This is an excellent nursery with staff who care. My child settled in quickly and now loves going in daily. To improve, need more nutritious and filling food at snack time @3. A digital platform we can receive online about our children would be great. Thank you.

Friendly, caring, small nursery.

My child loves going there and had no problems settling in. Seems to enjoy a range of food and activities.

Not part of a big chain which is nice as they are a little more informal/flexible in their approach. Doesn't just feel like they want to make money off you unlike some other nurseries.

They are well cared for, love their key workers & we have never had any problems. We're very lucky to have found this nursery, as it is the hardest decision finding someone to care for your children. They work hard to make activities relevant & exciting for the children & my children love it

Our daughter is a child who needs a lot of attention and warmth, and from the very beginning, she was welcomed in the most caring and supportive way. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, compassionate, and attentive. The management team is extremely professional and clearly focused on the well-being and development of every child. This is a place where children feel safe, valued, and truly cared for. We are so grateful to have found this preschool , and we whole heartedly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing and high-quality early education environment.

We couldn't be happier with Ladybird Nursery, Our daughter currently attends, and our elder son was also cared for here-both have absolutely thrived in this warm, nurturing, and engaging environment.

The staff are truly exceptional-caring, dedicated, and always going the extra mile to make sure our children feel safe, happy, and supported. Their enthusiasm and commitment to early years care are evident in everything they do, from creative activities to structured learning.

The management team does an incredible job of maintaining high standards and ensuring clear communication with parents. They are approachable, professional, and always willing to listen, making the whole experience seamless and reassuring.

Ladybird Nursery has felt like an extension of our family, and we are so grateful for the care and support they have provided for both of our children. We highly recommend it to any parents looking for a top-quality nursery!

My daughter started at this nursery in the baby room in September and she absolutely loves it here. I couldn't thank the staff enough for everything they do. I feel so comfortable and confident when she's at nursery. She does different activities each day and eats a wide variety of food, the updates each day when I collect her are also very detailed, couldn't ask for more! Thank you

What stood out for me is the menu, it's all freshly made and nutritious for the growing babies and toddlers. My grandson always has more! He enjoys it that much. We also loved the fact you can buy T-shirts with the logo on so his own clothes don't get messy.

Our son started at nursery when he was 6 months old earlier this year, while initially a nervous transition for the family the team at Ladybird has been nothing short of amazing! A really welcoming, personable, friendly and nurturing environment for all. It's been a perfect set-up for us and our son is very happy there. We're extremely grateful for everything the team do.

My son has been going to the nursery since November 2023 and they were fantastic during the settling-in process, always providing us with detailed updates at pick-up. It didn’t take long for him to love drop-offs and he happily wanders into the nursery staff with a smile ready for breakfast. They’ve also been incredibly accommodating when we needed to add a day at short notice. All of the staff are so friendly and my son will happily go to any of them, which I think is the greatest testament to how caring and warm they are. My only thing I think could be improved are more updates on your social media page or an app to see pictures during the day.

I feel so happy that this is where my daughter spends her days and couldn’t recommend more.

All staff are extremely welcoming and helpful at Ladybird Private Day Nursery, Folly Brook House. From the initial settling-in sessions right through to the current day they have done everything they could to make our son feel welcome and part of the little community. He loves going and especially loves telling his key worker about his weekends! Special thanks to her key worker for all her hard work with him!

An amazing nursery, staff are amazing. My daughter absolutely loves all the staff in Preschool. She was scared and had trust issues from previous experience, but has settled in very well and now loves it there. Never had any issues. Everything is outstanding.

We couldn’t ask for a better place to send her.

I find all the staff friendly and professional, they keep us fully informed about our child, we get a full report of our child's daily activities, and how much food our child has eaten or not eaten, and we get told how much sleep our child had, also the nursery staff are very good at keeping us updated with any consensus about how our child is feeling or they will say things like they have been quite emotional today, we have been given lots of evidence of daily activities via pictures of our child making cards, doing painting, playing in the garden, doing messy play, my child has reached a lot of his milestones and has become a very confident happy child, thanks to all the dedicated staff at the nursery.

Our son has been attending this nursery since January 2023 and he couldn’t have settled in any easier. All the staff are so friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring. They put so much effort into children’s development and I only wish we’d sent our son to this nursery sooner!

My son has been attending this nursery for around 8 months now. One of the reasons we chose it was because of how friendly and welcoming the staff were when we visited. This is still the case. Staff have been great with him, he's a sensitive soul but they helped him transition between rooms and have been really supportive with relaying messages home. His days seem well structured and he is always reluctant to leave at the end of the day, which I take as a positive. He loves it here and I'm so glad we chose this nursery.

My daughter has settled so well into this nursery, we both felt so at ease from our very first visit. The staff members are so friendly and I witnessed beautiful interactions with staff and children throughout the visits. The management team have been fantastic with worries and have been incredibly supportive. My daughter loves to attend nursery and tells all her family when she has been and then asks when she can come back. Which is the most reassuring thing in the world to know she is happy and content. Her key person has been fantastic and makes sure to pass messages on regarding her day and how she has been. My daughter comes home messy and full of paint which means she's had the best day ever! We would like to see more photos of her during the nursery day to witness what shes getting up to and how much fun she's having but we love this nursery and the quality of care is evident x

Amazing friendly willing to help anytime no questions asked. My son has been going to this nursery since June last year and never had one problem, also well-fed and have amazing staff would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for their babies to start would be here.
