The Review Score of 7.8 (maximum of 10) for Benjamin Rabbit Nursery Chatham is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  • a) The Average Rating is 4.7 out of 5 from 9 Reviews over all time. This Average Rating is also the rating value for Benjamin Rabbit Nursery Chatham in Google's Search Results - more info

  • b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.1 out of 5 from 1 positive Reviews in the last 12 months.

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating of all Reviews over all time. For each review the Day Nursery / service is rated Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, Poor or Very Poor on a number of areas eg Staff, Management etc. The Day Nursery receives points for each rating as follows: Excellent = 5. Good = 4. Satisfactory = 3. Poor = 2. Very Poor = 1. These points are added up and then divided by the total number of completed ratings to generate the average rating.

    The Average Rating of 4.682 for Benjamin Rabbit Nursery Chatham is calculated as follows: ( (77 Excellents x 5) + (27 Goods x 4) + (2 Satisfactorys x 3) + (1 Poors x 2) ) ÷ 107 Ratings = 4.682

  • b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 12 months. If there are no Positive Reviews in the last 12 months, then 2.5 points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 2 years. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with 'Extremely Likely' or 'Likely' in answer to the question 'How likely are you to recommend this Day Nursery to friends and family?'

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 5 Positive Reviews, 3 points for the first Positive Review and then 0.25 Points for each of the next 4 Positive Reviews.

    2. 1 point is available for reaching a target number of Positive Reviews based on 20% of the number of registered maximum number of service users. If the target is partially reached then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery with 50 registered maximum number of service users has a target of 10 Positive Reviews, if it has 10 or more Positive Reviews it will receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews will receive 0.7 points.

    3. If there are no Positive Reviews in the last 12 months, then 2.5 points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 2 years. The calculation is the same as above, except the points are divided by 2.

The 3.069 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Benjamin Rabbit Nursery Chatham is based on 1 positive Reviews in the last 12 months and is calculated as follows:

    1. 3 = 3

    2. Target of 14.4 positive Reviews (72 registered maximum number of service users ÷ 5). 1 Reviews ÷ 14.4 Target = 0.069

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for nearly a year now and she has settled in so well. The staff helped her settle in well and their communication with me cannot be faulted. As a mother to a child with food allergies, this was a big worry of mine but the nursery has been extremely accommodating to her dietary needs.
I have seen a massive improvement in my daughter's social and intellectual development this year and am certain that Benjamin Rabbit has had a big impact on this.
I would highly recommend the nursery.

Staff are wonderful & very approachable. My little boy has been attending for eight months & has learnt so much. I am always contacted straight away if he's ill. Definitely happy with this setting, we had visited several and was a stressful time but as soon as we had our induction here we knew it was the best choice.

My son has been going to Benjamin Rabbit nursery for two months and I couldn't be happier and more importantly neither could he, he started at 7 months old and I was very worried as any mum would be leaving her son, but his key worker and the baby team are fantastic, he is now part of their family, his learning has progressed and his key worker and the team always focus on the key things I want him to develop, he is always stimulated and looked after, we come up with ideas and plans to help him fulfil his potential, I'm so pleased I picked the Benjamin Rabbit team to be such a part of my son's life.

Benjamin Rabbit is such a wonderful nursery. My child only attended for a short time, but it was clear to me from the start that she'd get along great there as she transitioned into primary school. She loved all the nursery staff and was excited to go every day.
I feel very confident she will do well in reception now, and I'm very thankful to the preschool staff for helping her. I am very sad that I didn't send her to Benjamin Rabbit sooner.
I know my daughter will miss her "bunny school" very much, but she is looking forward to her next chapter at big school.
Thank you again to all the staff. They are all so welcoming, helpful and friendly.

The nursery has a fantastic team who truly has the best interests of the children at heart. They work together to achieve that and we have had a great experience there! My son had trouble settling in at first but by working with the staff he felt at home in no time. He loved the soft block room and the garden and could go from one activity to another in no time.

This nursery is fantastic, the staff are of those that want to be there not of those that are only there to pay the bills. They take care in all the children and make it fun for all. The staff interact with the children in lots of ways always trying new activities.

The nursery are fabulous with children with special needs, my son has behaviour issues and they have been great with him, they also got him support during potty training.

They also cater for different dietary needs, my son is dairy intolerant and he doesn't miss out at all they make sure there is always something there for him.

I would highly recommend this settlement to all my friends and family.
