Kids Planet Frodsham is a Ofsted Outstanding (June 2021) nursery with excellent facilities, including a secure outdoor classroom and benefits from a large outdoor play area.

Fully qualified and carefully selected staff are friendly, approachable, and caring.

The management team and staff have a passionate drive to improve the care and learning provided for children. They constantly evaluate what they do, attend a wide range of training courses and quickly implement the things they learn.

Staff evaluate children's progress and use this information to plan a rich range of experiences and ensure gaps in attainment are narrowing. They use themes based on children's interests or seasonal changes and events to broaden their knowledge.

Staff provide challenging activities that keep children well motivated.

Myself and my child attended the stay and play sessions at the nursery, and as a parent of a child who doesn’t attend the nursery, but yet all staff were very lovely and welcoming. They took the time to play and acknowledge us both. The nursery itself is a lovely setting and I would recommend it and
consider sending my child here when a nursery place is needed for her.

Kids Planet Frodsham is the best nursery in the area! My son was there and now my daughter. I tell everyone I know! Lovely staff, friendly and approachable. Lovely rooms filled with lots of different activities. Can’t help enough and super supportive.
Both children love the staff and love venue. It’s
bright,spacious and safe. They always change my child so she’s coming home clean, although I don’t mind to see what mess she’s got herself into as it shows a fun day. Can’t recommend enough!
Great communication from staff and the app keeps you at peace throughout your day away from you little ones.

My son started here in nursery and he found it hard to settle, but the staff were absolutely amazing, eased my own anxieties and did an incredible slow-phased start. My son absolutely adores nursery now, his key worker is amazing, but the other staff have also been outstanding as well. The food they
serve for the children is lovely, the nursery is always clean and there's plenty of toys and activities. Nursery keep you up to date with everything and are very caring towards the children. I love how the children get so much outdoor play too. My baby has come on leaps and bounds in the short space of time he has been at Kids Planet. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Since my little boy has started it’s made me feel at ease. He loves coming to nursery and it’s amazing how much he has come on with his development since starting and it’s down to all the team at Kids Planet Frodsham. He has just recently moved from baby room and I can’t thank the girls enough for everything
they have done for him. But, I know that he is ready for the next challenge in tots room and will be well looked after. I can’t recommend Kids Planet enough.

Our baby has been going to Kids Planet since she was eight months old (she’s sixteen months old now) and I can’t recommend this nursey enough! They all go above and beyond to help! My baby loves it there! The girls are all lovely and nothing is ever too much!

Amazing nursery, I couldn't ask for anything better, all the staff are lovely and so friendly and all so easy to talk to, my children have come on so much since starting 7 months ago. They do so much with the kids, take them out on days out and give them lots of time outdoors. They also have events
where parents can come in and meet other parents and the staff, which I think is lovely. It's a really family-orientated nursery. I am so glad I picked Kids Planet and would recommend this to any parent. I also know that my children love coming here and seeing the staff and their friends. Thank you for making it a happy place for my babies.

My little girl struggles every time she changes class. When she went into the big girl class as she calls it, it was the hardest one yet. (pre-school).
I can't thank the staff enough for making her feel welcome and helping with the morning drop-offs. We can finally say we haven't had any tears this
year! Amazing staff!

Amazing standard of care for all children, every member of staff loves and cares for each child like their own. Children always doing activities and being encouraged to explore their play through different themes such as water, crafts, building ect. Staff encourage confidence and teach children the
skills they need to move onto primary school. When needed the girls will use other means of communication for children who struggled such as makaton, drawing, technology.
Over all I couldn’t be happier with this nursery and continue to recommend them to any parent I come across!

I have two children in Kids Planet Frodsham. Couldn’t recommend it enough - really inclusive and friendly. Both of my kids are happy to go and enjoy their time there. One of the children have additional needs and care she has received is fantastic. The Special Educational Needs team are amazing.

My daughter settled in really well in the nursery and now loves going there every morning. As she was a lockdown baby, she did not cope well with meeting new people. However, now she's growing more confident every day and making friends. The staff in the nursery are wonderful and always eager to help.
Going to the nursery has really helped my daughter with her speech as she had a slight speech delay. When I raised my concern with the staff, they were quick to respond with a review and a one-on-one speech time with her if she needed it.
I also wanted to mention that the staff held a Vesak celebration day in May taking the fact that my daughter’s Buddhist background into consideration. That made her feel inclusive and also made us very happy to see our cultural values are being appreciated.
In summary, I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with the nursery so far and I would highly recommend Kids Planet Frodsham to anyone who wants the best for their children.

My eldest son has been at the nursery since he was 9 months old, and he is starting school in September 2022. My youngest is 19 months and has been at the nursery since September 2021.
I adore this nursery, as do my children. The staff are always friendly and genuinely excited to see my children.
The staff take out time to build their own personal relationships with every child, which is evident in the happiness and confidence that the children exert whilst there.
One of my children struggles emotionally and socially as well as having a language delay until recently. The staff have all gone above and beyond to support his development, and he has achieved so much in his time here that he would not have done without being at this nursery.
Would definitely recommend anyone to view and attend this nursery. The outstanding Ofsted rating just further evidences what the children experience every day.

Our little boy who is one attends the baby room once a week, and we can tell he loves it, the changes we have seen in him since he has been going are huge. The staff post brilliant observations which make us so proud. From the day we chose this nursery for him, we have had brilliant communication from
anyone we have had dealings with. The rooms are brilliant with lots for the children to do and learn. I love being able to see updates of his day on the app. Thanks for doing such a good job of looking after our little boy.

My daughter has attended Kids Planet Frodsham since she was a baby, she’s now in toddlers and I have never had an issue with the nursery. I find that all staff are welcoming, friendly and approachable. She always seems to be happy and excited telling us about her day when we pick her up.

Fantastic nursery! My little boy has been at this nursery from the age of 8-months-old and he’s now moving up to school in September. They have been nothing but outstanding, staff, food, learning and personalised care for each child. My child is outgoing, confident, clever and never has he been upset
going to nursery. They catered for his milk allergy for years without a hiccup. Highly recommend this nursery.

Absolutely amazing staff and nursery. My child loves the nursery, and is always excited on her nursery days. I love the Parent Zone App, it's a fantastic way of communicating and seeing what my child is eating and doing through the day. Can’t thank the staff enough, they are just fantastic.

Leanne Pinnington

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Leanne Pinnington is the Manager. Leanne was the Deputy Manager at Kids Planet Widnes, before she moved over to our Frodsham setting in August. With fifteen years of experience in childcare under her belt, Leanne is currently studying her Bachelor Honours in Early Childhood Studies as well as being level five trained. She is the safeguarding officer for the nursery, has two children herself and enjoys National Trust activities and volunteering within her local community.
