Kids Planet Frodsham is a Ofsted Outstanding (June 2021) nursery with excellent facilities, including a secure outdoor classroom and benefits from a large outdoor play area.

Fully qualified and carefully selected staff are friendly, approachable, and caring.

The management team and staff have a passionate drive to improve the care and learning provided for children. They constantly evaluate what they do, attend a wide range of training courses and quickly implement the things they learn.

Staff evaluate children's progress and use this information to plan a rich range of experiences and ensure gaps in attainment are narrowing. They use themes based on children's interests or seasonal changes and events to broaden their knowledge.

Staff provide challenging activities that keep children well motivated.

Since starting at Kids Planet Frodsham my children and I have been made to feel welcome every single time. The girls have made an amazing effort to settle my children in and I would never leave my children with anyone else they are fab!

Visited a few nurseries in the local area and Kids Planet stood out the most, the facilities and outside play area are outstanding and the staff extremely professional and friendly. There is loads of space and areas for babies to explore helping them to become more independent. The sleep room has cot
bunk beds and sensory lighting which all help the little ones get some sleep after dinner. The food always looks amazing my daughter enjoys the variety. I get regular pictures and updates throughout the day via the app and my daughter always looks forward to going each day. They have trips out and even visit the local care home which I think is great! Would highly recommend

Fantastic nursery which is getting better and better, they are doing so many out of hours events and getting involved in the community as well as providing a great service.

I would absolutely recommend Kids Planet in Frodsham. My son loves his time at nursery. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and professional on every level.

Nichola Cunninghame

Job Title: Nursery Manager

I have been part of Kids Planet Frodsham for nearly 13 years, spending the last 10 years in the role of Deputy Manager. With over 20 years of experience in childcare, I began my career as an apprentice and progressed to achieve both my Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Childcare.


I am the Nursery’s Safeguarding Officer, a role I take great pride in, ensuring the safety and well-being of every child in our care. As a parent myself, I understand how important it is to create a nurturing, secure, and supportive environment where children can thrive.


I am passionate about making a positive difference within my local community and am dedicated to supporting each child’s development, helping them grow with confidence and curiosity.
