The Chase Nursery Kirby Cross

I cannot fault The Chase Nursery Kirby Cross whatsoever. Their dedication and commitment to the children is second to none and my daughter has had the most amazing year with them. My daughter has come so far during this year at The Chase and she will never forget all the incredible staff who have made her time here so special.

Our daughter started nursery in the Kirby branch in April. She was off to a rocky start due to fear of loud noises and being very unwell for a long time. This created a negative connection to nursery, understandably, the team are absolutely amazing. Within a week of her feeling well she literally skips through the gates with big excited grins. I cannot fault the team, so kind, friendly, open, and we are beyond happy with our choice. She has learned so much in a short space of time and her confidence beams through. The variety of activities is fantastic. Not once have I seen an identical repeat activity. The parent app updates are so fun to see and detailed in a very sweet way. Cannot thank you all enough and highly recommend The Chase Nursery Kirby Cross.

I can whole heartedly recommend The Chase Nursery Kirby Cross! The staff are absolutely amazing. My little boy really struggled in social situations and was very shy before attending the nursery and they went to so much effort to get him settled. He is so happy going to nursery now and his confidence has grown so much. All the staff are warm, kind and friendly. They always provide great activities and he’s forever coming home with lovely pieces of artwork. The facilities are excellent and there is a lovely outside area. I am so happy I chose The Chase Nursery to send him to and I will absolutely be sending my second child when he is old enough.

My son has been at The Chase Nursery Kirby Cross since last September. Given that he was a lockdown baby and weary of new people I was worried he wouldn’t settle. But the manager and her team were fantastic. He’s settled so well that he was asking to go to nursery at weekends. He’s really come along with his development too and he loves it when they bake biscuits together. I can’t recommend it enough, I’m just sad that he will be leaving there to start reception at school soon. I know he will really miss them all.

My daughter suffers from anxiety and the manager and the team have been really supportive of this. Whenever I phone up, I never feel rushed, and their kind words put me at ease. There are lots of different activities and lots of crafts that my daughter brings home that she has done during special occasions. I would recommend this nursery as they truly do put their hearts into their jobs in making sure the children feel happy and also learn as they go!

Cannot rate this nursery enough. They are great and so friendly.

Would recommend The Chase over and over again. It’s such a wonderful nursery, my daughter absolutely loves it there; she would stay there forever if she could. The team are all so nice, like a little family. My little girl has done so well being there. I will be sad to see her go off to big girls school in September! Thank you, The Chase.

I have had three children go through this nursery, the last one will be leaving soon, and we will miss this nursery so much. The staff have been exceptional with all three of my children helping them learn and grow. I wouldn't choose any other place for my children to go. Amazing nursery. Brilliant staff. The Chase in Kirby are more family than anything, my son will be sad to not see them every day, as they not only make his days exciting and fun, but also make him feel comfortable and cared for. The manager and deputy manager have always gone above and beyond to support us and guide my son on his learning journey. My son will miss them most as every day he leaves there feeling loved.

Since my son has attended the Chase nursery he has learnt so much. He loves going and would attend every day if he could. I would highly recommend the nursery to friends and family.

This nursery and its staff are amazing. We moved here last year and was worried about our daughters settling in because one of them is particularly shy. The staff here took on board all her requirements and really made her feel comfortable. She is doing so well now. She’s learnt to be more confident and has made many friends. She will be leaving for big school this September and although she is looking forward to it she will miss the staff here tremendously. So a big massive thank you to all the wonderful staff for everything you’ve done for our girls.. coming to this nursery was the best decision we made. Thank you.

I will be really sad when my youngest leaves and goes to school, however, she will still be attending the fab after school club!

My little girl attended this amazing preschool for her last year before full-time school starts. The staff are helpful, genuine, approachable, caring from the moment they meet you and your child. The facilities are outstanding and the outside area is awesome for little ones. They kept me updated with everything my little one got up to and her learning book was brilliant to see what she is achieving. My little one loved going every morning so much so that she often didn’t want to come home. My daughter has hypermobility syndrome which leads to clumsiness but The Chase staff didn’t let that hold her back and showed so much care when she did fall, which unfortunately is quite often.

Thanks to them for fulfilling my child's mind with all the wonderful things when he attends The Chase!

I am so pleased with The Chase Nursery Kirby. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds from not wanting to attend nursery to wanting to go every day because of the staff keeping things exciting and keeping the children interested in different topics they cover. The nursery also has the facilities to take the children out on trips in the mini-bus. They recently went to the beach and they had a wonderful time flying kites, building sand castles etc. All in all, this nursery is a great place for learning and fun in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

My daughter has been attending Mother and Toddler Group for a year and half and has been attending nursery for one morning per week since September 2016. It is a wonderful nursery and provides lots of varied activities for the children. My daughter has come so far in the short time she has been attending nursery, both with her speech and her confidence. She has become very artistic and she can now share toys with a smile on her face. The staff and I have become very friendly and have got to know each other thanks to their Mother and Toddler group. I feel that this relationship I have with them will only help my daughter progress even more. If I could, I would give The Chase Nursery a 6 star review!

I feel that this nursery is very welcoming and everyone is so friendly. The staff are brilliant and my son loves it and all the staff. I don't think there is anything that could make it better!

Have had a fantastic experience with this nursery attending the mother and toddler group. Lovely staff who are conscientious, kind and attentive. The nursery setting provides brilliant educational activities and my children love it here :)

The staff here are very helpful and reassuring. My little boy is shy and nervous and they have been fantastic at helping him settle in. He enjoys the variety of activities they have even though it is a small nursery they do a lot. I am very happy with his progress here.

Staff are brilliant with the children, even if they are upset, very good at interacting with the children.
