My son has been coming here since he was 2 he is nearly 4 now and I can't fault this nursery one bit. The staff are lovely and i felt at ease leaving my son at nursery in their care.
He's done amazing with the educational side of it, he enjoys going, he loves the outings and they cater to his milk
intolerance. Could not recommend a better nursey.

My daughter absolutely loves going to the nursery. She asks to go on the days she isn't in. Staff are brilliant, always inform me of any accidents or incidents. Helped us with potty training. Management are lovely. Always greet me with a smile very helpful

My experience with Benjamin Rabbit Nursery is very positive. I have had one child attend for nearly eighteen months and my second has been there for nearly two years.
Staff are friendly and welcoming, my children are happy to attend each day.
Each day we find out what they have done and eaten.
Management
is accommodating and informative.
My children are happy and thriving!

My son started at this nursery in September at just 9 months old. The ladies made sure he was settled and went above and beyond to help him. At the end of the day, they are very clear and tell me exactly how he has been. They are so reassuring and I honestly can't thank them enough.

Really pleased with how my son has got on at Benjamin Rabbit Nursery, he settled in really quickly in baby room and all the staff were so supportive. They didn't make me feel silly for calling up to check in and were happy to speak to me - giving me lots of reassurance.
My son now goes in excited
for his day and comes home with big smiles.
Baby room are really good at giving courtesy calls regarding anything out of the ordinary or anything they feel you should just be aware of.
The nursery also have an app where you can see observations they have made, which I love to see. Just wish they came through a bit more often.
Thank you Benjamin Rabbit for the lovely experience you have created for both my son and me!

I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old who attends the nursery, they are loving and caring with both my children. They do lots of different activities so my children's days are never the same. The team are extremely professional and welcoming also the food is always varied and the children eat something
new most days. I feel they go above and beyond with there care, so much so I will be leaving my 6 month old baby with them which goes to show how much I trust in the staff.

My twin boys joined the nursery in January after turning three, they will be starting school this September, so our experience is only within the preschool environment. From the start, the staff have been very welcoming and although my boys had only stayed with their Nan, I felt at ease leaving them
with them. My boys have enjoyed their time at Benjamin Rabbit, always happy to go and often not wanting to leave at the end of the day. They were quite fussy eaters prior to starting nursery however with the fresh cooked meals provided for lunches and healthy range of snacks, they now eat a much wider variety and I am often told how they like the nursery food more than what I provide! I feel they have been well prepared for school, they are very much looking forward to going, although I'm sure they will miss the staff at the nursery. Overall our experience at Benjamin Rabbit has been very positive and I have no regrets in my choice of nursery.

My child has been attending this nursery for almost a year. Within this time, I feel that his learning capabilities have expanded, and his social awareness has improved greatly. The staff are supportive of both child and parent. A great deal of care and consideration is demonstrated by the whole team.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for nearly a year now and she has settled in so well. The staff helped her settle in well and their communication with me cannot be faulted. As a mother to a child with food allergies, this was a big worry of mine but the nursery has been extremely accommodating
to her dietary needs.
I have seen a massive improvement in my daughter's social and intellectual development this year and am certain that Benjamin Rabbit has had a big impact on this.
I would highly recommend the nursery.

Staff are wonderful & very approachable. My little boy has been attending for eight months & has learnt so much. I am always contacted straight away if he's ill. Definitely happy with this setting, we had visited several and was a stressful time but as soon as we had our induction here we knew it
was the best choice.

My son has been going to Benjamin Rabbit nursery for two months and I couldn't be happier and more importantly neither could he, he started at 7 months old and I was very worried as any mum would be leaving her son, but his key worker and the baby team are fantastic, he is now part of their family,
his learning has progressed and his key worker and the team always focus on the key things I want him to develop, he is always stimulated and looked after, we come up with ideas and plans to help him fulfil his potential, I'm so pleased I picked the Benjamin Rabbit team to be such a part of my son's life.

Benjamin Rabbit is such a wonderful nursery. My child only attended for a short time, but it was clear to me from the start that she'd get along great there as she transitioned into primary school. She loved all the nursery staff and was excited to go every day.
I feel very confident she will do well
in reception now, and I'm very thankful to the preschool staff for helping her. I am very sad that I didn't send her to Benjamin Rabbit sooner.
I know my daughter will miss her "bunny school" very much, but she is looking forward to her next chapter at big school.
Thank you again to all the staff. They are all so welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Current Review Score: 9.1 (9.079)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.1 (9.079) out of 10 for Benjamin Rabbit Nursery Chatham is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 7 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.2 out of 5 from 7 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.893 for Benjamin Rabbit Nursery Chatham is calculated as follows: ( (76 Excellents x 5) + (7 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 84 Ratings = 4.893
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.186 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Benjamin Rabbit Nursery Chatham is based on 7 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 3.7
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 72 number of registered child places is 14.4. 7 Positive Reviews ÷ 14.4 = 0.486
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
