The communication from the nursery and the daily updates via the app are brilliant and give us peace of mind, knowing any questions and queries are always answered swiftly and with care.
We have found all staff members to be extremely friendly and provide a welcoming environment for both children and parents.
Our little girl has always created a wonderful bond with her key workers, who have regularly updated us with observations and progressions.
It means the world to us knowing she is happy and content while she is at nursery and always taken care of, especially when she is needing comfort.
Thank you so much for everything you have done and continue to do!
The staff are incredible, always coming up with inventive ways to keep the kids engaged and learning new things. They have regular forest school on site where they get the opportunity to play out in nature.
The food is amazing; they eat a lovely variety of different food and updates are regular on the app, with regular photos every two weeks of what they’ve been up to and monthly reports of progress.
For me personally, the best part of Kids' Country is the relationship the staff develop with your child. I can’t tell you how lovely it is to see my daughter being cuddled, or them reading stories together or running around. She has developed a close bond with quite a few of the many amazing people that work there and we’re so grateful!
I am so glad we chose Kids' Country, I wish I could give them more than five stars!
Our child has been at Kids Country for just over eighteen months now and from classroom to classroom the staff and the support has been first class. The staff are all so attentive and kind and their support with our child’s development has been brilliant. The facilities at Kids Country are superb with plenty of space and loads of games and activities to entertain the children. And the food looks delicious! We feel so happy and reassured that our child is in the best care and having a great time with all the other fantastic children. Thank you.
My daughter loves attending Kids' Country Day Nursery and for a parent this is so reassuring. She always comes home with so many stories to share and talks about all the staff with a massive smile on her face! The staff are fabulous and go above and beyond! They regularly update me on her development, share photographs from her day and inform us of the range of activities on offer and the skills they are working on. The environment inside and out is so inviting and has so much to offer. My daughter thoroughly enjoys forest school and you can tell the lessons are carefully planned for. The staff are so adaptive and will plan activities linked to the children’s interests. During her time at Kids’ Country her confidence has grown and she’s really flourished. I have just registered my other daughter to start in September. I would highly recommend Kids’ County!
All of our children loved every day they have spent going to nursery! The physical setup of the nursery is great, loads for the kids to do. The food is great, the place is super clean (as it can be with kids), the reception staff are always on hand to deal with any last-minute changes, the facilities are all brilliant, the daily activities are always thought out and creative!
All in all, we have a perfect time with Kids Country and will continue to send our other children there for the foreseeable. We have had two children go there across all stages of the nursery and every single one has been faultless. Thanks, Kids Country!
What more could a parent ask for. The peace of mind to know that their children are being cared for in a safe and nurturing environment. My favourite time of day is at collection when I walk into nursery and see the beaming smile on my daughter's face. My son graduated from Kids Country having made strong friendship groups. The team keep me well-informed with progress updates, nursery events and news. I could not recommend them highly enough. Well done to all. Keep up the great work.
My son has just left Kids' Country for school, he has been there since the age of 1. It has been a wonderful experience all the way through. All the staff are caring and seem to really enjoy their work. The team is brilliant. He has learned a lot and grown a lot with their support. My other son is now at the nursery too, I will be sad when he leaves! It's a great place for kids with lovely indoor and outdoor spaces. I am truly grateful to all the staff there!
My little boy attended nursery for only a few months due to my personal reasons but during that time, he had a wonderful experience. His key worker was very attentive and caring. I felt at ease leaving him in the baby room with the staff, knowing he would be well looked after and have lots of fun.
My boy started at Kids' Country in May, aged 12 months. In the time he has been there, he has progressed very well and is now walking. I love the communications with the parent app and the weekly photos. I can appreciate how demanding it is to work at a nursery with loads of screaming kids all day long, so I'm amazed at the end of each day how there's a smile on the face of the nursery worker. I love the set-up and space of the place. I'm really happy that our boy goes there.
My children have both thrived and been supported through all developmental stages. The eldest has left for school prepared and confident.
The nursery setting is always clean and tidy with well-looked after equipment that always seems to be updated or new additions so items don't appear to be old/past the best. The menu changes each week with a wide variety of meals, including themed weeks/days.
There are the added extras of P.E, pets, trips to the farm, visits from parents/professionals to the nursery, seasonal events etc. which have all enriched my children's experience.
Communication is also at a high level and very frequent including lots of weekly photos of the children having fun.
Overall, I would highly recommend Kids Country.
My child loves attending this nursery! My child has made many friends and gained so much confidence and social skills through the nursery. The staff are great and very welcoming. The rooms are very clean and bright, the displays look very creative.
My son has attended Kids' Country Day Nursery for 3 years. We have always felt he was very well cared for and happy. The team is consistent which really makes a difference. It’s nice to have so many familiar, friendly faces who know him. Our son has thrived in his time at Kids' Country. We have lots of information about his progress and next steps at home and at nursery. This is through parent meetings, face to face or by phone, reports on Famly and conversations at pick up. Throughout the pandemic, communication was strong and our son was welcomed back with care, whilst clear procedures were in place keeping him and the other children safe. We feel that all of the staff in our son's room know his likes and dislikes and his personality. He is always really happy to go to nursery. He loves all of the ladies in his room and has lots of friends. We have always been pleased with the care he has had and the opportunities he has been given.
My daughter has attended Kids’ Country Day Nursery for almost 2 years. She has Cerebral Palsy and an EHCP in place. The care that we have received from the nursery has always been fantastic. The support that we have received from the Senco has been great and she is always happy to answer any questions that we have. My daughter has a member of staff who looks after her on a 1-1 basis. They work well with her therapists and help to implement their care plans to help her to achieve her targets. Although my daughter spends a lot of time with her 1-1, the other staff that work in her room are all knowledgeable about her needs and also help to support her. She loves coming to nursery and it is a pleasure to watch her thrive. My son has also recently joined the nursery and again this has been a very positive experience. Staff in his room have helped him to settle in and have been very reassuring to us as parents.
We couldn’t be happier with Kids' Country Day Nursery, it’s a fantastic nursery and both our children have loved their time there. The staff are brilliant, they know the children really well and encourage their development with a variety of activities. They spend loads of time outside and learn about the local area with visits to community centres, old people's homes and farms. We love that they have different themes every week to learn about different topics and that this is done throughout the nursery. Both children have built some lovely friendships with both staff and other children that have set them up for primary school as confident and happy children.
Both our sons have had a full experience at Kids Country Day Nursery from when they were babies being in Little Explorers all the way through to Prep School Pioneers where my youngest is now reaching his final weeks before he starts school. We have never had any doubt about the care given from each member of the team. From the ladies in the office who run the nursery to precision to each member of staff in the rooms who have been so kind to our boys throughout their journey here. They have made great friends and have grown in confidence ready for school. We are kept up to date on weekly basis with what our little ones have been up to and what they will be doing the following weeks. It is a warm and welcoming place for any child to be and our boys have always been so happy to go and excited to tell us all about what they have been doing at the end of the day.
My eldest boy has been attending the nursery for 3 years now and my littlest boy has been there for 5 months and they both have the most wonderful time every day. The nursery is like an extended family, permanently keeping me up to date with what the boys are doing, how they are improving and learning and are always creatively thinking of new activities every week. The staff are incredible, they adore all the children that attend and work so hard to make sure all the children are happy and safe. The outdoor space is brilliant and they make sure the children get as much fresh air, come rain, snow, sun - whatever the weather! What I love about the nursery is they understand what each child likes and enjoys - so if they love reading/painting/sport, their key worker tries to develop those interests further. I couldn't wish for a better nursery and start to my little boy's education than Kids Country - simply brilliant in every way!
The staff at Kids Country are kind, caring and friendly they are also engaged with the development of my daughter. I receive a detailed monthly update on her progress and they make a real effort to focus on developing her skills which is just brilliant.
Another big plus is the amount of outdoor play she gets to experience. I love she is enjoying herself outside in the fresh air, engaging with other children.
I couldn’t wish for a better place for our son to be.
This is a fantastic nursery that my son loves going to. The facilities are second to none and it amazing to see how they are constantly being improved. What sets them apart is the outdoor areas. All of the staff are approachable and I am confident that they have my child’s well being and development in hand. The new app the nursery uses is great for communication.
A fantastic nursery with wonderful staff, who form such lovely relationships with your children, meaning you can leave your child there for the day knowing they will be receiving the best care and attention available.
