As a natural progression, most of St Gabriel's Nursery children continue into the Reception class of the Junior School.

Sandleford Nursery provides a great childhood experience for my daughter. Activities are varied and encourage personal growth. At drop off her face lights up when she sees the staff and at collection she's charged with positive energy.

Our little boy has just started at Sandleford nursery. Our experience so far has been first class. Upon collection, our son wants to stay and play rather than go home!
We really especially enjoy the updates of what he’s been up to throughout the day.

We love Sandleford! It's a fantastic nursery, and we would always recommend it to anyone. Our daughter joined the baby room when she had just turned one and is now in the pre-school room. She absolutely loves it and is happy there every day. The staff are brilliant - so caring, and nothing is too much
trouble.
We also love the way that the children get to enjoy all the outside space in the school grounds too. There are often plenty of adventures to be had in the woods and lots of nature walks.
Keep up the good work, Sandleford!

Overall, Sandleford is a great nursery. The hours are excellent, the staff are engaging, and the children seem really keen to go. The facilities available are superb, as it's within a school. Covid changed the experience between the parent and the staff, but this should change back to ‘normal’ soon.

I cannot rate the nursery highly enough. The staff are fantastic - they all know my little girl’s name, whether they’re in her room or not, and she absolutely loves everyone there. Being a lockdown baby, she took a little while to settle in, but now she acts like she owns the place and she loves going
there. They genuinely care about the children and do their utmost to ensure everyone is safe, happy and informed.

My little girl started in February 2022 from another nursery. Since she’s started, she has grown in confidence, and they have encouraged her to make new friends and join in if she’s feeling shy.
The staff are always helpful and happy whenever I’m there.
They listen to any concerns I have, especially
in the beginning when she first started.
It’s a lovely nursery with beautiful surroundings.

The most wonderful place! The team are fantastic, so kind and helpful and always go out of their way to help my little one to feel happy and at home.
They have taken into consideration all aspects of her personality, her likes and dislikes and what she needs as a person to have fun and grow.
She
has never cried going off into preschool and always comes out the door bouncing like a kangaroo saying she’s had the best day ever!
Love it! Would highly recommend!

We feel fortunate that our two boys have been at Sandlefor,d and we couldn't be more impressed with the care they have received. Our youngest is in his last year at nursery and has been there since he was six months old, whereas our oldest joined when he was three years old. We wanted a caring and nurturing
environment, and everyone has been there for us providing every ounce of support and learning that our boys needed.
Thank you to everyone; it was the best decision we made sending our boys to Sandleford. We will genuinely miss everyone when our youngest leaves later this year.

Our daughter has been at Sandleford for around 6-weeks now and absolutely loves it there! The staff have been really helpful in getting her settled. Our little girl always gets so excited going to nursery and jumps from my arms every morning. When she started, she was really fussy with food, but the
staff have been great in getting her to try and eat new things, and now she will try and eat most things! We love the app as it helps us be kept informed with everything throughout the day from meals and sleep to activities and nappies, which gives us peace of mind! I love knowing that my daughter is enjoying her time there but also being looked after!

Just fantastic!
Communication is brilliant, staff are super friendly, and our boy loves going!
He’s always bringing back arts and crafts from nursery, and they are always proactive with events. Sports days, fancy dress days and more!
Highly, highly recommend.

My daughter had a lovely experience when she was in Sandleford. My son is currently in pre-school and is also very happy every day. We are grateful to have the lovely staff looking after our little ones. I can't appraise enough of the caring, love both my kids have received. In my mind, this is the
best nursery in the area. (We had experience in another facility, which was not satisfying and moved to Sandleford). I would highly recommend this nursery from our experience.

Our daughter has been at Sandleford now for nearly 5-months and absolutely loves it. She jumps from my arms into key worker arms every morning - I think that's a pretty telling sign of how much she enjoys her time at Sandleford Nursery.
The staff really do take good care of her and her well-being,
as well as taking her interests into consideration by creating activities that help her develop.
Sandleford keep you up to date throughout the day - from what she has eaten through to key moments captured in pictures as well as nappy updates!

Amazing teachers and a great environment for your kids to grow and become strong individuals. My kid is always excited to go to his nursery; shows the kind of love and care he's given. The open grounds are amazing for kids to go outdoors and explore while being safe inside the campus.

Our daughter has been at Sandleford for almost a year now and absolutely loves it. The staff really look after her and care for her well-being. They keep you updated hourly with their app, so you always know what your child has been up to. Food is great, and my daughter loves it that she can play outside
every day.

Super impressed with how easy the St Gabriels team have made the first few weeks of nursery for our daughter. The team have worked hard to acclimatise her into the new environment, working with us to continue her schedule whilst in the nursery and carefully adhering to dietary requirements due to allergies.
We appreciate the frequent updates via the app throughout the day to keep parents posted on all important activities, nappies and naps.
Am sure there will be a few bumps in the road, but as we enter the 2nd month, we have avoided tearful goodbyes during drop-off, which we take as a great sign and can see our little girl gaining confidence and new skills on a weekly basis thanks to the teaching staff in the nursery.


Some of the items options I have marked as good are purely due to be not being able to answer due to Covid preventing entrance into the nursery.

My son started the nursery in April 2021, making the change from his past setting to Sandleford was a difficult choice to make. I didn’t need to worry. The team are amazing and really care for the children. I have already seen a difference in his learning, and it amazes me how they can make every day
different and help him to learn through play. I have a very happy son, and I want to thank everyone at Sandleford Nursery for truly being outstanding.

My daughter started going to Sandleford nursery when she was 18-months-old. She has been through the baby room, toddler room and preschool. I must say my daughter is so happy and loves to go to Sandleford nursery. We are very happy with the kind of service they provide. As a mom, leaving my daughter
first time in the hands of someone else care, initially I was so worried... but to be honest, Sandleford has taken that fear out of me. They look after little ones so well that I can work peacefully. During the pandemic time, how they managed children and other things is very much appreciable. The settings have a lot of open space and woods for children to explore - which is not common elsewhere. The early education they provide is also so creative and excellent. They work together with parents for the child’s overall development. Though it’s 30 minutes drive for me, I am very much happy to send her to Sandleford nursery.

My son has been going to Sandleford, St Gabriels for five months and is so happy. All the staff made him very welcome and settled very quickly. They are always doing fun, learning activities and his vocabulary has really developed. They treat every child as an individual which is very important. The
outside space is a real advantage. I love having the app which keeps me informed on his day.
