Cybertots at GWQ

My grandson has been attending Cybertots for a few months now. The staff have been amazing, and when I collect him from the nursery they give me lots of feedback. They have been very kind and supported me getting him ready as I can sometimes find it hard. I would highly recommend Cybertots as a nursery.

My daughter loves going to nursery every day. Even on the weekend she asks to go to nursery. The staff members are friendly and accommodating for my child’s specific needs. She enjoys the food and learning new things. It’s fantastic to get instant notifications of my child’s day, as well as detailed feedback when I collect her. Her key person goes above and beyond to reassure me and support me with my child’s needs. I would highly recommend Cybertots.

Incredible nursery! Our daughter started here just before her second birthday and settled in so well thanks to the patience and caring of the staff in toddler room and her keyworker, who would spend all day giving her cuddles until she felt confident enough to interact with the other children. She absolutely loved nursery and would skip in every morning and her confidence grew so much over the eighteen months that she was at Cybertots at GWQ. Preschool was also amazing and she would tell us every day about the fun she had in the ‘square’. We had to change nursery in February due to moving far away but our daughter still talks about Cybertots at GWQ all the time. Would highly recommend to anyone in the West London area.

Our son is excited to go to Cybertots at GWQ every morning. He's made friendships with some of the children and formed a great relationship with his key person as well as other team members. We are so happy he feels safe and is thriving in the environment. The team is always positive and enthusiastic, showing they're happy to be there. Our son has been going to Cybertots at GWQ since August 2020 and is just transitioning from baby room to toddler room, it has been a breeze which is a relief. In these uncertain times, we trust our son is in a safe place where his needs and safety to him and others are at the forefront. We have managed to go through this pandemic with little upheaval of routine and that's thanks to all the staff. They have managed this whole pandemic situation seamlessly. We are and will always be eternally grateful. Our son really enjoys the garden and the play area facilities along with seeing his friends and staff. Lots of activities and fun for him. Thank you so much all, we recommend you all the time.

We have been extremely happy with the care and education that our daughter has received at Cybertots at GWQ. She has had consistently excellent key workers and teachers, who have enabled her to thrive from baby room, toddler room, preschool and to school readiness. We have been absolutely astonished by our daughter's progress. She has been counting to one hundred, counting in two's, fives and tens and is able to read small books on her own. I attribute her success to the learning that is nurtured by the team at Cybertots at GWQ, admittedly we haven't done much at home! The staff really know the children that they teach. Her key worker has been able to identify our daughter's particular quirks and really seemed to understand the areas that she needs to develop and give helpful guidance about this. Additionally he really seems to enjoy his work and his enthusiasm for teaching reflects very positively in our child.

Lovely setting and friendly staff. The facilities are great and my daughter always leaves happy. I like that she tries a variety of foods here and is open to such different options. I think the general variety aids her growth and development in several ways.

A brilliant nursery with interesting activities, good outdoor space and amazing practitioners. There are also a great range of toys and outdoor space. The activities include crafts, baking, Italian, Portuguese, dancing, stories, taking about animals and chicks. My daughter loves going.

My son has been attending Cybertots at GWQ since he was two, and we have had a fantastic experience so far. The staff are simply amazing, they are so warm, friendly and professional. They keep the children very busy with lots of fun activities and we get great feedback every day. My son settled very quickly and immediately bonded with his key worker. We are most grateful to Cybertots as they have been fantastic in helping with my son's development, going above and beyond for his special educational needs. The management team are brilliant, very responsive and approachable. I would fully recommend Cybertots, it is a wonderful nursery that treats the children like family, my son always comes home with a big smile on his face!

Our two-year old son has been at Cybertots at GWQ now for 6 months and is loving it! He settled in quickly and has bonded really well with his fantastic key worker (so have we!). He's always happy to be dropped off in the mornings and we get lots of daily feedback from his key worker as regular online updates on the app, including photos and a weekly summary of activities. They've very capably supported him/us through potty training and it's been great to watch him develop new skills and friendships even in this short time. Staff are always friendly and quick to respond to queries etc, and administration is efficiently dealt with. Would definitely recommend!

From the very beginning, my instinct as a mother told me this is the nursery for my son and I was right. Warm staff with a positive attitude, the place where my son has learned lots of things, the place where he enjoys going, the place where he’s always asking for more food, the place where my son transformed himself in the best way possible.

My son loves going into nursery but at times is a bit temperamental going in. The staff are so patient with my son and do not try to rush him in the doors.

Our girls have been going to Cybertots GWQ for a while now (the older one is 16 months and the younger, 12 months) and they love the nursery. I have watched my older girl start to come out of her shell, thanks to the efforts from her teachers, the SEN support and other nursery staff. We see Cybertots GWQ as an extension of our home, it is a warm and friendly setting. The girls always look forward to school. If you are looking for a place for your kids, I recommend this nursery.

Cybertots GWQ provides the kind of nursery environment every parent wants for their child. Children are very much loved and made to feel welcome and important to the staff and carers. As well as excellent emotional support and lots of fun to be had, children are supported along their early learning journeys both academically and in terms of life-skills (potty training, sharing, listening, following instructions, being safe). My eldest son began his Cybertots journey in the baby room and went right through to pre-school before starting reception and my second son is currently on his last leg in the pre-school room. Both boys have flourished, spending many happy years there whilst being well-prepared for school life when it's time to say goodbye. In addition, the nursery has shown impeccable responsibility surrounding risk assessment and safety measures during the Covid pandemic, keeping parents well-informed and always putting the children's safety first.

We have two children at Cybertots at GWQ and they love it! The staff are kind, knowledgeable and go the extra step to help answer any questions. Our girls started from 10 months and have progressed through the rooms with great staff in each. We are delighted with their learning progress and believe nursery has helped them develop in so many ways, especially language and social skills. A great place for your children to attend.

My son loves going to Cybertots. Staff are very friendly and care about the children very much. His personal development is improving day by day. I'm very pleased with the different range of activities they are exposed to, and the outside area is big enough to let them enjoy the open air. Would definitely recommend the nursery to anyone.

This is a fantastic Nursery. My daughter has been attending since she was two years old and her speech and confidence have grown. She has made a lot of friends and has a good relationship with the teachers. My daughter loves going here and has learned so much in such a short time. The teachers are fabulous, very friendly and you can tell they really care for the children. The staff will talk to you about how she has been and what she has been doing. Overall, very happy with the nursery and their standards and each and every member of staff.

Cybertots has been fantastic for my daughter. She has been attending since she was 6 months and I have always been so grateful for the care and attention showed to her. She adores going which I know means she is well looked after and has fun. Currently, she is 3 and a half and thriving in the pre-school room. I am constantly kept up to date with details and photos of what she has been learning and eating. I personally work as a Reception teacher and it’s been great to see the attention the staff have given to prepare the children for starting school so early so that her transition will be easy. I love all the events Cybertots put on for the children and parents, with their pumpkin soup at Halloween and Santa visits at Christmas. Even with COVID, they have stayed positive doing what they can and it creates great memories for the children. I would always recommend Cybertots to anyone looking for a caring, professional and fun nursery.
