Cybertots at GWQ

My son has been attending Cybertots at GWQ since he was two, and we have had a fantastic experience so far. The staff are simply amazing, they are so warm, friendly and professional. They keep the children very busy with lots of fun activities and we get great feedback every day. My son settled very quickly and immediately bonded with his key worker. We are most grateful to Cybertots as they have been fantastic in helping with my son's development, going above and beyond for his special educational needs. The management team are brilliant, very responsive and approachable. I would fully recommend Cybertots, it is a wonderful nursery that treats the children like family, my son always comes home with a big smile on his face!

Our two-year old son has been at Cybertots at GWQ now for 6 months and is loving it! He settled in quickly and has bonded really well with his fantastic key worker (so have we!). He's always happy to be dropped off in the mornings and we get lots of daily feedback from his key worker as regular online updates on the app, including photos and a weekly summary of activities. They've very capably supported him/us through potty training and it's been great to watch him develop new skills and friendships even in this short time. Staff are always friendly and quick to respond to queries etc, and administration is efficiently dealt with. Would definitely recommend!

From the very beginning, my instinct as a mother told me this is the nursery for my son and I was right. Warm staff with a positive attitude, the place where my son has learned lots of things, the place where he enjoys going, the place where he’s always asking for more food, the place where my son transformed himself in the best way possible.

My son loves going into nursery but at times is a bit temperamental going in. The staff are so patient with my son and do not try to rush him in the doors.

Our girls have been going to Cybertots GWQ for a while now (the older one is 16 months and the younger, 12 months) and they love the nursery. I have watched my older girl start to come out of her shell, thanks to the efforts from her teachers, the SEN support and other nursery staff. We see Cybertots GWQ as an extension of our home, it is a warm and friendly setting. The girls always look forward to school. If you are looking for a place for your kids, I recommend this nursery.

Cybertots GWQ provides the kind of nursery environment every parent wants for their child. Children are very much loved and made to feel welcome and important to the staff and carers. As well as excellent emotional support and lots of fun to be had, children are supported along their early learning journeys both academically and in terms of life-skills (potty training, sharing, listening, following instructions, being safe). My eldest son began his Cybertots journey in the baby room and went right through to pre-school before starting reception and my second son is currently on his last leg in the pre-school room. Both boys have flourished, spending many happy years there whilst being well-prepared for school life when it's time to say goodbye. In addition, the nursery has shown impeccable responsibility surrounding risk assessment and safety measures during the Covid pandemic, keeping parents well-informed and always putting the children's safety first.

We have two children at Cybertots at GWQ and they love it! The staff are kind, knowledgeable and go the extra step to help answer any questions. Our girls started from 10 months and have progressed through the rooms with great staff in each. We are delighted with their learning progress and believe nursery has helped them develop in so many ways, especially language and social skills. A great place for your children to attend.

My son loves going to Cybertots. Staff are very friendly and care about the children very much. His personal development is improving day by day. I'm very pleased with the different range of activities they are exposed to, and the outside area is big enough to let them enjoy the open air. Would definitely recommend the nursery to anyone.

This is a fantastic Nursery. My daughter has been attending since she was two years old and her speech and confidence have grown. She has made a lot of friends and has a good relationship with the teachers. My daughter loves going here and has learned so much in such a short time. The teachers are fabulous, very friendly and you can tell they really care for the children. The staff will talk to you about how she has been and what she has been doing. Overall, very happy with the nursery and their standards and each and every member of staff.

Cybertots has been fantastic for my daughter. She has been attending since she was 6 months and I have always been so grateful for the care and attention showed to her. She adores going which I know means she is well looked after and has fun. Currently, she is 3 and a half and thriving in the pre-school room. I am constantly kept up to date with details and photos of what she has been learning and eating. I personally work as a Reception teacher and it’s been great to see the attention the staff have given to prepare the children for starting school so early so that her transition will be easy. I love all the events Cybertots put on for the children and parents, with their pumpkin soup at Halloween and Santa visits at Christmas. Even with COVID, they have stayed positive doing what they can and it creates great memories for the children. I would always recommend Cybertots to anyone looking for a caring, professional and fun nursery.

Our daughter has attended Cybertots GWQ from 15 months to now 3 years old. It was chosen because of its welcoming warmth. She has progressed from the baby room through to toddlers and now preschool. At preschool, she attends a unique school readiness programme. She is writing, counting, creating, cooking and forming wonderful friendships. She loves going and is bursting to tell all when she returns. Cybertots has become an extended part of our family and has been an integral part of her development. I could not be more proud of her and credit Cybertots for instilling their good values and exceptional knowledge on her. Throughout each stage, all staff have shown they have personal knowledge and care for our child. It has always felt like she is in the safest, most caring environment. There are endless new ideas and teaching methods used to keep a tiny mind continuously challenged and above all, she is having loads fun doing so. We cannot recommend Cybertots highly enough. I am very pleased with the level of care our children are experiencing at Cybertots. They are happy and enjoying their time at the nursery. They have plenty of learning opportunities through play. The environment is safe and staff are friendly and caring. The staff go the extra mile in teaching the children how to maintain their individuality and let them strive on their strengths and help overcome any weaknesses. The staff are extremely approachable and loving to both parents and children. I have never seen a nursery that exceeds all expectations we have as parents.

Cybertots at GWQ have been more than amazing for me and my son. His settling in period was very well organised and went smoothly. Every single member of staff is absolutely amazing. Children’s key workers go above and beyond when settling in. The great thing is, that Cybertots are limiting the number of new children joining the nursery at the same time, the reason being that they want all staff members to concentrate on a ‘new comer’ to make them as comfortable as possible; and my boys absolutely love going there! It is by far the best place for kids to develop and grow their independence.
