My daughter loves going to nursery, she is always happy going there. The staff are all welcoming, kind and caring. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds being there. I can see the repour she has with the staff which puts me at ease with how well she is looked after and I absolutely love how well-informed
I am about her day, and love seeing all the photos sent on the app.

I chose this nursery for my daughter after seeing several establishments in the local area. What sold it for me was the manager's professionalism when we visited and the overall nursery environment. It is well organised and inviting for the children, with different ages having their own areas.
Every
staff member we have met since my daughter started in the baby's room and now toddlers have been brilliant, especially three members of staff in particular. Everyone is so warm, welcoming and kind.
The communication is excellent with regular updates via the app.
My daughter loves going to nursery and that speaks volumes. She has a great time, comes home singing lots of new songs and shows new skills such as mark-making.
I love that the food is home-cooked and has a good variety as my daughter is a good eater and loves her food. If for some reason she doesn't like what is on offer, there are alternatives offered and food/drink is documented on the app.

Home From Home Children's Day Nursery truly is second to none. Their care is inclusive, nurturing, creative and educational. My little girl has thrived since joining Home from Home last year. The activities they carry out are engaging, age-appropriate and all designed to allow your little one to develop,
explore and excel. The staff are so professional but maintain a friendly, caring approach to put you at ease that your child is having fun but most importantly, safe.
Their communication to parents is exceptional with regular updates on everything from pictures of your little one completing fun activities to what your child has eaten, how long they've napped etc.
The food that is offered is nutritional and balanced.
And the environment is always so organised with themed activities every week.
I cannot speak highly enough of the care and effort all of the staff put into the children at Home From Home.

My eldest daughter has been attending Home From Home Children's Day Nursery Ltd since she was 9 months old. She is now 3.5 years old and in her final week as she is about to attend school full time. She has absolutely loved attending the setting and the care she has received has been outstanding.
I
have never doubted that she would be loved and cared for during her stays and the fact that the children are always learning and eating lovely home-cooked food is a bonus. The outdoor play area is amazing and you can see the effort that goes into the daily activities via the app.
I'm devasted that her time is coming to an end but my youngest daughter attends and again has done since she was 9 months old. She is now 18 months old and cannot wait to go in every morning.
The smile on all the children's faces as they are greeted by staff says it all. I always recommend Home from Home to any parents looking for a nursery setting. Home From Home is the best.

My husband and I visited lots of different, local nurseries for my son when he started back in October 2022 at 9 months old. Home from Home was by far the best. I liked the amount of play/activity space for each age group and the fact that each age group was clearly separated into different rooms. My
son loves the staff who cares for him and he never fails to come home without a smile on his face. I like that the nursery uses an app so I can see uploaded photographs of my son and read regular updates relating to food, drink and nappy changes, etc.
Despite only being almost 24 months old, he learns new things every time he attends nursery and it's fabulous training for when he will go to school.
The carers and management are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble.

I could not speak more highly about Home from Home Children's Day Nursery. Our experience has always been completely positive, and I trust them wholeheartedly.
I now have my second child here, having put my first child here too, and I wouldn't even consider anywhere else! The staff genuinely care
about the children like they're one of their own, we get regular updates and lovely photos of them throughout the day, and I am always informed immediately about any issues. It's a beautiful setting, my daughter can't wait to get there each day. I would thoroughly recommend this nursery to anyone, I was so worried about childcare when thinking about going back to work after my first daughter, but I needn't have been. Returning to work after my second daughter was much easier because I knew what to expect with Home From Home and felt completely at ease that she'd be safe, cared for and happy. Both my children have thrived here, I am so happy we chose Home From Home for them!

Home From Home Day Nursery have cared for both of my children and I can’t speak highly enough. They are so nurturing and caring which reflects so clearly on my children’s eagerness to attend nursery. They provide detailed updates throughout the day and are always so helpful if ever I phone to speak
to one of the girls. They provide a variety of nutritious food, a range of activities to help children learn and boost their confidence. I wouldn’t trust any other nursery with my babies! Thank you Home From Home.

I was nervous at the thought of sending my little lockdown first baby to a nursery back in 2020 but as soon as I visited home from home I knew I had found the right place. My child has Autism Spectrum Disorders and the entire staff especially the manager and one staff member have been nothing short
of outstanding with the support and care given. Nothing has ever been too much. So when I had my second child last year I was not hesitant at all to ask for a place for him at the nursery also. Both children can’t wait to be handed over to the always happy and friendly staff when it’s their nursery days. Can’t praise them enough!

My daughter started her journey at Home from Home since she was just 9 months old and she has enjoyed every moment since she began to now almost 3 years old! The staff are absolutely amazing so kind and caring, and always welcome my little one to nursery with the biggest smile and warmest cuddle. Having
the updates and photos throughout the day is so wonderful to see all of the wonderful activities and things she participates in. Management are always helpful and happy to help with anything if and when needed. Couldn’t recommend Home from Home anymore most definitely the best, like a part of the family.

Excellent nursery both my son and daughter have attended. The staff are lovely and go above and beyond. All meals are freshly cooked and prepared in a good variety. Lovely activities go on daily walks and have outdoor garden areas and soft play facilities. Would highly recommend it.

We absolutely love Home from Home. Both of us as parents and our daughter. She attends one day a week but absolutely loves the staff and gets excited when they greet us at the door. The communication, the care, kindness and love from the staff are second to none. Not to mention the amazing app that

My daughter started attending Home from Home when she was 11 months old. The nursery staff go above and beyond for the children and are absolutely fabulous. My daughter loves going there even though she is still very attached to me. I love having photo updates throughout the day and having info on what
she’s eaten, what time she’s slept and when her nappy has been changed. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Our little girl has been going to Home From Home Children's Day Nursery Ltd for over a year now and she absolutely loves it!
Home from home has brought her on so much! They have been a great support throughout potty training. The care children, and family, receive is something very special.
Staff
members are always so happy and polite.
I love getting to see the photographs through the app! Staff always keep you up to date with any newsletters and topics the children are learning about.
I wish we could keep her at home from home forever!
Very grateful to have such a wonderful nursery on our doorstep.

We've had nothing but positive experiences with Home from Home Nursery. The staff are incredible and my little girl has thrived since joining in September 2022. I love the app that allows me to see photos and a personal diary of my little girl's day. It definitely helps going to work knowing she's so
well cared for as well as having incredible learning experiences that will help her to develop each week. Communication with the nursery is fantastic and they're only a phone call away with any queries. Home From Home is the best children’s daycare service in South Wales.
They provide the absolute best service and care and always adhere to specific requirements needed for your child.
Both of my children have attended from age 9 months right through to 4 and a half years old and I cannot express
enough how amazing this nursery is!
I would 100% recommend it to any parent or carer looking for their child to be cared for, have all their needs met, nurtured and developed.

My daughter started at home from home at 9 months old.
Our minds were put at ease from day one after receiving a photograph of her out on a walk with a big smile on her face!
My daughter has thrived from attending nursery two mornings a week, she has learned so much and gets so excited to go and

I was really apprehensive about my daughter starting nursery due to her still being breastfed, her weight gain being monitored and her general reserved disposition. She had always struggled to go down for naps without being fed to sleep so I had a lot of anxieties around leaving her for a full working
day in a strange place. We had a few stay and play sessions where we were amazed at how quickly she settled and how quickly she warmed to the staff. I was able to leave her there on our second visit as she seemed so relaxed and comfortable there - she even started putting her arms out to the girls at drop off within the first couple of weeks. What has been most helpful to us is how willing staff have been to support her eating/weight gain by adapting recipes and options and giving her healthy alternatives. The updates I have received each day she is there have been invaluable and given us confidence that the children’s well-being is always priority.

After visiting this nursery, we didn't need to visit any others, we knew it was perfect for us. My daughter settled so quickly and the app with updates and photos reassure me too! They cater for her vegetarian diet and nothing is too much for the staff, who are all super friendly! I love that they have
an outdoor area and go for walks, this is very important to us as a family.

We absolutely love Home from Home Children's Day Nursery. It is the only nursery my son (2 years) has been able to settle in and the girls are absolutely brilliant with him. He has a favourite nursery worker, who is always happy to see him, tells me about his day and is really positive. All of the girls
have a good understanding of child development and the children are able to decide for themselves what they participate in.
The facilities are brilliant, the soft play, the outdoor area and the amount of toys and books available. I love hearing about all the different activities the girls have set up for the kids. The kitchen provide a vegan diet for my son and I receive daily updates of what he's eaten, done throughout the day, nappy changes and lots of pictures so it feels like I'm watching him throughout the day!
I've noticed a change in my son since he has attended the nursery, his speech is coming along and he acts out songs and things he's learned at nursery with us. 100% recommend.
