Kids Planet Frodsham

Simply put... this is an awesome place! Myself and my wife spent some time looking for the ideal nursery for our one year old boy, and from the moment we stepped foot in Kids Planet Frodsham we were thrilled. The staff were extremely attentive and supportive and we were instantly made to feel relaxed and welcomed. They gave us both an excellent detailed run down on the process, facilities and support offered. We had a very positive tour of the place and again every member of staff was chatty, passionate and caring. Since attending the nursery our boy has flourished in confidence and ability. He absolutely loves going! Myself and my wife have 100% confidence he is in safe and sound hands every time we drop our boy off. We couldn't ask for anything more. Super delighted.

Myself and my child attended the stay and play sessions at the nursery, and as a parent of a child who doesn’t attend the nursery, but yet all staff were very lovely and welcoming. They took the time to play and acknowledge us both. The nursery itself is a lovely setting and I would recommend it and consider sending my child here when a nursery place is needed for her.

Great communication from staff and the app keeps you at peace throughout your day away from you little ones.

My son started here in nursery and he found it hard to settle, but the staff were absolutely amazing, eased my own anxieties and did an incredible slow-phased start. My son absolutely adores nursery now, his key worker is amazing, but the other staff have also been outstanding as well. The food they serve for the children is lovely, the nursery is always clean and there's plenty of toys and activities. Nursery keep you up to date with everything and are very caring towards the children. I love how the children get so much outdoor play too. My baby has come on leaps and bounds in the short space of time he has been at Kids Planet. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Since my little boy has started it’s made me feel at ease. He loves coming to nursery and it’s amazing how much he has come on with his development since starting and it’s down to all the team at Kids Planet Frodsham. He has just recently moved from baby room and I can’t thank the girls enough for everything they have done for him. But, I know that he is ready for the next challenge in tots room and will be well looked after. I can’t recommend Kids Planet enough.

Our baby has been going to Kids Planet since she was eight months old (she’s sixteen months old now) and I can’t recommend this nursey enough! They all go above and beyond to help! My baby loves it there! The girls are all lovely and nothing is ever too much!

Amazing nursery, I couldn't ask for anything better, all the staff are lovely and so friendly and all so easy to talk to, my children have come on so much since starting 7 months ago. They do so much with the kids, take them out on days out and give them lots of time outdoors. They also have events where parents can come in and meet other parents and the staff, which I think is lovely. It's a really family-orientated nursery. I am so glad I picked Kids Planet and would recommend this to any parent. I also know that my children love coming here and seeing the staff and their friends. Thank you for making it a happy place for my babies.

I can't thank the staff enough for making her feel welcome and helping with the morning drop-offs. We can finally say we haven't had any tears this year! Amazing staff!

Our grandson has settled into the nursery extremely well and the team in the pre school room can't do enough for him. They have supported his development and helped him become the confident happy little boy he is today.

Over all I couldn’t be happier with this nursery and continue to recommend them to any parent I come across!

Would definitely recommend anyone to view and attend this nursery. The outstanding Ofsted rating just further evidences what the children experience every day.

I have two children in Kids Planet Frodsham. Couldn’t recommend it enough - really inclusive and friendly. Both of my kids are happy to go and enjoy their time there. One of the children have additional needs and care she has received is fantastic. The Special Educational Needs team are amazing.

Very happy so far. Environment is great. Staff friendly and willing to listen. Management is responsive, and the use of the app is great. My son has settled well and quickly, which is all we can ask for.

Our little boy who is one attends the baby room once a week, and we can tell he loves it, the changes we have seen in him since he has been going are huge. The staff post brilliant observations which make us so proud. From the day we chose this nursery for him, we have had brilliant communication from anyone we have had dealings with. The rooms are brilliant with lots for the children to do and learn. I love being able to see updates of his day on the app. Thanks for doing such a good job of looking after our little boy.

Amazing nursery! We couldn’t be happier with the quality of care and support we receive. Our little girl absolutely loves going to nursery and is making excellent progress thanks to the vast range of activities that are provided.

We are really happy with the care provided to our little boy at Kids Planet Frodsham. He loves going to nursery and always comes home happy and smiling. The staff are professional and have a welcoming attitude and are always able to answer any questions we have.

My daughter has attended Kids Planet Frodsham since she was a baby, she’s now in toddlers and I have never had an issue with the nursery. I find that all staff are welcoming, friendly and approachable. She always seems to be happy and excited telling us about her day when we pick her up.

Fantastic nursery! My little boy has been at this nursery from the age of 8-months-old and he’s now moving up to school in September. They have been nothing but outstanding, staff, food, learning and personalised care for each child. My child is outgoing, confident, clever and never has he been upset going to nursery. They catered for his milk allergy for years without a hiccup. Highly recommend this nursery.
