and working within childcare, I strive to give parents any advice or support that they need.

Hello, my name is Danielle. I began my journey at Brighter Beginnings Wetherby Street as an unqualified in childcare, but with experience in primary schools. Since I began 3 years ago, I have enhanced my knowledge by completing my level 3 and becoming a room leader in Curious Investigators (2-3 years). I have a caring, warm and loving personality and that allows me to provide support and patience to my staff team. As a mum of four, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences with our parents and ensuring that strong parent partnerships are developed.

Hi, my name is Kelly I have worked in childcare for 6 years but at Wetherby Street for 3 years. I love to see children develop and grow and always feel proud of their achievements no matter how big or small. As a mum of three children myself, I understand the importance of building strong parent partnerships and getting to know the children’s strengths so we can strive for them to reach their full potential. I love creating new and exciting areas in the preschool room based on the children’s interests and watching how excited and engaged they become when playing. I have a passion for being outdoors with the children, helping them to explore and discover the natural world around us by collecting leaves, exploring conkers and even hatching chickens from eggs teaching the children all about life cycles.
