Zeeba Daycare Royal Arsenal

Zeeba provides a wonderful service for both of my children, they help my 10-month-old and 2-year-old stay very happy and entertained. I am particularly impressed with the care and attention their key workers provide and I'm impressed with the effort put into their care and development. Could not recommend Zeeba Royal Arsenal enough.

I was a little apprehensive about my son starting nursery but I needn't have been, as the staff have been brilliant and my son has settled in so well. I can see all the activities they have set up for the day when I drop him off and he always has a really big smile on his face when I pick him up. I can call whenever I need to check on my son and the staff have been really good at contacting me if my son has been a bit unsettled due to teething. As much as I miss being with him, I'm so pleased he's doing so well at Zeeba Daycare.

The team has been fabulous handling the daily life of my daughter over the past few months, since she was 18 months. I can see her really enjoying her time, every single day at Zeeba. Although her first language is Chinese, I also noticed that her English has picked up very fast, as well as her social skills. The Chinese New Year celebrations at the nursery also surprised me, as it shows such a dynamic atmosphere of multi-culture. Last but not least, I am very grateful to the daycare management team for granting me the flexibility, while tackling a cross country relocation, in such a highly uncertain environment.

I have nothing but praise for Zeeba. Our son has been attending for 18 months and has always loved it. We have always been incredibly pleased with the education, stimulation and fun he seems to have. His key workers have always been so lovely and kept us up to date with his progress. We love it and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. All of the staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Throughout Covid, we’ve felt very safe with our son attending.

Our son started nursery for the first time with Zeeba Daycare and has been attending the “Toddlers” room for the last 6 months. We are extremely pleased with the level of care he is experiencing at Zeeba (Royal Arsenal) and the support the team provided during the difficult settling time. The staff are kind, friendly, and very professional and we always feel comfortable and safe leaving our son with them. Kids have plenty of opportunities to learn through play and we can see a number of positive developments in our son such as an improvement in language skills, increased interaction with other children, creativity, and better eating habits. There is an exceptional manager, who is friendly, always available to discuss important matters and responds promptly to all our questions. Special thanks to the staff who have been taking great care of our son on a day-to-day basis, providing comprehensive and valuable feedback. We can happily recommend the nursery to other parents.

Zeeba is a five-star nursery. The team are totally committed to ensuring the children are happy, safe and stimulated in a friendly and warm atmosphere. We feel very lucky to have such a fantastic nursery in our locality and would recommend that any parents looking for childcare speak to the staff about what Zeeba can offer them.

Great nursery, both my children went there. We had to take them out because we moved houses, however, if it wasn't for that we'd definitely keep them there. They both enjoyed going every single day, they greatly developed themselves and we were comfortable that we were leaving our children in good hands. Definitely recommend it!

Before starting this nursery I checked others in this area and I liked this one best. I was not wrong! My baby had a very difficult time adjusting - more difficult than expected - she was crying all the time and couldn't accept it. They couldn't have been more accomodating - we changed attendance patterns several times - full days to half days and back and we only had to pay for actual attendance. They allowed me to stay in (that was before COVID) and gave lots of tips and encouragement - I was frankly about to quit and stay at home with her for another few months. I am very grateful for the support I received. Now she is in the toddler group and perfectly fine. They have a nice garden for children to play in and aircon in the premises which is important in summer. The team is very good and the food is satisfactory. I highly recommend it and mostly because of the personal support received here.

My child started Zeeba in 2017 at 9-months-old. Now leaving for primary school in September, I feel so confident my child is ready for the challenges and this could not have happened if my child didn’t attend Zeeba. As a parent, lots of factors cloud your mind when thinking about going back to work; looking for the perfect childcare setting, initially the first steps to aid your child’s future. Honestly, I felt the complete opposite. From my first visit and the induction day, I knew I had made the right choice. All the rooms are well designed enabling great stimulation to help the development of every child. With the activities and routines put in place at Zeeba, I was able to progress my child’s learning whilst at home. At the end of the day, you want to know that your child is happy and I have always felt this. I value *every* staff member within the Zeeba Daycare Royal Arsenal and they will have a special place in mine and my child’s heart for everything they have done. Truly amazing!

My daughter has been here for 2 and a half years and she is now ready for school. Every day she is very happy when I'm dropping her off. She is learning so many new things. The staff are incredibly professional, always welcoming and very positive. My daughter loves all of them and she will miss them dearly when she starts school in a few weeks time. It's such a wonderful daycare!

When I see my daughter's smiley happy face at the end of the day (collecting her from Zeeba), I know that I made the right call in choosing Zeeba Daycare. I have peace of mind knowing that my daughter is being looked after by passionate, caring and professional staff. I was very anxious dropping her off on the first day but the manner in which she was taken care of was truly humbling. She settled very smoothly and from that day onwards she has thrived in the caring and friendly environment. Her confidence and personal development is a testament to the hard work of the staff. We are grateful to have found such a nurturing and welcoming environment for our child to grow and learn in! After visiting quite a few nurseries, we were thrilled to tour such a light-filled and colourful space, which was thoughtfully designed to encourage a child’s joy for exploration, imagination and discovery. The garden is excellent and well looked after. It was emotional to trust other people with caring for our son, but his fantastic key workers made his transition into nursery relatively painless and have carefully watched over and encouraged his development over the past seven months. His bond with them, and their affection and care towards him, have been directly responsible for how happy and secure he is as a toddler. We look forward to hearing what he has learned every day. When we drop him off, he is full of smiles and excitement, reaching out for his key worker; when we pick him up at the end of the day, it is clear he has had such a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Our 2 children have absolutely loved being at Zeeba, both from age 1. The standard of care from all staff there and the learning, nurturing and fun environment is second to none. I would highly recommend to any parent and when our 2 leave in a few weeks time, I know there will be some tears when they have to say goodbye to their beloved keyworkers who have looked after them with such care and kindness!

My daughter loves Zeeba and so do I. She started going there when she was just 9-months-old, and it is amazing to see how much she has developed. The staff are just wonderful, and they put me at ease right from the beginning. She only goes there two days a week, but she's always happy and full of smiles when she is dropped off and picked up. I receive a lot of feedback at the end of the day on what she got up to, her meals, her nap and even diaper changes. I have no complaints, and will definitely recommend Zeeba to any parent looking for excellent childcare.

You exceeded our expectations on every level when it comes to our daughter's personal development and building her confidence. We feel you listen to her, take note of her needs and truly celebrate who she is. You work with her on the areas we ask you to and support and empower us in our parenting on every level. I highly recommend this nursery. My son attends full-time whilst I'm at work and I have peace of mind that the practitioners take excellent care of him. They have helped and supported him in reaching all his developmental miles stones. We are often surprised and impressed at how well he is developing his speech, his movements and his dexterity. He also seems to be happy to be handed over in the mornings. Recently they have brought in a new menu of food which he also seems to be enjoying.

Our twins (girl and boy) joined Zeeba Daycare in Royal Arsenal in July 2016 and over the last three years, we are very impressed every day of how much our two kids enjoy playing and learning at the nursery. Furthermore, our twins started many friendships with other kids, which results in friendships between their parents as well.

I would describe Zeeba Daycare, Royal Arsenal as friendly, reliable and helpful. Their staff are consistent and work extremely hard, building excellent relationships with the children. Parents are kept well informed of any update or changes. The facilities are excellent, which enable the children to make the most of their time at Zeeba. In my opinion, the nursery is managed very well and the manager ensures a smooth day to day running of the nursery. My daughter thoroughly enjoys her time at Zeeba and has made tremendous progress, all thanks to their wonderful staff. She feels happy, safe and has built strong relationships with staff and peers. The food that is provided is great- there is a big selection and menus get changed, which is nice. The facilities are clean and seem to comply with the health and hygiene standards.
