We bought a house in the area in December 2019 and we had read reviews about this nursery prior to moving and knew that this one was the one my son would go to. Due to the current circumstances, my now 4 year old (Then 3) did not start until July 2020 but everyone has made him feel so welcome and all he does is talk about other children and the caring staff there. I am expecting baby number 2 and will most certainly be sending baby there when the time comes.
My three children have been at St George’s Narborough over the last 4 years. The care and dedication the staff have shown to my children are incredible. I feel lucky to have a nursery like this in my local area.
Our 2 daughters aged almost 4 and almost 2 both attend St George’s Narborough and we couldn’t be happier with it. Our youngest had only been going a few months when the pandemic forced them to close, after a few tearful weeks she had settled well. So we were concerned about her restart after several months off. We needn’t have worried, she has returned so happy and has gone from strength to strength. It’s so lovely to see how happy and settled she is. Our older daughter has been at St George’s for several years now and has progressed through all 3 rooms. She absolutely loves nursery and talks about her friends and key workers all the time. We have been so impressed with the communication and regular risk assessments completed during the pandemic. It’s so lovely for our girls to have a bit of (almost) normality in these very strange times.
I cannot say enough good things about the manager and her team. Our daughter absolutely loves it there, and the staff are all so lovely and personable. Our daughter has developed in so many ways since she joined and we are so pleased. She has a little group of friends that she always talks about at home which is fantastic and really shows us how much she loves it there. We have been told that her speech is exceeding expectations for a child of her age by both St George's and the Health Visitor and we can't help but feel that this is hugely encouraged by the environment she is in at St George's allowing her to express herself and to be properly heard and understood. You are all doing a fantastic job and we couldn't wish for better!
We have used this nursery since it opened six years ago and it has been a really good nursery. The staff are friendly and supportive, and they have helped to shape our little ones through their early years. We will miss them as we move on but would highly recommend the nursery to anyone considering it for their children. From baby to preschool they have been excellent.
My little boy came to this nursery after we had moved to this area. He did not speak much if at all at his old playgroup but is a chatterbox here, he loves it. All staff are really friendly and welcoming. My little boy will be starting school in September and this nursery has really helped him to develop the skills he needs to move onto school. His time at this nursery was short but he really enjoys it and gets upset when he cant go. I used to work in nursery myself for ten years which can make you quite fussy to what nursery to send him to but I highly recommend this nursery. I have always felt very happy to leave him there in their care and he will really miss everyone when he leaves.
St George's Nursery (Narborough) gets top marks from us. Our little person has been going for 2 years now and absolutely loves it. From the initial walk around (when they survived the grilling from my sister who already had 3 children go through nursery) to the present day they have been brilliant. They are parent-friendly, child-friendly, engaging and caring. They do educational and creative activities and serve a variety of nutritious lunch and high tea dishes which vary week to week. We can't recommend them enough.
When I arrive at St George's Nursery my three children go running in with squeals of delight, they absolutely adore the staff and everything they get up to in the day which makes for a stress-free drop off and peace of mind during the day for me. One of my children has additional health needs and St George's have done everything they possibly could to accommodate those needs and have always been open to communication about her development and support they can offer. I’m fully confident that my children are happy, healthy and developing during their time at St George's and I couldn’t recommend a better environment for your child. The facilities are clean, well looked after and varied enough to keep the children entertained and the boundaries for the children are clearly communicated so that they understand acceptable behaviour. There is outside space which the nursery make full use of and at the end of the day my children come home content and smiling, with lots of stories to tell!
This nursery is amazing. Both my sons have gone to St. George’s. The staff are friendly and caring and are always on hand for any help. The facilities are excellent and the activities they do are really good. Both my children have enjoyed and thrived in the nursery environment. I was very apprehensive about nurseries when I started but the manager but my mind at ease and all staff are welcoming and loving to the children.
Our two girls are two and three and have been at St Georges in Narborough since they were one. They have thrived in the wonderful environment of learning and play. The staff are all amazing, nothing is too much trouble and management are very approachable and helpful.
Having experience in working in nurseries, I was apprehensive in finding a suitable setting for my son. However, he has been coming to St George’s since he was 8 months old and we couldn’t be happier. The staff are all so lovely and the manager is professional and approachable. He always comes home happy, messy and tired which to me, is the sign of a busy, fun and productive day!
Fabulous nursery, makes me feel so much better about leaving my son to go to work. The girls are kind and caring and take childcare to the next level.
My daughter has been coming to this nursery since she was 9 months old and I have nothing but praise for Narborough St George's. My little girl has come on leaps and bounds since she has started. The staff are all so lovely and have my daughter's best interests at heart.
They have always accommodated my day changes over the last 2 years and nothing has ever been too much trouble.
The staff are genuine, caring individuals and my daughter genuinely loves them all. As a mother, it's the best feeling knowing that you are leaving your child in a place like a home from home.
Thank you to the managers for always going above and beyond and also to certain members of staff in particular as your names are always brought up by my daughter in her nursery stories in our house.
If you're thinking about sending your child to this nursery, you will not be disappointed.
Thank you to the team.
My daughter has been at St. George's for 3 years now and truly loves her time at the nursery. The staff have consistently created a fun, safe learning environment which she has benefited from a lot. She particularly enjoys the Kimbles and Sports sessions too.
The management team is excellent, always approachable and clearly has the children's best interests at the forefront of decision making and the delivery of care. There really is a great team of staff who actively engage with the children in an enthusiastic manner and who liaise closely with the parents too. Thank you for all you do every day!
Would highly recommend to anybody considering St Georges Nursery School.
I have been extremely impressed with the way in which both have developed socially and academically whilst attending St George's and would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to friends and relatives.
Although now seemingly very busy, the nursery manages to retain its care and concerns for each individual child's specific development needs. Activities are stimulating and varied and both granddaughters have looked forward to going each day. The staff are extremely friendly and approachable and are more than willing to discuss any aspect of the care and opportunities for the children offered.
I have always been 'well impressed'.
Our two children (one pre-schooler and one baby) both love St George's Nursery in Narborough and each settled in straight away. The staff are absolutely brilliant with them and understand their personalities and needs, engaging with them on an individual level. There are a wide range of toys and activities suitable for their appropriate ages and we have seen both children develop well socially and from a learning perspective. The outdoor area is spacious and has a good range of equipment. From a management perspective, the Nursery is well run and the managers actively engage with the children and are welcoming and friendly to the parents. Equally when someone other than ourselves has collected the children, we know the appropriate checks have been made before the children have been allowed to leave with them which is reassuring from a safeguarding perspective. Like the team, the managers are extremely helpful and always respond to any queries that we may have.
The nursery are so accommodating and I am very happy with him being there.
The nursery is so friendly and welcoming and my daughter has been there since she was 16 months old and is now in her final year. She has really grown in the nursery and has really developed socially and educationally. I would highly recommend the nursery to people so much so my newborn will be going there once I go back to work.
I couldn't imagine my son being cared for by any other company or team than St. George's Nursery School in Narborough and would recommend it to anyone choosing a nursery for their baby, toddler or pre-schooler!
